Detailed Description

First, please refer to fig. 1 to fig. 3, which are an overall structure, an appearance, a sectional view, and an exploded view of the overall structure of a detachable combination cup according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein the detachable combination cup 1 at least includes a first cup 11, a second cup 12, a joint 13, and a bottle plug 14, wherein the detachable combination cup 1 is formed by connecting the first cup 11 and the second cup 12 in a hollow cylinder shape, and the detachable combination cup 1 can contain liquid, such as drinking water, for use as a cup or a container capable of containing food therein.

The first cup 11 is a hollow cylinder, the upper end of the first cup 11 is provided with a first opening 111, the lower end is provided with a second opening 112, the first opening 111 and the second opening 112 are communicated, the outer end of the first opening 111 is provided with a plurality of first threaded portions 113, the inner end of the second opening 112 is provided with a first engaging portion 114, and a first accommodating space 115 is formed inside the first cup 11.

The second cup 12 is disposed near the second opening 112 of the first cup 11, a third opening 121 (as shown in fig. 10) is disposed at an end of the second cup 12 near the first cup 11, and an accommodating space 122 is formed inside the second cup 12, wherein a capacity of the accommodating space 122 is between 300 ml and 400 ml, and a plurality of second threaded portions 123 are disposed at an outer end of the third opening 121.

In addition, referring to fig. 5 to fig. 7, there are shown an overall structural appearance diagram, an overall structural cross-sectional view, and an overall structural exploded diagram of three preferred embodiments of the detachable combination cup of the present invention, wherein the detachable combination cup 1 of the present invention at least includes a first cup body 11, a bottom cover 16, a fastener 13, and a bottle plug 14, wherein the detachable combination cup 1 is formed by connecting the first cup body 11 and the bottom cover 16 in a hollow cylindrical shape, and the detachable combination cup 1 can contain liquid, such as drinking water, for use as a cup, or a container capable of containing food therein.

The bottom cover 16 is disposed at the second opening 112 of the first cup 11, and a fourth opening 161 is disposed at a position of the bottom cover 16 close to the second opening 112 of the first cup 11, wherein a plurality of fifth screw portions 162 are disposed at an outer end of the fourth opening 161; in addition, the bottom cover 16 is filled with a second filler 163, wherein the second filler 163 is made of a polystyrene material, and the second filler 163 can maintain the temperature of the liquid inside the detachable combination cup 1.

The joint 13 is assembled between the first cup 11 and the bottom cover 16, the joint 13 includes a top abutting surface 131 sleeved on the first cup 11, a cup rim surface 132 sleeved on the bottom cover 16, and a through hole 133 communicating the top abutting surface 131 with the cup rim surface 132, wherein the outer end of the joint 13 is provided with a second engaging portion 134 correspondingly engaged with the first engaging portion 114, so that the joint 13 is engaged with the first cup 11, the first cup 11 is supported and positioned by the top abutting surface 131, and the inner end of the joint 13 is provided with a third thread portion 135 correspondingly screwed with the fifth thread portions 162, so that the joint 13 is screwed with the bottom cover (16), and the bottom cover 16 is supported and positioned by the cup rim surface 132; in addition, a first collar 136 is disposed between the first cup 11 and the joint 13, and a second collar 137 is disposed between the bottom cover 16 and the joint 13, wherein the first collar 136 and the second collar 137 are made of one material of rubber or silica gel, and in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first collar 136 and the second collar 137 made of rubber are respectively sleeved between the first cup 11 and the joint 13, and between the bottom cover 16 and the joint 13, so as to prevent the liquid inside the detachable combined cup 1 from leaking.

The outer end of the first cup 11 is sleeved with a sleeve 15 made of rubber material, and the user can easily take the detachable combined cup 1 by holding the sleeve 15.

Referring to fig. 8 to 10, an appearance schematic diagram, a sectional view, and an exploded schematic diagram of an overall structure of a detachable combined cup 1 according to four preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown, wherein the detachable combined cup 1 at least includes a second cup 12 and a bottle stopper 14, wherein the detachable combined cup 1 is formed by covering the bottle stopper 14 on the second cup 12, and the detachable combined cup 1 can contain liquid, such as drinking water, as a cup or a container for containing food.

A third opening 121 is formed at an end of the second cup 12, an accommodating space 122 is formed inside the second cup 12, and a plurality of second threaded portions 123 are disposed at an outer end of the third opening 121.

The stopper 14 is disposed in the third opening 121, and a plurality of fourth screw portions 141 are disposed at an inner end of the stopper 14 and are correspondingly screwed with the second screw portions 123, so that the stopper 14 is screwed to the second cup 12.

As can be seen from the above description, the detachable cup assembly of the present invention has the following advantages compared to the prior art.

The detachable combined cup mainly utilizes the hardware design of the first cup body and the second cup body to provide the main advantages that a user can detach the cup body to form a single state for use and can also thread the cup body to form a superposed state for use, so that the total volume of liquid contained in the cup body can be effectively adjusted according to the demand of the user, the elasticity is really achieved, the number of the cup bodies is increased, the volume and the change of the integral cup are enlarged, the stacking pleasure is increased, and the like.

Claims

1. A detachable combined cup is characterized in that the detachable combined cup (1) at least comprises:

a first cup body (11), two ends of which are respectively provided with a first opening (111) and a second opening (112), the first opening (111) and the second opening (112) are communicated with each other, wherein the outer end of the first opening (111) is provided with a plurality of first threaded parts (113), and the inner end of the second opening (112) is concavely provided with a first clamping part (114);

the second cup body (12) is arranged at one end part of the first cup body (11), a third opening (121) is formed in one end part, opposite to the first cup body (11), of the second cup body (12), an accommodating space (122) is formed inside the second cup body (12), and a plurality of second threaded parts (123) are arranged at the outer end part of the third opening (121);

a joint (13) assembled between the first cup body (11) and the second cup body (12), wherein the joint (13) comprises a top abutting surface (131) sleeved on the first cup body (11), a cup edge surface (132) sleeved on the second cup body (12), and a through hole (133) communicating the top abutting surface (131) with the cup edge surface (132), wherein the outer end of the joint (13) is provided with a second clamping part (134) correspondingly clamped with the first clamping part (114), and the inner end of the joint (13) is provided with a plurality of third thread parts (135) correspondingly screwed with the second thread parts (123); and

a bottle stopper (14) covering the first opening (111), wherein the inner end of the bottle stopper (14) is provided with a plurality of fourth screw parts (141) correspondingly screwed with the first screw parts (113).

2. A detachable composite cup according to claim 1, characterised in that the outer end of the first cup (11) is provided with a sleeve (15).

3. A detachable composite cup according to claim 2, wherein the outer end of the sleeve member (15) has a plurality of protrusions (151).

4. A detachable composite cup according to claim 1, wherein a first collar (136) is provided between the first cup (11) and the engaging member (13).

5. A detachable combination cup according to claim 1, wherein a second collar (137) is provided between the second cup body (12) and the engaging member (13).

6. A combined detachable cup according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bottle stopper (14) has a plurality of grooves (142) recessed in the surface thereof opposite to the first opening (111).

7. A detachable combination cup as claimed in claim 6, wherein the plurality of recesses (142) are arranged in a ring.
