Abstract

本申请实施例公开了一种利用多调制解调器MODEM执行通信业务的方法,用于提高业务资源利用率。本申请方法实施例包括:第一调制解调器MODEM1在第一频段上执行第一通信业务;第二调制解调器MODEM2在第二频段上执行第二通信业务,其中,MODEM1与MODEM2处于第一工作模式;MODEM1接收接入网设备针对第一通信业务的切换指令,该切换指令指示MODEM1从第一频段切换至第三频段;MODEM1向仲裁装置指示MODEM1需要切换至第三频段;仲裁装置判断第三频段和第二频段是否冲突以得到判断结果;根据判断结果,仲裁装置选择如下的一种操作方式:维持第一工作模式,或,将MODEM1与MODEM2从第一工作模式切换至第二工作模式;第一工作模式和第二工作模式中一个是并发工作模式,另一个是非并发工作模式。
