本发明公开了一种发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法,包括以下步骤:在发电机励磁调***中整流回路的阳极电源进线上增加相序继电器,通过相序继电器检测阳极电源的电压相序是否准确;在发电机励磁调***的整流输出回路中增加直流波形识别器,同时将直流波形识别器与直流示波器相连接,通过直流波形识别器检测的波形与标准波形进行比较,以判断整流输出的励磁电压波形是否正确;当阳极电源的电压相序不正确或者当整流输出的励磁电压波形不正确时,则说明发电机励磁调***的阳极电源出现故障,该方法能够识别发电机励磁调***阳极电源的故障。

一种发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法
技术领域
本发明属于发电机励磁***改造优化技术领域,涉及一种发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法。
背景技术
发电机励磁控制***是指包括发电机和励磁***在内的反馈控制***。由励磁功率部分、励磁控制部分、发电机组电压测量和无功电流补偿部分以及电力***稳定器(PSS)组成。运行中的电网随时会出现诸如瞬时冲击负荷、线路短路故障等状况,而引起电网电压短时间内波动很大。那么发电机励磁***在电力***中的作用就是通过快速调节发电机励磁***,来保证发电机的电压维持在恒定的数值上,对提高电力***的稳定性起到至关重要的作用。
励磁***按照励磁功率部件不同,分为直流励磁机励磁***、交流励磁机励磁***、静止励磁***三大类。三机无刷励磁***是由永磁副励磁机产生300Hz三相交流电,通过自动电压调节器(automatic voltage regulator,AVR)整流和控制提供一可变的直流电流给主励磁机励磁。在主励磁机转子感应的50Hz三相交流电经旋转整流桥整流后,通过转轴内的直流引线提供给发电机转子绕组。整流后的直流电流不经过滑环和电刷,直接与发电机的励磁绕组相连。三机无刷励磁***结构示意图如图1所示。
同步变压器是在晶闸管触发电路中起为获得同步触发电路电源作用的变压器,同步变压器与一般的变压器区别不大,只不过是表示功能的名字,因为同步变压器和晶闸管主回路接同一交流电源,可以实现触发电路产生的触发脉冲与主电路同步。如图2所示。
当接入晶闸管主回路的交流电源(即阳极电源)与接入同步变压器的交流电源异常或者由于同步变压器故障导致阳极电源与同步电压不一致时,会造成出发脉冲与主回路不同步,从而引起整流输出电压异常,最终导致励磁***异常运行。但是,由于现励磁回路本身设计特点,在同步检查回路检测同步电压正确时,当阳极电源相序错误,此时励磁调节器检测不到这种故障,晶闸管会输出异常的直流电源,此时励磁装置不会报“励磁***故障”。对于发电机容量比较小的小机组,由于三机励磁从永磁机输出的阳极电源电压幅值较小,一般阳极电源是以电缆形式接入励磁***的,因此阳极电源相序错误是一个隐蔽切很难排查切会影响机组安全可靠运行的故障,需设置专门的监测装置或者识别程序进行发现,以识别拥挤电源的故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法,该方法能够识别发电机励磁调***阳极电源的故障。
为达到上述目的,本发明所述的发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法包括以下步骤:
在发电机励磁调***中整流回路的阳极电源进线上增加相序继电器,通过相序继电器检测阳极电源的电压相序是否准确;
在发电机励磁调***的整流输出回路中增加直流波形识别器,同时将直流波形识别器与直流示波器相连接,通过直流波形识别器检测的波形与标准波形进行比较,以判断整流输出的励磁电压波形是否正确;
当阳极电源的电压相序不正确或者当整流输出的励磁电压波形不正确时,则说明发电机励磁调***的阳极电源出现故障。
当发电机励磁调***的阳极电源出现故障时,则发出报警信息。
通过辅助接点将相序继电器引出。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明所述的发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法在具体操作时,在发电机励磁调***中整流回路的阳极电源进线上增加相序继电器,在发电机励磁调***的整流输出回路中增加直流波形识别器,通过相序继电器检测阳极电源的电压相序是否准确,通过直流波形识别器检测的波形与标准波形进行比较,以判断整流输出的励磁电压波形是否正确,确保机组在启动过程中能够快速发现阳极电压故障或同步电压故障,保证发电机的正常励磁,从而极大的提高了发电机励磁***放热安全性及可靠性,确保在机组启动、并网运行及无功调节的全过程阶段安全、可靠及高效节能运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细描述:
参考图3,本发明所述的发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法包括以下步骤:
1)在发电机励磁调***中整流回路的阳极电源进线上增加相序继电器,并通过辅助接点将相序继电器引出,通过相序继电器检测阳极电源的电压相序是否准确;
具体的,在QF1空开下口接同步变压器将交流电源引入同步回路,同步变压器本身对同步回路具有同步电压检测功能。
QF1空开下口再并一路接励磁主回路整流阀,如图3所示,在接入晶闸管进线处并接一个相序继电器,并输出常开报警接点至调节器开入,画面做相应“阳极电源故障”报警。当阳极电源相序错误时,相序继电器常开报警接点KD1接通,发“阳极电源故障”报警。检修人员检查阳极电源相应回路,即QF1空开、同步电压回路、阳极电源回路,精确快速定位排查故障。
2)在发电机励磁调***的整流输出回路中增加直流波形识别器,同时将直流波形识别器与直流示波器相连接,通过直流波形识别器检测的波形与标准波形进行比较,以判断整流输出的励磁电压波形是否正确;
当阳极电源的电压相序不正确或者当整流输出的励磁电压波形不正确时,则说明发电机励磁调***的阳极电源出现故障,当发电机励磁调***的阳极电源出现故障时,则发出报警信息。
如图3所示,在整流输出回路增加一个波形识别器,波形识别器包含一个直流示波器和一个波形比较单元,通过将直流示波器测量的直流波形与计算标准波形进行对比,当比较发现波形缺失、幅值偏差等不规则特点畸变时,与相序缺失下的波形对比,特点相同时,波形识别器辅助接点KD2闭合,发“励磁***故障”报警,并结合其他辅助判据,如步骤1)中的辅助接点KD1,定位故障为阳极电源故障,发跳灭磁开关。
本实施例中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。

1.一种发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在发电机励磁调***中整流回路的阳极电源进线上增加相序继电器,通过相序继电器检测阳极电源的电压相序是否准确;
在发电机励磁调***的整流输出回路中增加直流波形识别器,同时将直流波形识别器与直流示波器相连接,通过直流波形识别器检测的波形与标准波形进行比较,以判断整流输出的励磁电压波形是否正确;
当阳极电源的电压相序不正确或者当整流输出的励磁电压波形不正确时,则说明发电机励磁调***的阳极电源出现故障。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法,其特征在于,当发电机励磁调***的阳极电源出现故障时,则发出报警信息。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发电机励磁调***阳极电源故障识别方法,其特征在于,通过辅助接点将相序继电器引出。
