The front end presentation is an important process of visually presenting the case violation situation, legal regulations, supervision key points and early warning level hit by the judging rule to the inspector by utilizing the view processing module, and the workflow of view processing is specifically shown in fig. 4, and specifically comprises the following steps:
a001: extracting case information, including information such as case names, case numbers, courts, file files and the like, for use by inspectors in analyzing case conditions;
a002: according to the case identification extracted by A001, acquiring the automatically judging stored judging result from the database, wherein the judging result comprises the following steps: the illegal situation, laws and regulations, early warning level, xy coordinates presented by the supervision essential page, and packaging and converting;
a003: the front-end controller packages the data in the steps A001 and A002 into page objects, then pushes the page objects to front-end jsp, and performs page rendering by jquery;
a004: the jquery positions the illegal situation, the early warning level and the supervision key point on the position of the supervision key point of the file picture through xy coordinates to create a red semitransparent layer and marks the illegal content of the red semitransparent layer, so that a visual mark is formed, a inspector can visually see the illegal situation, laws and regulations and the early warning level which accord with the prosecution condition and the court are not on the appointed deadline, the inspector can be assisted to quickly position the illegal point, and the efficiency of handling the file is improved.
The method for automatically identifying the cases, disclosed by the invention, accords with the method for setting up cases in the prosecution condition court in a specified period, realizes automatic cataloging document classification by OCR (optical character recognition) through the internet front edge technology, extracts data according to structural elements, and realizes automatic research and judgment of a rule engine. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the method, through researching a large number of files and laws and regulations in the judging process of the court, a set of standardized structural element extraction rules and rule for researching and judging illegal situations which can be automatically identified are carded, and a method for automatically identifying cases which accord with the prosecution condition and are not in the appointed term of the court is formed.
(2) The invention introduces big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies, and the front computer technology is deeply integrated with civil inspection and supervision business, so that the automatic discovery of the illegal judgment process from the files becomes reality.
(3) According to the invention, through supervision of the national institutes of civil judgment activities, the national institutes of civil judgment activities are promoted to be in compliance with the legal standards, and the strong outstanding problem reflected by people is practically solved; the supervision matters are promoted to extend from the slight illegal situation to the more advanced problems such as the illegal infraction of the judge personnel; deepening the knowledge of law supervision of judicial personnel's law of illegal use, effectively supervising the behavior of judicial personnel's law suit's law enforcement against the citizen's rights and damaging judicial law enforcement; promote and establish the long-acting mechanism of the law-breaking behavior supervision scientific development of the judge personnel; fully exert the civil inspection and supervision functions of the inspection authorities, promote the capability of discovering the authority and improve the efficiency of the inspection authorities in case of cases.

Claims (3)

1. A method for automatically identifying cases not found within a specified period, characterized by: the method comprises three steps of rule configuration, automatic research and judgment and front end presentation, and comprises the following specific operation steps:
step one: configuring the structured element extraction rule into a database; configuring names, laws and regulations and early warning levels corresponding to illegal situations into a database; configuring the judging rule into a rule engine, completing the corresponding configuration of the relationship between the rule engine and the structural element, and completing the corresponding configuration of the relationship between the rule engine rule and the illegal situation;
step two: uploading files in the civil judgment process by a system background, automatically classifying the files through OCR text recognition and documents, automatically judging by a rule engine after extracting structural elements, and then storing case identifications hit with judging rules, illegal situation identifications, file identifications and structural element names into a system database;
step three: in the front-end inspection case handling page, the system dynamically presents illegal situations, supervision key points, laws and regulations and early warning levels to an inspector in a jquery layer visualization mode;
the method comprises the steps of extracting structural elements required by rule research and judgment of the illegal situation from a specific file document aiming at the illegal situation, and storing the rule of the structural elements in a system database; the structuring element comprises: a case date, and a complaint date;
the extracted case structural elements are sent into a rule engine to realize automatic research and judgment, and the rule engine returns case identifications, illegal situation identifications, file identifications and structural element names hit rules to the system and stores the case identifications, illegal situation identifications, file identifications and structural element names;
before automatic research and judgment, the data processing of the recorded files needs to be completed, and the specific process of the data processing is as follows:
l001: uploading the file to a server in a system background;
l002: the file is stored in a DFS file server, the file format of the non-picture file in the file is firstly converted into jpg picture, and the jpg picture is stored in the DFS file server;
l003: the file picture data after format conversion is used as parameters to be transmitted into an OCR text recognition interface requestForHttp, and the interface returns a json format data message;
l004: analyzing the json message returned after the OCR text recognition in the step L003 to obtain the text data of the supervision key point with xy coordinates, and storing the text data into a database;
l005: automatically cataloging, extracting the names of the documents in the file, and identifying the total number of pages of each document, the text content of the document and ensuring the integrity of the document;
l006: and (3) extracting the structural element content required by the research rule from the automatically catalogued document by utilizing the structural element extraction rule configured in the step (A), namely: a case date, and a complaint date;
l007: after the extraction of the structural elements is completed, pushing a message to the MQ, and informing the completion of the data processing step;
after finishing the data processing step of the recorded file, the system enters an automatic research and judgment link, and the specific process of automatic research and judgment is as follows:
s001: the automatic research and judgment subscribes to the MQ message, and when the L007 pushes the message with the data processing completed, the automatic research and judgment can acquire the message in time and enter a link;
s002: starting a rule engine by a system background, and starting to study and judge;
s003: when the system starts the rule engine, the rule configured in the first step of loading and analyzing is completed, and a research and judgment rule formula set is formed;
s004: the parameters needed in the formulas, namely, the acceptance date, the filing date and the complaint date are transmitted into a formula set of S003;
s005: executing the research rule by the rule engine;
s006: after the case hits the research and judgment rule, the data required by the subsequent links are arranged through the corresponding relation between the rule engine and the illegal situation, and the method comprises the following steps: identification of illegal situations, case identification, file identification and structured element names;
s007: and (3) transmitting the data sorted in the S006 into a system storage interface to finish data storage.

The method for automatically identifying cases not being finalized within a specified period of time according to claim 1, wherein: the rule engine hits and studies rule case's illegal situation identification, law regulation, file identification, structuring element name through the coordinate data, push to the front end page, present in visual mode by jquery layer technique, namely view processing module will hit and study rule case's illegal situation, law regulation, supervision main points, early warning level present in visual mode to the inspector.
