the filling monitoring module is arranged in the in-plant filling block and used for monitoring dangerous chemical road transport vehicles in real time to perform filling operation; the filling monitoring module is connected to a central control module in the hazardous chemical substance road transportation informatization safety supervision platform through wireless communication;
the unloading confirmation module is arranged in the dangerous chemical unloading block and is connected to a central control module in the dangerous chemical road transportation informatization safety supervision platform through wireless communication.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the filling monitoring module generates an electronic waybill after the monitoring dangerous chemical road transport vehicle completes filling operation, and the unloading confirmation module updates information and status of the electronic waybill after the monitoring dangerous chemical road transport vehicle completes unloading.

The system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the hazardous chemical substance road transportation informatization security supervision unit further comprises a high-definition snapshot device, and the high-definition snapshot device is arranged in the boundary road bayonet block, the chemical industry enterprise entrance/exit block, the in-plant loading block, and/or the hazardous chemical substance unloading block to perform high-definition snapshot on the hazardous chemical substance road transportation vehicle.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the hazardous chemical substance road transportation informatization safety supervision block further comprises a tank cleaning block, and the tank cleaning block is used for cleaning or replacing a tank of a hazardous chemical substance road transportation vehicle.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the hazardous chemical substance road transportation informatization security supervision block further comprises a special parking block for parking hazardous chemical substance road transportation vehicles.

The hazardous chemical substance road transportation informatization safety supervision system according to claim 1, wherein the hazardous chemical substance road transportation informatization safety supervision block further comprises a special driving block, and the special driving block is a special driving line for hazardous chemical substance road transportation vehicles.
7. The hazardous chemical substance road transportation informatization safety supervision system according to any one of claims 4-6, wherein the remote identification equipment is further arranged in the tank cleaning block, the special parking block and/or the special driving block.
8. The hazardous chemical substance road transportation informatization safety supervision system according to any one of claims 4-6, wherein a high-definition snapshot device is arranged in the tank body cleaning block, the special parking block and/or the special driving block.
