Abstract

本发明公开了一种精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:将精纺羊毛面料浸渍于主要组成为还原剂、硫辛酸、酸碱度调节剂和水的预处理液中,升温并保温反应,水洗烘干;S2:采用抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液浸轧整理S1所得精纺羊毛面料,经预烘至干燥,焙烘,得抗静电精纺羊毛面料;预处理液的pH值为8~9,升温反应温度为55~70℃;抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液中的抗静电整理剂为多元醇类抗静电整理剂,抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液的pH值为5~6。该精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺首先采用还原剂和硫辛酸预处理面料,然后用抗静电整理剂整理,经过预处理的精纺羊毛面料抗静电性更耐水洗,具有更优的耐久性。

一种精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺及精纺羊毛面料
技术领域
本发明涉及精纺羊毛面料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺及精纺羊毛面料。
背景技术
羊毛面料具有良好的保暖性、耐褶皱和耐磨性能,通常用于寒冷环境中。但是干燥低温条件下毛制品纤维之间的摩擦容易产生带电现象,电荷长时间积聚在羊毛纤维表面,进而导致服用过程中的静电现象。静电现象所带来的进一步问题是吸附灰尘,产生电击感。
改善羊毛面料静电现象主要的手段包括以下三种:
一是采用具有良好导电性能的纤维与羊毛混纺;
二是剥除羊毛纤维的鳞片层,降低纤维的摩擦效应,该种方法所获得的抗静电性能为永久性,但是会损伤羊毛纤维和织物的强力;
三是在鳞片层表层涂覆表面活性剂,在羊毛纤维的表面形成一层亲水性极佳的导电性薄膜,加快纤维表面电荷的逸散速度,进而避免电荷的积聚。常见的羊毛抗静电表面活性剂主要包括以下几种:非离子表面活性剂、有机硅表面活性剂、有机氟表面活性剂。该种方法所指的羊毛面料抗静电耐久性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,优化抗静电整理的耐久性。
为了实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:将精纺羊毛面料浸渍于主要组成为还原剂、硫辛酸、酸碱度调节剂和水的预处理液中,升温并保温反应,水洗烘干;
S2:采用抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液浸轧整理S1所得精纺羊毛面料,经预烘至干燥,焙烘,得抗静电精纺羊毛面料;
预处理液的pH值为8~9,所述升温反应温度为55~70℃;所述抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液中的抗静电整理剂为多元醇类抗静电整理剂,抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液的pH值为5~6。
碱性条件下还原剂破坏羊毛纤维表面鳞片层以及硫辛酸的二硫键,生成具有反应活性的巯基,并且两者的巯基交换重建,生成稳定的二硫键,羊毛纤维表面引入羧基,与羧基与表面活性剂的羟基酯化反应,改善精纺羊毛面料抗静电性能的耐久性。
多元醇类抗静电整理剂属于非离子表面活性剂,常见的多元醇非离子表面活性剂为Span系列多元醇型非离子表面活性剂。
优选的技术方案为,所述预处理液中的还原剂为三羧乙基膦和巯基乙醇中的至少一种。进一步优选的还原剂为巯基乙醇。
优选的技术方案为,以精纺羊毛面料的重量为基准,所述还原剂的用量为7~13%o.w.f.。
优选的技术方案为,以精纺羊毛面料的重量为基准,所述硫辛酸的用量为0.5~4%o.w.f.。硫辛酸用量过小,对于精纺羊毛面料抗静电性能的耐久性改善不明显;而羊毛纤维鳞片层中的二硫键含量大,硫辛酸的用量过大则会对抗静电剂的吸附产生位阻,反而影响精纺羊毛面料的抗静电性能。
优选的技术方案为,以精纺羊毛面料的重量为基准,所述抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液中抗静电整理剂3~8%o.w.f.。
优选的技术方案为,浸轧整理中抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液温度为50~65℃,轧余率为80~100%。
优选的技术方案为,S2中预烘温度为90~100℃,焙烘温度为135~145℃,焙烘时间为50~100s。焙烘温度过低不利于保持抗静电性能的耐久度,焙烘温度过高会导致羊毛纤维损伤,面料强力下降。
优选的技术方案为,S1中升温后保温反应时间为至少1.5h。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种精纺羊毛面料,经由上述的精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺制得。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺首先采用还原剂和硫辛酸预处理面料,然后用抗静电整理剂整理,整理后的精纺羊毛面料具有良好的抗静电性能,与直接采用抗静电剂整理相比,经过预处理的精纺羊毛面料抗静电性更耐水洗,具有更优的耐久性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
对羊毛精纺面料进行抗静电整理,精纺羊毛面料的规格为:羊毛98%,莱卡2%,纱线细度14.75tex*2,经纬向纱线细度相同,每平方米克重为364g,面料来源:江苏阳光集团。
抗静电整理剂:司盘80(非离子表面活性剂)、司盘60(非离子表面活性剂)、抗静电剂SN(十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,阳离子表面活性剂)。
实施例1精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:配置预处理液,将还原剂巯基乙醇、硫辛酸加入水中,预处理液的pH值用氢氧化钠溶液调节至8.5,
S2:将精纺羊毛面料浸渍于预处理液中,以精纺羊毛面料的重量为基准,还原剂的用量为8%o.w.f.,硫辛酸的用量为1%o.w.f.,浴比为1:15,将预处理液升温至60~65℃并保温反应2h,降温,取出精纺羊毛面料,水洗烘干;
S3:采用司盘80分散液浸轧整理S1所得精纺羊毛面料:抗静电整理剂分散液的pH值用盐酸调至5,以精纺羊毛面料的重量为基准,司盘80分散液中的司盘80用量为4%,按照浴比1:25量取司盘80分散液,将司盘80分散液升温至50℃,S1所得精纺羊毛面料经两浸两轧,轧余率均为100%,90~100℃下预烘至干燥,135~140℃焙烘80s,得抗静电精纺羊毛面料。
实施例2
实施例2基于实施例1,区别在于,采用司盘60替代司盘80。
实施例3
实施例3基于实施例1,区别在于,抗静电整理剂为抗静电剂SN。
实施例4-5
实施例4-5基于实施例1,区别在于,实施例4硫辛酸的用量为4%o.w.f.,实施例5硫辛酸的用量为6%o.w.f.。

实施例6基于实施例1,区别在于,焙烘温度为125~130℃。
实施例7
实施例7基于实施例1,区别在于,还原剂由三羧乙基膦和巯基乙醇以重量比1:1组合而成。
实施例8
实施例8基于实施例1,区别在于,浸轧整理中抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液温度为35~40℃
对比例
对比例1基于实施例1,区别在于,对比例不包含预处理步骤,直接采用司盘80分散液浸轧整理精纺羊毛面料;对比例2是未经预处理和抗静电整理的精纺羊毛面料。
实施例和对比例所得面料经过以下抗静电性能和抗静电耐久性评价:
1、按照GB/T12703.1-2008《纺织品静电性能的评定第1部分:静电压半衰期》和GB/T12703.2-2009《纺织品静电性能的评定第2部分:电荷面密度》检测;
2、实施例1-3和对比例采用相同的水洗5次,干燥后再次按照GB/T12703.1-2008《纺织品静电性能的评定第1部分:静电压半衰期》和GB/T12703.2-2009《纺织品静电性能的评定第2部分:电荷面密度》检测。
实施例和对比例试样的初始静电半衰期及电荷面密度检测结果如下:

静电半衰期越大,电荷越不容易自羊毛纤维的表面逸散,织物的抗静电性能越差。电荷面密度越大,织物的抗静电性能也越差。硫辛酸过量,抗静电剂整理后的焙烘温度低,均不利于提高精纺羊毛面料的抗静电性能;水洗前后的实施例1-3以及对比例形成对照,与对比例1和对比例2相比,实施例1和2的抗静电性能下降幅度小,证明织物的抗静电性能耐久性更好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将精纺羊毛面料浸渍于主要组成为还原剂、硫辛酸、酸碱度调节剂和水的预处理液中,升温并保温反应,水洗烘干;
S2:采用抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液浸轧整理S1所得精纺羊毛面料,经预烘至干燥,焙烘,得抗静电精纺羊毛面料;
预处理液的pH值为8~9,所述升温反应温度为55~70℃;所述抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液中的抗静电整理剂为多元醇类抗静电整理剂,抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液的pH值为5~6;
所述预处理液中的还原剂为三羧乙基膦和巯基乙醇中的至少一种;以精纺羊毛面料的重量为基准,所述硫辛酸的用量为0.5~4%o.w.f.。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,以精纺羊毛面料的重量为基准,所述还原剂的用量为7~13%o.w.f.。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,以精纺羊毛面料的重量为基准,所述抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液中抗静电整理剂3~8%o.w.f.。
4.根据权利要求1所述的精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,浸轧整理中抗静电整理剂溶液或分散液温度为50~65℃,轧余率为80~100%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,S2中预烘温度为90~100℃,焙烘温度为135~145℃,焙烘时间为50~100s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,S1中升温后保温反应时间为至少1.5h。
7.一种精纺羊毛面料,其特征在于,经由权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的精纺羊毛面料的抗静电整理工艺制得。
