Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for controlling the pressure of a punch of a tablet press, a storage medium and electronic equipment. The method for controlling the pressure of the punch of the tablet press comprises the following steps: acquiring a punch pressure signal of each punching position of the tablet press, and detecting whether the tablet press finishes the action of kicking and removing the waste tablet at each punching position; if the effective data of the punch pressure signal of a punching position is within a preset reasonable range and the action of kicking off the waste sheets is finished at the punching position, the tablet press is considered to have an error at the punching position; and counting the error occurrence condition of the tablet press at each punching position in real time, and if the continuous error occurrence times of the punching positions reach a preset number, adjusting the punch pressure of the tablet press so as to adjust the punch pressure back to a preset punch pressure value. The invention can automatically correct the pressure of the punch of the tablet press, and is beneficial to reducing the probability of the occurrence of waste tablets in production, thereby improving the production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tablet presses, in particular to a method and a device for controlling the pressure of a punch of a tablet press, a storage medium and electronic equipment.
Background
The tablet press has various specifications and large quantity, and can press circular tablets, lettering tablets, special-shaped tablets, double-layer tablets, multi-layer tablets, annular tablets, core-spun tablets and other tablet types. The high-speed high-yield, airtight, modularized, automatic, large-scale and advanced detection technology is the most main development direction of foreign tablet press technology.
In the process of pharmacy, the tablet press utilizes a punch to press powdery raw materials into tablets with set sizes and shapes, and waste tablets with quality not meeting the standard are removed. However, the tablet press cannot judge the accuracy of the waste tablet removal, so that the punch may remove the waste tablets meeting the standard, thereby reducing the waste tablet removal efficiency and the production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a method and apparatus for controlling the pressure of a punch of a tablet press, a storage medium, and an electronic device, which are used to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.
In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a method for controlling punch pressure of a tablet press, comprising: acquiring a punch pressure signal of each punching position of the tablet press, and detecting whether the tablet press finishes the action of kicking and removing the waste tablet at each punching position; judging whether the tablet press is in error at a punching position; if the effective data of the punch pressure signal of a punching position is within a preset reasonable range and the action of kicking off the waste tablet is finished at the punching position, the tablet press is considered to have an error at the punching position; and counting the error occurrence condition of the tablet press at each punching position in real time, and if the continuous error occurrence times of the punching positions reach a preset number, adjusting the punch pressure of the tablet press so as to adjust the punch pressure back to a preset punch pressure value.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring a punch pressure signal of each punch position of the tablet press includes: collecting a punch pressure signal of the tablet press according to a preset collection period, and storing the punch pressure signal into an annular queue; and receiving a current punching position signal of the tablet press, and acquiring a punch pressure signal corresponding to the current punching position signal in the circular queue when responding to the current punching position signal.

As described above, the method, the device, the storage medium and the electronic device for controlling the punch pressure of the tablet press machine judge whether the punch pressure has a deviation or not by performing configurable continuous sub-effective value pressure statistics on each punch position while kicking out the compression piece with the quality not meeting the standard, and adjust the height of the punch in real time according to the detection result to improve the pressure value of the punch. The invention has the following beneficial effects:
a typical high speed rotary tablet press has about 75 punches, a throughput of 150W (tablets/hour) for two passes and a batch throughput of about 100W tablets, so that once scrap is produced during actual production after pre-compression adjustment, a very large amount of waste is generated. The invention can automatically adjust the height (pressure) of the punch after a certain number of waste sheet rejecting errors continuously appear, further reduces the probability of the occurrence of waste sheets in batch production on the basis of the original high-speed waste kicking of the tablet press, and further improves the production efficiency.

In one embodiment, when responding to the current impact signal, the method starts to calculate valid data of the punch pressure signal corresponding to the current impact signal, and judges whether the valid data is within a preset reasonable range. The preset reasonable range is composed of a preset threshold value 1 and a preset threshold value 2, and the preset threshold value 1 is smaller than the preset threshold value 2. And if the effective data is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value 1 and less than or equal to a preset threshold value 2, judging that the effective data is in a preset reasonable range.
In one embodiment, implementations of calculating valid data for the ram pressure signal include, but are not limited to:

The method for controlling the pressure of the punch of the tablet press according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2.
Firstly, judging the valid data of the burst bit in the first interrupt (in the mode of external interrupt or encoder pulse), specifically comprising: collecting a punch pressure signal of the tablet press and storing the punch pressure signal into an annular queue; when the current position signal is received, acquiring a corresponding punch pressure signal in the annular queue, and intercepting the effective data section according to the first mode or the second mode to calculate the effective data of the current position;
then, judge the number of mistakes of playing useless (with the mode of external interrupt or encoder pulse) and adjust the drift pressure value at second interrupt (specifically including: judging whether the effective data is in a reasonable range or not and whether the current waste kicking position needs to kick waste or not, if the effective data is not in the preset reasonable range, calculating the waste kicking position and adding the waste kicking position into a waste kicking queue to kick waste pieces; if the effective data are within a preset reasonable range and the punching position finishes the action of kicking and removing the waste sheets, the tablet press is considered to have an error in the punching position; and counting the continuous error times of the tablet press, and if the times reach a preset value, adjusting the pressure value of the punch, thereby reducing manual adjustment caused by manual shutdown.
All or part of the steps for implementing the above method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with a computer program. Based upon such an understanding, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising one or more computer instructions. The computer instructions may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The computer-readable storage medium can be any available medium that a computer can store or a data storage device, such as a server, a data center, etc., that is integrated with one or more available media. The usable medium may be a magnetic medium (e.g., floppy Disk, hard Disk, magnetic tape), an optical medium (e.g., DVD), or a semiconductor medium (e.g., Solid State Disk (SSD)), among others.
Referring to fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a device (e.g. a PLC device, a set of software products) for controlling the pressure of the punch of the tablet press, and since the technical principle of the present embodiment is similar to that of the foregoing method embodiment, repeated descriptions of the same technical details are omitted. The control device for the punch pressure of the tablet press of the embodiment comprises: the device comprises a signal acquisition module, an information processing module and a motion control module.
The signal acquisition module is used for acquiring punch pressure signals of each punching position of the tablet press and determining effective data of the punch pressure signals; judging whether effective data of the punch pressure signals of all punching positions are within a preset reasonable range or not;
the information processing module is connected with the signal acquisition module and is used for detecting whether the tablet press finishes the action of kicking off the waste tablets at each punching position; judging whether the tablet press is in error at a punching position; if the effective data of the punch pressure signal of a punching position is within a preset reasonable range and the action of kicking off the waste tablet is finished at the punching position, the tablet press is considered to have an error at the punching position; and counting the error occurrence condition of the tablet press at each punching position in real time, and controlling the motion control module to adjust the punch pressure of the tablet press if the continuous error occurrence frequency of the punching positions reaches a preset frequency value.
The motion control module is connected with the information processing module and used for adjusting the punch pressure of the tablet press under the control of the information processing module so as to adjust the punch pressure back to a preset punch pressure value.
The signal acquisition module can adopt a tablet press EH10-AI-C01 module as a part of a PLC device, and has the functions of 2 paths of analog quantity input AI, 4 paths of digital quantity input DI and 2 paths of digital quantity output DO. The AI sampling speed is 40-50 us/data, the conversion precision is 16 bits, and the method is mainly used for collecting the punch pressure signal of the high-speed rotary tablet press. In the DI, 2 paths are used for collecting effective data of the positioning punch, 1 path is a zero position signal of the turntable, and the other 1 path can be used as common digital quantity input. And 2 paths in the DO are waste kicking control switches. Wherein the trigger response speed of DI is not lower than 20KHz, and the action speed of DO is not lower than 10 KHz.
As a part of the PLC device, the information processing module may adopt a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or other Programmable logic devices.
The motion control module can adopt a motion control chip as a part of the PLC device.
Those skilled in the art should understand that the division of the modules in the embodiment of fig. 3 is only a logical division, and the actual implementation can be fully or partially integrated into one or more physical entities. And the modules can be realized in a mode that all software is called by the processing element, or in a mode that all the modules are realized in a hardware mode, or a part of the modules can be realized in a mode that the processing element calls the software, or in a mode that part of the modules are realized in a hardware mode.
In addition, the invention also provides electronic equipment which can be desktop computers, portable computers, smart phones, PDAs and the like. In detail, the electronic device comprises at least, connected by a bus: the control system comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the processor is used for executing the computer program stored in the memory so as to execute all or part of the steps in the embodiment of the control method of the punch pressure of the tablet press.
In conclusion, the method and the device for controlling the pressure of the punch of the tablet press, the storage medium and the electronic equipment can automatically correct the pressure of the punch of the tablet press, and are beneficial to reducing the probability of the occurrence of waste tablets in production, thereby improving the production efficiency, effectively overcoming various defects in the prior art and having high industrial utilization value.

and counting the error occurrence condition of the tablet press at each punching position in real time, and if the continuous error occurrence times of the punching positions reach a preset number, adjusting the punch pressure of the tablet press so as to adjust the punch pressure back to a preset punch pressure value.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining a punch pressure signal for each punch position of the tablet press comprises:
collecting a punch pressure signal of the tablet press according to a preset collection period, and storing the punch pressure signal into an annular queue;
and receiving a current punching position signal of the tablet press, and acquiring a punch pressure signal corresponding to the current punching position signal in the circular queue when responding to the current punching position signal.
