In an embodiment, in the step S20, as shown in fig. 4, a push rod 2 is specifically used to apply a pushing force to the tube bottom 12, so as to push the tube bottom 12 of the flexible tube sleeve 1, and turn the inner wall 111 of the flexible tube sleeve 1 outwards into the vagina, so that the medicine in the accommodating space 14 enters the vagina.
