Technical Field
The present invention relates to a data processing method, and more particularly, to a data processing method based on a network environment.
Background
With the miniaturization and portability of output devices, output devices such as display screens, projectors and printers are more and more widely carried and used in various display occasions, for example, exhibitions, scheme declaration, instant printing of photos and the like. The data sources of the prior art portable output devices include a usb disk, a mobile phone, a notebook computer, etc., which are suitable for providing general data, but for some data that needs to be managed and controlled, such as a company confidential document, a plan that is not listed on the market, data that is only allowed to be displayed in a limited range, photos and video data with personal privacy, the data sources using the above prior art cannot meet the requirements for data management and control, and the popularization and application of the portable output devices are limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a network data transmission and output method based on a network storage device, which can meet the data management and control requirements, is convenient for calling a data source and realizes controllable data display.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a network data transmission and output method based on a network storage device is provided, which is used for a network data transmission network comprising a data output device, a terminal and the network storage device. The data output device is capable of establishing a wireless data connection with the user terminal. The network storage device comprises a data processor, a data storage unit and a network connection unit, wherein the data storage unit and the network connection unit are electrically connected with the data processor, and a network data transmission network can be accessed by the network connection unit. The method comprises the following steps:
establishing data connection between a user terminal and a network storage device;
accessing a network storage device and reading data by using a terminal;
the user terminal transmits the read data to the data output device in a wireless transmission mode;
the data output device outputs the data.
In particular, the data output device includes a projector, a display, a printer, an audio player, a video player, and an audio-video player having wireless data reception capability.
Specifically, the network data transmission network further comprises a transit server; then, establishing the data connection with the network storage device using the terminal includes:
when the use terminal judges that the self-configured internet address and the internet address of the network storage device are not in the same network segment, the use terminal establishes a link with the transit server and sends a request for establishing the link with the network storage device, and after authentication, the use terminal establishes data connection with the network storage device by means of the transit server;
when the user terminal judges that the self-configured internet address and the internet address of the network storage device are in the same network segment, the user terminal directly sends a request for establishing a link to the network storage device, and after authentication, the user terminal directly establishes data connection with the network storage device.
In order to control data, a data output storage space is arranged in a data storage unit of the network storage device, so that when the user terminal establishes data connection with the network storage device, the user terminal can only read and write data in the data output storage space.
Specifically, the network data transmission network further comprises a management terminal, wherein the management terminal can establish data connection with a network storage device; then, accessing the network storage and reading the data using the terminal includes:
after the data connection is established between the user terminal and the network storage device, when the user terminal sends a data reading request, the network storage device forwards the data reading request information of the user terminal to the management terminal, and the data reading request comprises the name of the data to be read, the brief introduction of the data to be read and the storage position of the data to be read;
only when the management terminal sends a feedback instruction for allowing the data reading request, the network storage terminal can allow the data reading request of the user terminal, and the user terminal can read the requested data.
To ensure data privacy and security, the network storage device is located at a relatively fixed location and is assigned a fixed internet address.
Compared with the prior art, the network data transmission and output method based on the network storage device has the technical effects that:
the network storage device which is relatively centralized and has data storage privacy is used as a data source, data transmission is completed through a network data transmission network, so that the data output device can display data at any place in a network environment, the network storage device can realize data management and control, the data is prevented from being transferred in a storage medium and leaking, and the data security is ensured; and the data calling process is simple and efficient, and powerful guarantee is provided for popularization and application of the portable data output device.

The following is a further detailed description of preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a network data transmission and output method based on a network storage device, which is used for a network data transmission network comprising a data output device 3, a user terminal 2 and the network storage device 1, as shown in figure 1. The data output device 3 is capable of establishing a wireless data connection with the user terminal 2 by means of a standard wireless interconnection protocol. As shown in fig. 2, the network storage device 1 includes a data processor 11, and a data storage unit 12 and a network connection unit 13 electrically connected to the data processor 11, and a network data transmission network can be accessed by the network connection unit 13. According to practical application requirements, the network storage device 1 further comprises a functional unit 14 electrically connected with the data processor 11, wherein the functional unit 14 is used for performing other functions besides network connection and data storage, such as data encryption/decryption, audio/video decoding, file management, data input and output and the like. The user terminal 2 includes a computer, a mobile communication terminal commonly called a mobile phone, and a tablet computer. The network data transmission and output method based on the network storage device comprises the following steps:
establishing data connection with the network storage device 1 by using the terminal 2;
accessing the network storage device 1 and reading data by using the terminal 2;
the user terminal 2 transmits the read data to the data output device 3 in a wireless transmission mode;
the data output device 3 outputs data.
The user terminal 2 is used for completing the process of accessing the network data transmission network, connecting the network storage device 1 with data and reading the data, and the user terminal 2 and the data output device 3 can be combined into a data output device with the function of the user terminal.
The network storage device 1 which is relatively centralized and has data storage privacy is used as a data source, data transmission is completed through a network data transmission network, so that the data output device 3 can display data at any place in a network environment, the network storage device 1 can realize data management and control, the data only carries out data transmission between the network storage device 1 and the data output device 3 without a data mobile storage process, the data is prevented from being transferred in a storage medium to cause data leakage, and the data security is ensured; and the data calling process is simple and efficient, and powerful guarantee is provided for popularization and application of the portable data output device 3.
The data output device 3 of the present invention includes a projector, a display, a printer, an audio player, a video player, and an audio-video player having a capability of wirelessly receiving data.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the network data transmission network further includes a transit server 4; then, the process of establishing a data connection between the terminal 2 and the network storage device 1 in the method specifically includes:
when the terminal 2 is used for judging that the self-configured internet address and the internet address where the network storage device 1 is located are not in the same network segment, as shown in a path 2 in fig. 1, the terminal 2 is used for establishing a link with a transit server 4 and sending a request for establishing the link with the network storage device 1, and after authentication, the terminal 2 is used for establishing data connection with the network storage device 1 by means of the transit server 4;
when the user terminal 2 determines that the internet address configured by the user terminal 2 and the internet address where the network storage device 1 is located are in the same network segment, as shown in a path 1 in fig. 1, the user terminal 2 directly sends a request for establishing a link to the network storage device 1, and after authentication, the user terminal 2 directly establishes a data connection with the network storage device 1.
In order to implement management and control on data and improve data security, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a data output storage space is set in the data storage unit 12 of the network storage device 1, so that when the user terminal 2 establishes data connection with the network storage device 1, the user terminal 2 can only read and write data in the data output storage space. That is, not all data stored in the network storage apparatus 1 can be accessed by the user terminal 2, and the user can store data available for use by the data output apparatus 3 in the data output storage space of the network storage apparatus 1, thereby implementing data management and control.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the network data transmission network further includes a management terminal 5, where the management terminal 5 is capable of establishing a data connection with the network storage apparatus 1; the management terminal 5 includes a computer, a mobile communication terminal commonly called a mobile phone, and a tablet computer. Then, the process of using the terminal 2 to access the network storage device 1 and read data in the method of the present invention specifically includes:
after the data connection is established between the user terminal 2 and the network storage device 1, when the user terminal 2 sends a data reading request, the network storage device 1 forwards the data reading request information of the user terminal 2 to the management terminal 5, wherein the data reading request comprises the name of the data to be read, the brief introduction of the data to be read and the storage position of the data to be read;
only when the management terminal 5 issues a feedback instruction for permitting the read data request, the network storage apparatus 1 permits the read data request of the user terminal 2, and allows the user terminal 2 to read the requested data.
To ensure privacy and security of the data storage environment, the network storage apparatus 1 is provided at a relatively fixed location, and the network storage apparatus 1 is assigned a fixed internet address. That is, the hardware of the network storage device 1 should be located in a place where its user can directly manage and monitor its status, such as the user's office area, the user's home; but the internet address of the network storage apparatus 1 should also be relatively fixed and capable of being monitored by a user through terminal equipment including a computer, a mobile communication terminal and a tablet computer.
