Background
At present, when the resin anchor rod is in actual use, the installation sequence is as follows: after the hole is drilled, an anchoring agent is manually installed in the hole, the anchor rod body is driven by the anchor rod drilling machine to rotate and stir the explosive cartridge to realize anchoring, and then the anchor rod is pre-tightened by screwing the nut. The anchor rod is easy to lose efficacy when being installed due to the influence of factors such as more resin cartridges, poor hole forming of the top plate, low torque of machines and tools and the like; meanwhile, the interfaces of the rotary anchor rod body and the screwing nut are not consistent, and the interfaces need to be replaced. The overall installation process is multiple, the operation is complex and time-consuming, and the operation of workers is difficult.
There are also integrated resin anchor rods, use the air pressure or water pressure to push out the resin anchoring agent in the hollow body of rod, but in the actual use, the air pressure or water pressure and joint sealing property of the hollow body of rod are bad, easy to relieve the pressure and cause the thrust to be insufficient and can't push out the resin anchoring agent; or the sealing performance of the piston is insufficient, resulting in permeation of water into the resin anchoring agent and reduction of the anchoring performance.

pushing out the resin anchoring agent by using a pushing device, and simultaneously rotating a spherical nut by using an anchor rod trolley mechanical arm to fully mix the resin anchoring agent;
and step three, rotating the spherical nut and pushing forwards simultaneously after the resin anchoring agent is solidified, breaking the tail part of the spherical nut to enable the spherical nut to be screwed in, and pre-tightening the anchor rod to finish the installation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects:

The existing hollow rod body has wave-shaped threads inside due to the processing technology, which is not beneficial to sealing; if only the thread at the end where the spherical nut is located is processed, the wave-shaped thread is not processed at the anchoring end, so that the bonding property between the resin anchoring agent and the hollow rod body is reduced, and the anchoring force is reduced.
By adopting a new processing technology, the outer part of the anchor rod is completely wave-shaped threads, and the inner part of the anchor rod is communicated with a straight hole, so that good sealing performance and enough anchoring force can be ensured.
(2) Structural design of sealing piston 4
The sealing piston structure is shown in fig. 3 and comprises: nut 41, small seal ring 42, nut gasket 43, big seal ring 44, bolt 45, wherein: two nuts 41 are juxtaposed on a bolt 45, a small seal 42 is disposed between the two nuts, a nut washer 43 is disposed between the small seal 42 and the second nut, and a large seal 44 is disposed between the large end of the bolt 45 and the nut.
Because the sealing gaskets are in interference fit with the inner wall of the hollow rod body, and one sealing piston is provided with two sealing gaskets which are one big and one small. The large sealing gasket is arranged behind and mainly used for sealing, and the small sealing gasket is arranged in the middle and used for keeping the sealing piston centered and assisting in sealing. Thus, the sealing performance of the sealing piston in a static state is ensured; when the sealing piston moves, the outer diameter of the sealing washer is larger than the inner diameter of the anchor rod body, so that the exceeding part of the sealing washer turns outwards, good sealing performance of the sealing piston is guaranteed during movement, backflow of the broken resin anchoring agent can be prevented, and the resin anchoring agent is guaranteed to completely enter a gap between the anchor rod body and the anchor hole.
Besides the sealing washer, the sealing piston adopts a national standard component, so that the assembly is convenient, and the manufacturing cost is low.
(3) Thrust ring 1 structural design
The thrust ring structure is shown in fig. 4, and the main body of the thrust ring structure is an iron ring 11, and three or four blades 12 are arranged on the iron ring. The blade has a cutting edge with a certain sharpness, so that the blade can not cut the resin anchoring agent in the transportation and storage processes of the resin anchor rod, but can easily and effectively puncture the resin anchoring agent when the sealing piston pushes out the resin anchoring agent.
And meanwhile, the blade can also prevent the sealing piston from being pushed out of the hollow rod body.
(4) Structural design of spherical nut 7
The structure diagram of the ball nut is shown in fig. 5, the existing ball nut is threaded, but the tail part of the ball nut of the invention is provided with a through hole 71 which has a thickness of 2mm, is not provided with threads, is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow rod body and is larger than the flexible steel cable.
Its advantages are as follows: the resin anchoring agent and the sealing piston can be prevented from leaking out from one end of the ball nut after being assembled.
Meanwhile, when the resin anchoring agent is installed, the anchor rod trolley mechanical arm only screws the spherical nut and does not move forwards, so that the spherical nut cannot be screwed forwards due to the obstruction of the tail part, but can drive the hollow rod body to rotate, and the function of stirring the resin anchoring agent is realized. After the resin anchoring agent is solidified, the mechanical arm moves forwards while screwing the spherical nut, breaks through the tail of the spherical nut, and enables the spherical nut to move forwards, so that the function of pre-tightening the hollow rod body is realized.
(6) Ejector design
The structure of the pushing-out device is shown in fig. 6, a flexible steel cable 9 is adopted, a motor drives a roller group 8 to send the steel cable 9 into the hollow rod body, a piston and a resin anchoring agent are pushed, and after the steel cable reaches a position, the roller group clamps the steel cable to prevent the steel cable from sliding off. After the hollow rod body is pre-tightened, the steel cable is loosened by the roller group, the motor drives the winding roller 10, and the steel cable is retracted.
The pushing device occupies a small space and is very suitable for being used in the narrow environment of a coal mine roadway.
The supporting process of the invention is as follows:
after the hole is formed, the anchor rod is sent into the top of the anchor hole and fixed, at the moment, the resin anchoring agent is pushed out by using the steel cable 9, and the working process of the push rod is shown in figure 7.
The resin anchoring agent 2 is broken under the action of the thrust ring 1, the sealing piston 4 and the steel cable 9; the spherical nut is rotated while being pushed out to sufficiently mix the resin anchoring agent.
And waiting for two minutes, rotating the spherical nut and pushing forwards simultaneously after the resin anchoring agent is solidified, breaking the tail part of the spherical nut to screw in the spherical nut, and pre-tightening the anchor rod to finish the installation.
