(1) stirring and mixing p-tert-butyl benzoic acid, dodecanedioic acid and diethanolamine according to a proportion for reaction;
(2) adding diglycolamine into the reaction liquid obtained in the step (1), and stirring and mixing the solution at 50-60 ℃ for reaction;
(3) adding water and benzotriazole into the reaction liquid obtained in the step (2), and stirring and mixing at normal temperature for reaction;
