Abstract
本发明涉及一种切片装置,尤其涉及一种黄瓜自动切片装置。要解决的技术问题为提供一种可以加快黄瓜切片速度、切片厚度均匀的黄瓜自动切片装置。一种黄瓜自动切片装置,包括有:支撑架;传送组件,安装在支撑架上,通过转动方式进行黄瓜传送;下料组件,安装在支撑架上,通过推动方式进行下料;切割组件,安装在支撑架上,通过转动方式进行黄瓜切片。本发明通过传送组件和下料组件,可以自动的对黄瓜进行输送,同时还需要自动的进行黄瓜的下料,再通过切割组件,可以自动的对黄瓜进行切片,并且在对黄瓜进行切割时,滚柱可以防止黄瓜翘起,拉箱可以更好的收集切片完毕的黄瓜。

本发明涉及一种切片装置,尤其涉及一种黄瓜自动切片装置。
背景技术
黄瓜,属葫芦科甜瓜属植物。广泛种植于温带和热带地区,分布于中国各地。花果期为夏季,是中国夏季主要蔬菜。茎藤药用,能消炎、祛痰、镇痉。茎、枝伸长,有棱沟。卷须细,不分歧,具白色柔毛。果实长圆形或圆柱形,熟时黄绿色,表面粗糙,有具刺尖的瘤状突起,极稀近于平滑。黄瓜在食用时,进行切片可以更方便食用,同时还可以提升口感。
目前在对黄瓜进行切片时,首先需要将黄瓜清洗干净,然后使用刀具,将黄瓜切成均匀厚度的黄瓜片,这样的方式虽然能够对黄瓜进行切片,但是非常不方便,同时不能保证切割的厚度均匀,还存在一定的安全风险。
因此亟需研发一种可以加快黄瓜切片速度、切片厚度均匀的黄瓜自动切片装置。
发明内容
为了克服目前的黄瓜切片方式速度慢、厚度不均匀的缺点,要解决的技术问题:提供一种可以加快黄瓜切片速度、切片厚度均匀的黄瓜自动切片装置。
技术方案如下:一种黄瓜自动切片装置,包括有:支撑架;传送组件,安装在支撑架上,通过转动方式进行黄瓜传送;下料组件,安装在支撑架上,通过推动方式进行下料;切割组件,安装在支撑架上,通过转动方式进行黄瓜切片。
作为优选,传送组件包括有:减速电机,安装在支撑架上;转轴,安装在减速电机的输出轴上;传动轮,转动式安装在支撑架;输送带,安装在传动轮之间,输送带上均匀间隔的开有四排放料槽;皮带轮,安装在一侧的传动轮和转轴上;平皮带,安装在皮带轮之间。
作为优选,下料组件包括有:固定架,安装在支撑架上;放料箱,安装在固定架上;滑板,滑动式安装在放料箱上;第一弹簧,安装在滑板之间;菱形块,安装在输送带上,菱形块与滑板配合。
作为优选,切割组件包括有:第一齿轮轴,安装在转轴上;第二齿轮轴,转动式安装在支撑架上,第二齿轮轴与第一齿轮轴啮合;切割刀,安装在第二齿轮轴上。
作为优选,还包括有:滑块,滑动式安装在支撑架内;滚柱,安装在滑块上;第二弹簧,安装在滑块与支撑架之间。
作为优选,还包括有:收集桶,安装在支撑架上;拉箱,滑动式安装在收集桶内。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过传送组件和下料组件,可以自动的对黄瓜进行输送,同时还需要自动的进行黄瓜的下料,再通过切割组件,可以自动的对黄瓜进行切片,并且在对黄瓜进行切割时,滚柱可以防止黄瓜翘起,拉箱可以更好的收集切片完毕的黄瓜。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步地进行说明。
实施例1
一种黄瓜自动切片装置,如图1-4所示,包括有支撑架1、传送组件2、下料组件3和切割组件4,支撑架1顶部安装有通过转动方式进行黄瓜传送的传送组件2,支撑架1顶部后侧安装有通过推动方式进行下料的下料组件3,支撑架1前侧安装有通过转动方式进行黄瓜切片的切割组件4。
在需要使用该装置进行黄瓜的切片时,首先将黄瓜放置在下料组件3内,然后控制传送组件2开始工作,传送组件2触发下料组件3,使得黄瓜进入到传送组件2上,通过传送组件2带动切割组件4进行工作,切割组件4对黄瓜进行切片,在黄瓜切片完毕后,控制传送组件2停止工作。
传送组件2包括有减速电机21、转轴22、皮带轮23、平皮带24、传动轮25和输送带26,支撑架1前侧顶部的右侧通过螺栓固接有减速电机21,减速电机21的输出轴上通过联轴器设有转轴22,支撑架1顶部前后两侧均转动式设有传动轮25,传动轮25之间绕有输送带26,输送带26均匀间隔的开有四排放料槽27,前侧的传动轮25右侧和转轴22上均设有皮带轮23,皮带轮23之间绕有平皮带24。
在需要对黄瓜进行切片时,控制减速电机21转动,进而带动转轴22转动,从而通过皮带轮23和平皮带24带动传动轮25和输送带26转动,带动黄瓜向前移动,在黄瓜切片完毕后,控制减速电机21停止工作。
下料组件3包括有固定架31、放料箱32、滑板33、第一弹簧331和菱形块34,支撑架1顶部后侧焊接有固定架31,固定架31顶端通过螺栓固接有放料箱32,放料箱32底部为四个出料口设置,放料箱32底部四个出料口与放料槽27相对应,放料箱32底部四个出料口处均左右对称滑动式设有滑板33,滑板33之间连接有第一弹簧331,放料槽27处的输送带26上设有菱形块34,菱形块34与滑板33配合。
在需要对黄瓜进行切片时,将黄瓜放置在放料箱32内,在输送带26转动时,带动菱形块34向前移动,在菱形块34向前移动到与滑板33接触时,推动滑板33向外侧移动,第一弹簧331伸张,此时黄瓜从放料箱32进入到放料槽27内,在菱形块34离开滑板33后,第一弹簧331复位,带动滑板33向内侧移动复位。
切割组件4包括有第一齿轮轴41、第二齿轮轴42和切割刀43,转轴22左端通过联轴器连接有第一齿轮轴41,支撑架1前侧中部通过轴承座转动式设有第二齿轮轴42,第二齿轮轴42与第一齿轮轴41啮合,第二齿轮轴42前端键连接有切割刀43。
在转轴22转动时,带动第一齿轮轴41转动,进而带动第二齿轮轴42转动,从而带动切割刀43转动,在切割刀43转动到与黄瓜接触时,对黄瓜进行切割。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图1和5所示,还包括有滚柱5、滑块51和第二弹簧52,支撑架1内左壁前侧上部滑动式设有滑块51,滑块51与支撑架1之间连接有第二弹簧52,滑块51右侧转动式设有滚柱5。
在黄瓜移动到滚柱5下方时,滚柱5向上移动,第二弹簧52压缩,滚柱5可以压住黄瓜,如此,可以防止在对黄瓜进行切割时黄瓜翘起。在黄瓜切割完毕后,第二弹簧52带动滚柱5向下移动复位。
还包括有收集桶6和拉箱61,支撑架1前侧通过螺栓固接有收集桶6,收集桶6内滑动式设有拉箱61。
在黄瓜切片后,落在拉箱61内,在黄瓜切片完毕后,可以将拉箱61拉出,取走切片完毕的黄瓜,如此,可以更好的收集切片完毕的黄瓜。

Claims (6)
1.一种黄瓜自动切片装置,其特征是,包括有:
支撑架(1);
传送组件(2),安装在支撑架(1)上,通过转动方式进行黄瓜传送;
下料组件(3),安装在支撑架(1)上,通过推动方式进行下料;
切割组件(4),安装在支撑架(1)上,通过转动方式进行黄瓜切片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄瓜自动切片装置,其特征是,传送组件(2)包括有:
减速电机(21),安装在支撑架(1)上;
转轴(22),安装在减速电机(21)的输出轴上;
传动轮(25),转动式安装在支撑架(1);
输送带(26),安装在传动轮(25)之间,输送带(26)上均匀间隔的开有四排放料槽(27);
皮带轮(23),安装在一侧的传动轮(25)和转轴(22)上;
平皮带(24),安装在皮带轮(23)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种黄瓜自动切片装置,其特征是,下料组件(3)包括有:
固定架(31),安装在支撑架(1)上;
放料箱(32),安装在固定架(31)上;
滑板(33),滑动式安装在放料箱(32)上;
第一弹簧(331),安装在滑板(33)之间;
菱形块(34),安装在输送带(26)上,菱形块(34)与滑板(33)配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种黄瓜自动切片装置,其特征是,切割组件(4)包括有:
第一齿轮轴(41),安装在转轴(22)上;
第二齿轮轴(42),转动式安装在支撑架(1)上,第二齿轮轴(42)与第一齿轮轴(41)啮合;
切割刀(43),安装在第二齿轮轴(42)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种黄瓜自动切片装置,其特征是,还包括有:
滑块(51),滑动式安装在支撑架(1)内;
滚柱(5),安装在滑块(51)上;
第二弹簧(52),安装在滑块(51)与支撑架(1)之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种黄瓜自动切片装置,其特征是,还包括有:
收集桶(6),安装在支撑架(1)上;
拉箱(61),滑动式安装在收集桶(6)内。
