pouring agricultural and sideline products such as potatoes, kiwi fruits, radishes and the like to be sliced into a conveying cylinder 15 through a feeding cylinder 16, rolling the products to be sliced between an L-shaped plate 19 and a baffle 4 through a discharge opening at the rear end of the conveying cylinder 15, and positioning a cutting knife 36 above the products to be sliced;
step two, adjusting the slice thickness through an adjusting mechanism, rotating a threaded rod 44 through a manual wheel 45 to be matched with a threaded cylinder 43 to rotate spirally so as to drive a T-shaped rotating shaft 42 to rotate in a rotating cylinder 41, and simultaneously driving an adjusting slide rod 48 to slide along an adjusting slide cylinder 46 under the tension action of an adjusting spring 47 so as to drive a baffle 4 to horizontally and transversely move, so that the distance between the baffle 4 and a cutting knife 36 is changed, and the slice thickness is changed;
step three, controlling a double-shaft motor 31 to drive a cutting mechanism to slice a product to be cut, controlling front and rear motor shafts of the double-shaft motor 31 to synchronously rotate, driving a driving shaft and a crank short rod 32 to rotate through a coupler, driving a crank long rod 33 to do reciprocating swing of a crank rocker through a hinging action, further driving a cutting slide rod 35 to do reciprocating slide along a cutting slide cylinder 34, and further driving a cutting knife 36 to cooperate with a cutting groove on the top surface of an L-shaped plate 19 to cut the product to be cut;
step four, controlling a boosting mechanism to convey a product to be cut at the bottom in the conveying cylinder 15 through a material pushing opening, controlling a telescopic rod of a boosting telescopic cylinder 21 to stretch and retract in a reciprocating manner, driving a boosting plate 25 to move transversely in a reciprocating manner through a telescopic connecting block, further driving a boosting slide rod 24 to slide in a reciprocating manner along a boosting slide cylinder 23, further driving a slide block 22 to slide along a T-shaped slide rail 27 through an arc-shaped push plate 26, and further enabling the arc-shaped push plate 26 to convey the product to be cut at the bottom in the conveying cylinder 15 forwards through pushing in a reciprocating manner at the material pushing opening;
step five, the cut slices fall to the rear end in the collecting box 14, the hinging mechanism is controlled to enable the slices to uniformly fall into the collecting box 14, and the rear collecting box 14 is fully collected and pushed out of the U-shaped plate 12 through the rectangular hole 13; the bidirectional telescopic rod of the bidirectional telescopic cylinder 51 is controlled to slowly extend, under the coordination of the hinging action, the first hinging rod 54 is driven to be movably hinged with the rear end of the hinging connecting rod 53 through the first hinging shaft, and the second hinging rod 52 is driven to be movably hinged with the front end of the hinging connecting rod 53 through the second hinging shaft, so that the hinging baffle 5 pushes the collecting box 14 to slowly slide out along the rectangular hole 13; the control of the hinge mechanism enables the slices to fall into the collection box 14 evenly, which facilitates the hinge baffle 5 to push the collection box 14 to slide out along the rectangular hole 13 slowly.
The invention effectively solves the problems of single processing variety and poor adaptability, can meet the requirements of large-scale deep processing of agricultural and sideline fruits according to requirements by matching various mechanisms, greatly reduces the labor intensity and further improves the working efficiency.

The agricultural byproduct slicing tool having a lifting function according to claim 1, wherein: the cutting mechanism comprises a short crank rod (32), a long crank rod (33), a cutting slide rod (35) and a cutting knife (36), driving shafts are arranged at the end parts of a front motor shaft and a rear motor shaft of the double-shaft motor (31), the outer end of each driving shaft is movably hinged with the top end of the short crank rod (32) through a pin shaft, and the bottom end of each short crank rod (32) is movably hinged with the top end of the long crank rod (33) through a pin shaft; the end surface all is equipped with cutting slide (34) around riser (3), every cutting slide bar (35) have all been inserted in cutting slide (34), and every cutting slide bar (35) top all is articulated through round pin axle and crank stock (33) bottom activity that corresponds, riser (3) bottom surface is equipped with cutting knife (36), every cutting slide bar (35) bottom respectively with the one end rigid coupling that cutting knife (36) top surface corresponds.

and fifthly, controlling the hinge mechanism to enable the slices to uniformly fall into the collecting box (14), and controlling the bidirectional telescopic rod of the bidirectional telescopic cylinder (51) to slowly extend to enable the hinge baffle plate (5) to push the collecting box (14) to slowly slide out along the rectangular hole (13).
