Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a multimedia communication method, device and system based on a third-party platform system.
Background
At present, in the process of service based on a third-party platform system, such as express delivery, takeout, taxi taking and the like, the contact between a service provider and a user is mainly realized by a telephone. Thus, third party platform systems typically retain the user's telephone number, and the service provider then contacts the user based on the telephone number.
However, since the third-party platform system stores all the contact information of the user, if the third-party platform sells the data, that is, the third-party platform rewrites the personal privacy of the user, the privacy of the user is leaked, and harassment is caused to the user. In addition, when the third-party platform system provides the service, the third-party platform system sends the telephone number to the server of the platform, so that after the service is ended, the user may be still harassed by the server.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a multimedia communication method, a device and a system based on a third-party platform system, which aim to solve the problem that user information is easy to leak because the real calling number of a user needs to be sent to the third-party platform system in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is realized as follows:
In a first aspect, a multimedia communication method based on a third-party platform system is provided, which includes:
receiving an identification code sent by a user terminal;
sending the identification code to a communication operator system so that the communication operator system allocates a virtual number based on the identification code and establishes a mapping relation between the calling number and the virtual number, wherein the communication operator system stores the mapping relation between the calling number registered by the user terminal and the identification code;
and sending the distributed virtual number to a service terminal so as to initiate communication connection to a calling number corresponding to the virtual number through the communication operator system when the service terminal establishes multimedia communication connection with the user terminal based on the virtual number.
In a second aspect, a multimedia communication system based on a third party platform system is provided, the system comprising:
the user terminal sends the identification code to the third-party platform system;
the third party platform system receives the identification code and forwards the identification code to a communication operator system, and forwards a virtual number distributed by the communication operator based on the identification code to the service terminal, wherein the communication operator system stores a mapping relation between a call number registered by the user terminal and the identification code;
The communication operator system receives the identification code sent by the third-party platform system, allocates a virtual number based on the identification code, establishes a mapping relation between the calling number and the virtual number, and establishes communication connection between the service terminal and the calling number corresponding to the virtual number based on the virtual number of the service terminal requesting communication connection; and
and the service terminal receives the virtual number forwarded by the third-party platform and requests the communication operator system to carry out communication connection based on the virtual number.
In a third aspect, a third-party platform system based multimedia communication device is provided, which includes:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the identification code sent by the user terminal;
a first sending unit, configured to send the identifier code to a communication operator system, so that the communication operator system allocates a virtual number based on the identifier code and establishes a mapping relationship between the calling number and the virtual number, where the communication operator system stores the mapping relationship between the calling number registered by the user terminal and the identifier code;
and the second sending unit is used for sending the allocated virtual number to a service terminal so as to initiate communication connection to the calling number corresponding to the virtual number through the communication operator system when the service terminal establishes multimedia communication connection with the user terminal based on the virtual number.
In a fourth aspect, there is also provided a terminal device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the method according to the first aspect.

In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the identification code sent by the user terminal, the multimedia communication method based on the third-party platform system sends the identification code to the communication operator system (storing the mapping relation between the calling number registered by the user terminal and the identification code), so that the communication operator system distributes the virtual number according to the identification code and establishes the mapping relation between the calling number and the virtual number, and sends the virtual number distributed by the communication operator system to the service terminal so as to initiate communication connection to the calling number corresponding to the virtual number through the communication operator system when the service terminal establishes multimedia communication connection with the user terminal based on the virtual number. Therefore, in the process that the service terminal is in communication connection with the user terminal based on the third-party platform system, as the communication operator system stores the mapping relation between the registered identification code and the call number, the identification code can be sent to the third-party platform system instead of the call number, and then the communication operator system distributes the virtual number according to the identification code, so that the communication operator system initiates communication connection to the call number corresponding to the virtual number, and the real call number does not need to be sent to the third-party platform system, and the multimedia communication connection between the service terminal and the user terminal can be realized. Therefore, the problem that user information is leaked due to the fact that the real calling number of the user needs to be sent to the third-party platform system in the prior art can be solved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
At present, in the social process of taking a mobile phone as a personal identifier, mobile phone number information needs to be exchanged in many occasions, the exchanged mobile phone number needs to be a real number at present, and at the moment, a mobile phone user as a called party can receive call requests from various calling modes, including a mobile user, a fixed line user, an enterprise user, an internet user and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, in the current communication network, a calling party (such as a wireless terminal, a fixed telephone terminal, a remote computer terminal, etc.) actively initiates a call, accesses a communication gateway through a wireless base station or a wired communication network, the communication gateway transmits key information of the call to a central controller at the back end, the central controller acquires a physical address of a called terminal and a state of the called terminal according to a called number, and determines that the call can be made and then transmits a call signal to a receiver of the called terminal through a transmission modulator to form a communication link.
The process of processing a call in the existing communication system is shown in fig. 2, and the existing communication system can only use a unique number for user identification from the system layer to the user layer. When the user is called, only one number can be called, and the communication system can directly inform the called user according to the call request after receiving the call request.
According to the analysis of the existing communication scheme, for the inside and the outside of the system, the mobile phone number of the user is the unique identifier of the user, and for the outside of the system, the user can only share the mobile phone number with other people as the unique identity identifier, and once the user provides the mobile phone number for other people or organizations, the contact cannot be blocked subsequently. The external equipment or the terminal can only call the user through the unique number, when the communication network platform system receives the call or the short message of the external equipment or the terminal, the system can not identify whether the calling party is willing to answer or receive by the user, and can only inform the user terminal of all external calls, and the separation of user behavior and system behavior can not be realized in principle, so that the leakage of the user number can not be avoided, and the harassing call, the short message and other contents can be prevented, namely the call and the sending capacity of intelligent analysis can not be realized.
Generally, the risk of preventing the leakage of the telephone number and the harassment of the short message can only be completed by the subjective awareness of the user, that is, the mobile phone number is not provided to the other party and is disclosed as less as possible to the outside under the unnecessary condition. The exchange of the mobile phone number information may be active or passive, or there is number propagation under unknown conditions, at this time, the mobile phone terminal of the user will necessarily receive various types of call or short message information, including various types of manual calls (short messages) and automatic calls (short messages) from mobile terminals, fixed phones, enterprise numbers, internet virtual numbers and the like and various industries, including calls (short messages) which are wanted and not wanted, so that the user is usually forced to answer all calls or receive short messages, which will bring bad use experience to the user.
For example, in services based on a third-party platform system, such as express delivery, takeaway, taxi taking, and the like, contact between a service provider and a user is mainly achieved by a telephone. Thus, third party platform systems typically retain the user's telephone number, and the service provider then contacts the user based on the telephone number.
That is, the third-party platform stores the contact information of all users, and if the third-party platform sells the data, that is, the personal privacy of the users is sold, the privacy of the users is leaked, and harassment is caused to the users;
And, the third party platform system will send the phone number to the platform's server when providing services. For example, an express official can send a telephone number to a courier, so that the courier can send a courier conveniently; the takeaway platform can send the telephone number to the takeaway personnel, so that the takeaway personnel can send the piece conveniently; the taxi taking platform can give a driver a telephone number, so that the driver can conveniently contact with passengers. When the third-party platform system sends the telephone number to the platform server, after the service is ended, the user may be still harassed by the server.
To solve the above technical problem, as shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a multimedia communication method based on a third party platform system, which may include:
and step 302, the third-party platform system receives the identification code sent by the user terminal.
And step 304, the third party platform system sends the identification code to the communication operator system so that the communication operator system allocates a virtual number based on the identification code and establishes a mapping relation between the calling number and the virtual number.
The communication operator system stores the mapping relation between the call number registered by the user terminal and the identification code. The user can register an account number in the communication operator system, and the user binds the identification code with the calling number of the user during registration, wherein the calling number is a number to be hidden through a virtual number, and the identification code can be the account number registered by the user or an identification code randomly allocated to the user by the communication operator system. One identification code can be correspondingly bound with one calling number, and also can be bound with a plurality of calling numbers. Of course, the user can change the binding relationship between the identification code and the calling number at will. After the change, the communication carrier system saves the corresponding relationship between the identification code of the user and the calling number.
When the user terminal is using the third party platform system, the identification code is provided to the third party platform system, namely, the identification code is used for replacing the calling number of the user. For example, for the takeaway platform, the user provides the identification code to the takeaway platform, rather than providing the own mobile phone number to the takeaway platform; for the express platform, the receiver provides the identification code for the sender, and the sender provides the identification code for the express platform instead of providing the mobile phone number of the receiver for the express platform. Thus, the third party platform system allocates a virtual number to the received identification code through the communication operator system, so that the service terminal is in contact with the user terminal through the virtual number.
And step 306, sending the virtual number to the service terminal so as to initiate communication connection to the calling number corresponding to the virtual number through the communication operator system when the service terminal establishes multimedia communication connection with the user terminal based on the virtual number.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, before the causing the communications carrier system to assign the virtual number based on the identification code and to establish the mapping relationship between the calling number and the virtual number, the method includes:
and 402, the third-party platform system associates the service number corresponding to the target service with the identification code and transmits the association relationship between the service number and the identification code to the communication operator system. The association relationship between the service number and the identification code can be sent out after a request for acquiring the identification code by the communication operator system is received, and the association relationship between the service number and the identification code can be actively provided for the communication operator system for the third-party platform.
The service number may be a number of a service being performed by the user terminal, such as an express order number, a take-away order number, a taxi order number, and the like. Thus, the service number and the identification code establish a one-to-one correspondence relationship.
And step 404, the third-party platform system sends the service number acquired by the service terminal to the communication operator system so as to request the communication operator system to distribute the virtual number based on the identification code corresponding to the service number.
When a server of the third-party platform system provides service for a user, the server can obtain a service number, the server sends the service number to a communication operator system through terminal equipment and requests the communication operator system to allocate a virtual number, the server (namely, the service terminal) can be a courier, a takeout person, a taxi driver and the like, the courier can obtain an express order number from the express, and the takeout person can obtain an order number for dispatching an order from an APP terminal.
It is easy to understand that the third-party platform system can request the communication operator system to allocate a virtual number according to the corresponding relation between the service number and the identification code so as to establish communication connection with the user terminal, and the third-party platform system and the service terminal can not obtain the calling number of the user terminal, so that the problem that the user information is leaked due to the fact that the real calling number of the user is sent to the third-party platform system can be avoided.
In the above further embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, before the causing the communications carrier system to assign the virtual number based on the identification code and establishing the mapping relationship between the calling number and the virtual number, and after requesting the communications carrier system to assign the virtual number, the method includes:
and 502, acquiring a service state corresponding to the service number based on the service number.
And step 504, sending the service state corresponding to the service number to the communication operator system so that the communication operator system can acquire the identification code corresponding to the service number when determining that the service terminal is serving the user terminal based on the service state.
It should be understood that, after receiving the service number, the communication operator system may query the service state corresponding to the service number according to the interface provided by the third party platform system. The third party platform system opens a service status query interface to the communication carrier system, which interfaces some platforms already provide. For example, the express platform system provides an express status query interface, and can query the current status of the express according to the express bill number. For take-away platforms, taxi taking platforms, etc., service state inquiry interfaces can also be opened to the communication operator system.
When the service terminal is determined to be serving the user terminal according to the service state (for example, for an express platform system, a server is providing service for a user, and means that express of a current order is being dispatched, for a takeout platform system, the server is providing service for the user, and means that takeout of the current order is being dispatched, and for a taxi taking platform system, the server is providing service for the user, and means that a current vehicle has taken an order), the communication operator system acquires the identification code corresponding to the service number, so that the service terminal is prevented from establishing unnecessary communication connection with the user terminal through a virtual number allocated by the communication operator system under the condition that the service terminal is not serving the service terminal, even the situation that part of the service terminal maliciously harasses the user terminal through the connected virtual number by means of a third-party platform system and the like can be avoided.
In a further above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, before the causing the communications carrier system to assign the virtual number based on the identification code and establishing the mapping relationship between the calling number and the virtual number, and after requesting assignment of the virtual number to the communications carrier system, the method includes:
and step 602, acquiring the position information of the service terminal.
And step 604, sending the position information to a communication operator system so that the communication operator system acquires the identification code corresponding to the service number when determining that the distance between the service terminal and the user terminal is less than or equal to a preset threshold value based on the position information.
That is, after the communication operator system determines that the order status is that the service provider is providing service for the user, the geographic location of the service provider can be further determined, and the identification code corresponding to the service number is acquired only when the geographic location is smaller than a set threshold. That is to say, only when the waiters such as couriers and takeoffs are closer to the user, the identification code can be acquired, so that the possibility that the user is harassed can be further reduced according to the acquired virtual number.
In some embodiments, the multimedia communication method based on the third-party platform system further includes: and sending the service state corresponding to the service number to the communication operator system so that the communication operator system can cancel the mapping relation between the calling number and the virtual number when determining that the service state is finished based on the service state.
The method of the embodiment of the invention inquires the order state through the interface of the third party platform system, provides the virtual number to the service terminal only when the service terminal is providing the service, and the communication operator system can cancel the mapping relation between the calling number and the virtual number after the inquiry of the state is finished, thereby avoiding the waste of virtual number resources.
In addition, when the service terminal actually provides service for the user terminal, the request for allocating the virtual number is initiated to the communication operator system by the service terminal, and the communication operator system also queries the service state according to the interface of the third-party platform system, and provides the virtual number to the service terminal when determining that the service terminal is providing service, that is, the service terminal and the third-party platform system cannot acquire the virtual number independently, but need to cooperate with each other, so that the possibility that any party acquires the virtual number independently to harass the user can be reduced.
As can be described with reference to fig. 7, a specific implementation process of the multimedia communication method based on the third-party platform system according to the embodiment of the present invention may be:
first, the user terminal may be registered in the communication carrier system at the time of starting the third party platform or before using the third party platform, and store a mapping relationship between the registered identification code and the call number of the user in the communication carrier system.
Secondly, when the user terminal uses the third-party platform system, the identification code is provided for the third-party platform system, so that the user terminal can be contacted with the third-party platform system by replacing the calling number of the user with the identification code.
Thirdly, the third-party platform system associates the service number of the service being performed by the user with the identification code, and provides the association relationship between the service number and the identification code to the communication operator system.
Fourthly, when the service terminal of the third-party platform system provides service for the user, the service terminal can obtain the service number, the service terminal sends the service number to the communication operator system, and requests the communication operator system to distribute the virtual number.
And fifthly, the communication operator system acquires the service number and inquires the order state corresponding to the service number according to the interface provided by the third-party platform system. When the communication operator system determines that the order state is that the service terminal provides service for the user, the identification code corresponding to the service number is obtained, the call number registered by the user is obtained according to the identification code, the communication operator system distributes a virtual number to the call number, the mapping relation between the call number and the virtual number is established, and the virtual number is sent to the service terminal.
And sixthly, the service terminal initiates a call request to the user terminal by sending the virtual number, and after the communication operator system receives the call request, the service terminal initiates a call to the call number of the user terminal according to the mapping relation between the virtual number and the call number so as to establish communication connection. And after the communication operator system inquires the order state completion through the interface of the third-party platform system, canceling the mapping relation between the virtual number and the calling number.
Therefore, the user replaces the calling number with the identification code through the mapping relation between the identification code registered in the communication operator system and the calling number, the real calling number of the user is not required to be provided for a third-party platform system, and the calling number is not required to be provided for a service terminal, so that the purpose of protecting the privacy of the user can be achieved. And when the service terminal actually provides service, the request for distributing the virtual number is initiated to the communication operator system by the service terminal, the communication operator system also needs to inquire the order state according to the interface of the third-party platform system, and the virtual number is provided to the service terminal only when the service terminal is providing service, namely, the service terminal and the third-party platform system can not obtain the virtual number independently, but need to be matched with each other, so that the problem that any party obtains the virtual number independently to harass the user can be avoided.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a multimedia communication device based on a third-party platform system, as shown in fig. 8, which may include: a receiving unit 802, configured to receive an identifier sent by a user terminal; a first sending unit 804, configured to send the identifier code to a communication operator system, so that the communication operator system allocates a virtual number based on the identifier code and establishes a mapping relationship between a calling number and the virtual number, where the communication operator system stores the mapping relationship between the calling number registered by the user terminal and the identifier code; a second sending unit 806, configured to send the virtual number to the service terminal, so as to initiate a communication connection to a calling number corresponding to the virtual number through the communication operator system when the service terminal establishes a multimedia communication connection with the user terminal based on the virtual number.
After receiving the identification code sent by the user terminal through the receiving unit 802, the multimedia communication device based on the third-party platform system sends the identification code to the communication operator system (storing the mapping relationship between the calling number registered by the user terminal and the identification code) through the first sending unit 804, so that the communication operator system allocates a virtual number according to the identification code and establishes the mapping relationship between the calling number and the virtual number, and sends the virtual number allocated by the communication operator system to the service terminal through the second sending unit 806 so as to initiate communication connection to the calling number corresponding to the virtual number through the communication operator system when the service terminal establishes multimedia communication connection with the user terminal based on the virtual number.
In the above embodiment, the multimedia communication apparatus further includes an associating unit 808, configured to associate a service number corresponding to the target service with the identification code, and transmit an association relationship between the service number and the identification code to the communication operator system; and a third sending unit 810, configured to send the service number acquired by the service terminal to the communications carrier system, so as to request allocation of a virtual number to the communications carrier system based on the identification code corresponding to the service number.
It should be understood that the third party platform system may request the communication operator system to allocate a virtual number according to the corresponding relationship between the service number and the identification code to establish a communication connection with the user terminal, and the third party platform system and the service terminal cannot obtain the calling number of the user terminal, so that the problem of user information leakage caused by sending the real calling number of the user to the third party platform system can be avoided.
In the above further embodiment, the multimedia communication apparatus further includes a first obtaining unit 812, configured to obtain, based on the service number, a service status corresponding to the service number; and a fourth sending unit 814, configured to send the service state corresponding to the service number to the communication operator system, so that the communication operator system obtains the identification code corresponding to the service number when determining that the service terminal is serving the user terminal based on the service state.
That is to say, when it is determined that the service terminal is serving the user terminal according to the service state, the communication operator system obtains the identification code corresponding to the service number, so as to prevent the service terminal from establishing unnecessary communication connection with the user terminal through the virtual number allocated by the communication operator system under the condition that the service terminal is not serving the service terminal, and even avoid that a part of the service terminal maliciously harasses the user terminal through the connected virtual number by means of a third-party platform system, and the like.
In some embodiments of the foregoing, the multimedia communication apparatus further includes a second obtaining unit 816, configured to obtain location information of the service terminal; the fourth sending unit 814 is further configured to send the location information to the communication carrier system, so that the communication carrier system obtains the identification code corresponding to the service number when determining that the distance between the service terminal and the user terminal is less than or equal to the preset threshold based on the location information.
In some embodiments of the foregoing, the fourth sending unit 814 is further configured to send the service state corresponding to the service number to the communication carrier system, so that the communication carrier system cancels the mapping relationship between the call number and the virtual number when determining that the service state is completed based on the service state. That is, the order state is inquired through the interface of the third party platform system, the virtual number is provided to the service terminal only when the service terminal is providing the service, and after the inquiry of the state is completed, the communication operator system can cancel the mapping relation between the calling number and the virtual number, thereby avoiding the waste of virtual number resources.
As shown in fig. 9, the specific implementation process of the method for implementing the communication service through the virtual number may be:
the calling terminal calls or sends short messages to a communication network by virtual numbers, then after a central controller link, the calling terminal does not directly inform a called terminal through a transmitting modulator, but transfers a request of calling or sending the short messages to a calling dispatching system, the calling dispatching system carries out target positioning according to a user calling number, and calls or sends information to the user terminal through the transmitting modulator through a finally positioned actual user calling number. Wherein the network transmission link between the calling terminal and the user terminal is as shown in fig. 8.
As can be seen from fig. 9, a call dispatch system and a call management APP are added to the network link. The calling dispatching system is used for converting the number dialed by the calling terminal into the real calling number of the called user and calling the user terminal through the transmitting modulator; the calling management APP provides value-added service for the called user, the called user can optionally define a virtual number for being called through the calling management APP, the length and the rule of the virtual number can be used for generating a number library by a system according to resource conditions, the virtual number is in a form of a virtual long number or a disguised real number, and the virtual number has the capabilities of configurability, custom availability and the like of a life cycle. The scheme of the multimedia communication method based on any one of the above embodiments is realized by embedding a call scheduling system and a call management APP into a communication link.
That is, the multimedia communication apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include a call scheduling unit 816, configured to convert a target virtual number into a call number of a called terminal when a calling terminal (corresponding to a service terminal) sends information to a called terminal (corresponding to a user terminal), so as to establish a communication connection between the calling terminal and the called terminal, where the target virtual number is a number at which the calling terminal is sending information to the target number.
It should be understood that, when the calling terminal performs communication connection with the called terminal through the virtual number, the virtual number is converted into the call number of the called terminal through the call scheduling unit 816, so that the communication connection between the calling terminal and the called terminal can be established without providing the real call number of the called terminal to the calling terminal, and therefore, the problem of user information leakage caused by sending the real call number of the user to the calling terminal can be avoided.
The call dispatching unit 816 may include a virtual number library management unit, a virtual number instance unit, a life cycle management unit, a user actual number library management unit, a virtual number and actual number routing relationship management unit, and a virtual number called intelligent anti-harassment unit. The specific implementation functions of the call scheduling unit 816 may include:
a. Managing the use of the virtual number resources of the whole network and managing the inventory.
b. The instance relationship in which the virtual number is used and the period and current state in which the virtual number plan is used are managed.
c. Storing the actual calling number information of the user and the related network element information for positioning and calling the user terminal through the communication network equipment.
d. The conversion algorithm definition and conversion management of the virtual number and the actual calling number of the user are used for completing the conversion from different virtual numbers to the actual calling number, the conversion relation can comprise one-to-one and many-to-one, and the conversion modes can be call conversion, non-call conversion, short message transmittable conversion, non-short message transmittable conversion and the like.
e. The method has the capabilities of analyzing the behavior of the whole network virtual number called party, completing comprehensive analysis of the calling source of the same type of virtual number, the virtual number called by the same type of calling party and one-to-one and many-to-one conversion scenes from the virtual number to the real number through data modeling, completing analysis of the using behavior and habits of the calling party and the called party, and realizing intelligent call blocking, intelligent call rejection, intelligent blacklist and intelligent filtering.
In the above embodiment, the call scheduling unit 816 is further configured to obtain the behavior parameter of the calling terminal and the behavior parameter of the called terminal. The multimedia communication apparatus may further include a call management unit 818 for determining whether to establish a communication connection between the calling terminal and the called terminal based on the behavior parameters of the calling terminal and the behavior parameters of the called terminal. In addition, the call management unit 818 is further configured to intercept information sent by the calling terminal and/or a virtual number of the calling terminal or a mobile phone number of the calling terminal, if it is determined that the communication connection between the calling terminal and the called terminal cannot be established.

Meanwhile, as will be described with reference to fig. 10, it is understood that the harassment level of the caller behavior and the harassment level of the callee behavior are determined by analyzing the caller behavior and analyzing the callee behavior, and matching the preset rules and harassment levels (such as table three to table five) to determine whether to continue establishing the communication connection between the caller terminal and the callee terminal, so that when it is determined that the caller behavior belongs to harassment behavior (or the callee behavior is harassed), the call, the intelligent reject call, the intelligent blacklist, the intelligent filter and the like are intelligently blocked, and thus it is ensured that the system automatically processes harassment calls and short messages according to the intelligent analysis of the system and the set will of the callee.
Therefore, the multimedia communication system of the embodiment of the invention not only has the function of virtualizing the real calling number, but also can realize intelligent dispatching and personalized definition of the calling, thereby preventing the real calling number of the user from being leaked, and blocking the intrusion of harassment and fraud telephone short messages.
In addition, the user can apply for different virtual numbers for different life scenes and working scenes, so that the real number is not changed, and the trouble of frequently changing the number is reduced. For example, the network communication can apply for a virtual number reporting network platform and an express platform with a term of 1 month; the organization party of the conference can apply for the virtual number of 1 day period to check and authenticate the short message when participating in the public product conference; the virtual number with the period of 3 months is applied when the house is purchased, and the number expires after the house purchasing procedure is finished, so that the risk that the house company randomly resells the user information is avoided.
Further, the embodiment of the invention also provides a multimedia communication system based on the third-party platform system. As shown in fig. 11, a system of an embodiment of the invention may include: a user terminal 1102 that transmits an identification code to the third party platform system 1104; the third party platform system 1104 receives the identification code and forwards the identification code to the communication operator system 1106, and forwards the virtual number allocated by the communication operator 1106 based on the identification code to the service terminal 1108, wherein the communication operator system 1106 stores the mapping relationship between the call number registered by the user terminal and the identification code; the communication operator system 1106 receives the identification code sent by the third-party platform system 1104, so as to allocate a virtual number based on the identification code and establish a mapping relationship between the calling number and the virtual number, and establish a communication connection between the service terminal and the calling number corresponding to the virtual number based on the virtual number for which the service terminal 1108 requests communication connection; and a service terminal 1108 that receives the virtual number forwarded by the third party platform system 1104 and requests a communication connection to the communication carrier system 1106 based on the virtual number.
Therefore, it can be seen that, as described with reference to fig. 7, the multimedia communication system based on the third-party platform system replaces the call number with the identification code through the mapping relationship between the identification code registered in the communication operator system and the call number, and the real call number of the user does not need to be provided to the third-party platform system, or even to the service terminal, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the privacy of the user.
In any of the above embodiments, the multimedia communication connection may include communication connection modes such as telephone, short message, multimedia message, and the like.
