Working method of movable drainage tube model for operation teaching
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drainage tubes, in particular to a working method of a movable drainage tube model for operation teaching.
Background
The human body model and the specimen are used for medical science and operation teaching, and the medical education mode is very convenient and efficient.
In modern gastrointestinal surgery (teaching), a certain prevention and treatment of anastomotic leakage are needed. Because anastomotic leakage occurs once, the most important treatment is drainage and irrigation. In formal operation, the drainage tube is mostly placed around the anastomotic stoma, but the drainage tube is often displaced due to the change of the body position of a patient after operation, intestinal flatulence, intestinal peristalsis and the like, so that the drainage effect and the protection effect on the anastomotic stoma are lost. Therefore, a drainage tube which can move along with the anastomotic stoma is invented.

Preferably, the middle part of the suture line is connected with the second limiting part, and two ends of the suture line are in a free state.
One or more technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application have at least one or more of the following technical effects:
1. in the embodiment of the application, by arranging the first limiting part and the suture line, the first limiting part is of an annular structure and is inelastic, one end of the suture line and the part to be drained are fixed in a sewing manner, and the other end of the suture line penetrates through the first limiting part of the annular structure, so that the suture line is fixed on the first limiting part, and the position between the pipe body and the anastomotic stoma is relatively fixed; in addition, the structure based on the first limiting part can be damaged by external force, the structure of the first limiting part can be damaged from the outer end of the pipe body relative to the manikin based on the fact that the two ends of the first limiting part are fixed to the two ends of the pipe body, the connection relation between the first limiting part and the suture line is removed, the pipe body and the suture line are separated, the pipe body is convenient to be pulled out from the manikin, and the technical problem that the drainage pipe in the prior art is displaced relative to the anastomotic stoma is solved; the technical effect that the position of the drainage tube relative to the anastomotic stoma is stable is achieved.
2. In the embodiment of the present application, when the first limiting member is a linear body, the first limiting member needs to be in a tensioning state to ensure that the form is not changed by an external force, so that the force transmission is more direct and efficient. At the moment, if the part to be drained is displaced, the first limiting part can be pulled through the suture line, so that the pipe body is pulled to move along with the part to be drained; avoid because the lax of first locating part, lead to the stylolite to pull first locating part but can not drive the body.
3. In this application, through with detachable connection between first locating part and the mounting, perhaps design first locating part for the detachable to make first locating part can be taken out from the body alone, thereby lead to the stylolite to lose the main part of attaching to, thereby the stylolite can break away from the restriction of first locating part, so that the body can separate with the stylolite.
4. In the embodiment of the application, the fixing member is provided with a through fixing groove, the first limiting member penetrates through the fixing groove, and one end of the first limiting member is fixed on the fixing groove through the penetration; according to the fixing mode, after the first limiting part of the annular structure is cut off, the first limiting part is pulled to enable the first limiting part and the fixing part to be smoothly disconnected, so that the first limiting part can be completely and conveniently pulled out of the pipe body. When the pipe body is pulled out of the manikin, if the first limiting part still has part remained in the pipe body, the remained part is easily pulled out from the through hole of the pipe body by the suture. This is absolutely forbidden during the actual operation, because the remaining part is drawn out from the through hole of the tube body by the suture thread, which affects the actual human tissue; the suture line and the residual first limiting part are blocked at the through hole together, and the tube body is prevented from being drawn out. Therefore, in the operation teaching process, the real operation process should be completely simulated, and the residual part is prevented from being drawn out from the through hole of the tube body by the suture.
5. In the embodiment of the application, the first limiting part is arranged to be a line body which can be cut, so that an operator can cut the first limiting part at the outer end of the pipe body, the first limiting part is changed from a tensioning state to a loosening state, and after the first limiting part can be independently pulled out of the pipe body, the suture line can be separated from the cut part of the first limiting part, and the releasable connection between the suture line and the first limiting part is achieved.
6. In the embodiment of the application, the second limiting part is additionally arranged, so that one more connecting part is arranged between the suture and the first limiting part, firstly, the suture can be completely positioned outside the tube body, the suture is completely exposed under the visual field, and the suture is conveniently integrally controlled during suturing; secondly, the separation between the first limiting part and the suture line is smoother, and if the second limiting part is arranged in a ring shape, the second limiting part can be conveniently separated from the first limiting part; thirdly, the suture can conveniently pass through the annular second limiting part, so that the operation is convenient.

In order to better understand the technical scheme, the technical scheme is described in detail in the following with the accompanying drawings and specific modes. It should be understood that the specific examples described herein are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The working method of the movable drainage tube model for operation teaching is applied to an anastomotic stoma 2 of a part to be drained 1 with reference to the attached figure 1 of the specification, and the drainage tube capable of being sutured and fixed comprises the following steps: the pipe body 2, the fixing piece 4, the first limiting piece 3 and the suture 5. Wherein, the tube body 2 is hollow, and the tube body 2 is provided with a through hole 21 relative to the anastomotic stoma 2; the fixing piece 4 is arranged in the tube body 2, the fixing piece 4 is used for fixing the first limiting piece 3 in the tube body 2, the suture 5 is used for connecting the first limiting piece 3 and the drainage portion 1 to be treated, and the position stability of the tube body 2 relative to the anastomotic stoma 2 is achieved. In addition, the first limiting member 3 is an annular structure, the suture line 5 penetrates through at least one side of the first limiting member 3, and the position relationship between the suture line 5 and the tube body 2 is relatively fixed through the first limiting member 3.
The tubular body 2, specifically the tubular body 2, is of the conventional type of drain tube, having one or more drainage apertures. It should be noted that the through hole 21 in the tube body 2 can also be served by a drainage hole. It will be understood that the fixing member 4 and the tubular body 2 may be integral or may be a combination. In one example, referring to fig. 4 of the specification, the fixing member 4 and the tube 2 are two parts, the fixing member 4 can be fixed at the bottom of the tube 2, and the fixing member 4 is provided with a fixing groove 41 to facilitate the penetrating connection of the first limiting member 3; by the connection mode, the first limiting part 3 can be completely pulled out of the pipe body 2 after the structure is damaged, and the first limiting part 3 is prevented from being clamped on the fixing part 4. In another example, the first retaining member 3 and the fixing member 4 are detachably connected to each other, so that the connection between the suture thread 5 and the tube 2 is released.
The first limiting piece 3 is arranged in the pipe body 2, and two ends of the first limiting piece 3 are fixed at two ends of the pipe body 2; the first limiting part 3 has two forms, the first is detachable connection between the first limiting part 3 and the fixing part 4, the second is that the first limiting part 3 is detachable, the first limiting part 3 is inelastic, and the structure of the first limiting part 3 can be destroyed by external force, such as being cut off, twisted off and fused, so that the connection relationship between the suture thread 5 and the tube body 2 is released, and the first limiting part 3 loses the ability of limiting the suture thread 5 or the second limiting part 6 by destroying the structure of the first limiting part 3. It should be noted that the pipe body 2 has a certain length, and can extend from inside to outside, the first limiting member 3 also has a certain length, and can extend from inside to outside, and the first limiting member 3 is in a state that can be operated by an operator, for example, the length of the first limiting member 3 is greater than or equal to two times of the length of the pipe body 2, so that the first limiting member 3 extends out of the pipe body 2. In one example, the first limiting member 3 is a wire body or a rod body, and the shape of the first limiting member 3 is stable in the tube body, such as an absorbable surgical suture, and the first limiting member 3 is in a tensioned state in the tube body 2, and the wire body is in the tensioned state to ensure that the free length of the suture 5 can only move in a small range, so as to prevent the drainage tube from moving relative to the anastomotic stoma 2.
In addition, the connection relationship between the first limiting member 3 and the suture 5 is a movable connection, so as to ensure that the suture 5 can be separated from the first limiting member 3 by pulling the first limiting member 3 when the first limiting member is not limiting the suture 5. It should be noted that, when the first limiting member 3 is a single-piece wire body, and the first limiting member 3 is cut and pulled out, there is a possibility that the first limiting member 3 is pulled out from the coil formed by the penetration of the suture thread 5, and there is also a problem that the coil formed by the penetration of the first limiting member 3 and the suture thread 5 may interfere with each other, and the first limiting member 3 and the suture thread 5 cannot be smoothly separated. When the first limiting piece is bent to form an annular structure, the annular structure on the first limiting piece 3 is arranged on the fixing piece 4 in a penetrating way, and the annular structure on the first limiting piece 3 is used for enabling the suture 5 to be arranged on the first limiting piece 3 in a penetrating way; in this connection state, one side of the ring structure of the first limiting member 3 is cut off, and the whole first limiting member can be pulled out from the cut-off position, so that the first limiting member 3 and the suture 5 are smoothly separated from each other in the coil formed by the penetration, and the tube body 2 can be smoothly pulled out of the manikin.
The suture 5 can be absorbed in the body, the suture 5 has a certain length, and the part of the suture 5 is positioned on the outer side of the tube body 2 and is used for being fixed with the drainage part 1 by sewing. In one example, the second stopper 6 may be additionally provided to make the connection and separation between the first stopper 3 and the suture thread 5 smoother. It should be noted that the suture 5 may be provided as one or more pieces, and the suture 5 is provided in a form that a first end is connected to the first limiting member 3 or the second limiting member 6, and a second end is used for suturing on the portion to be drained 1. Another form may be that the middle portion of the suture line 5 is connected to the first limiting member 3 or the second limiting member 6, and both ends of the suture line 5 are in a free state, so as to connect both sides of the anastomotic stoma 2 respectively.
A second stop member 6, see fig. 2-3 of the specification; the second limiting part 6 is arranged between the first limiting part 3 and the suture line 5, and two ends of the second limiting part 6 are respectively connected with the first limiting part 3 and the suture line 5; the second limiting member 6 is movably connected to the first limiting member 3, and the specific connection manner may be that the second limiting member 6 penetrates through one side of the first limiting member 3, or that the second limiting member 6 penetrates through two sides of the first lower member 3. In order to ensure that the second stop 6 remains safely inside the manikin, the second stop 6 is embodied as an absorbable surgical suture. In one example, the second position-limiting member 6 has an annular structure, and the second position-limiting member 6 is sleeved on the first position-limiting member 3 through the annular structure of the second position-limiting member 6. It should be noted that the second limiting member 6 preferably passes through the through hole 21 of the tube body 2 to avoid friction between the suture thread 5 and the through hole 21, and to ensure the structural strength of the suture thread 5.
The working principle is as follows:
firstly, the tube body 2, the first limiting part 3 and the suture 5 are combined into a whole (in another example, the second limiting part 6 is also included), then the whole is placed near the anastomotic stoma 2, and the tube body 2 and the part to be drained 1 are fixed together by the suture 5. When the pipe body 2 needs to be removed, the connection between the first limiting member 3 and the pipe body 2 is released, or the first limiting member 3 is separated, for example, the first limiting member 3 is cut off at the bottom of the pipe, and the first limiting member 3 is pulled out from the pipe. So that the connection relation between the first limiting part 3 and the suture 5 is invalid, and the connection relation between the tube body 2 and the suture 5 is invalid, so that the tube body 2 can be conveniently drawn out from the human body model, and the suture 5 is an absorbable line and can be left in the human body to be naturally absorbed in the real operation process.
The technical effects are as follows:
1. in the embodiment of the application, by arranging the first limiting part and the suture line, the first limiting part is of an annular structure and is inelastic, one end of the suture line and the part to be drained are fixed in a sewing manner, and the other end of the suture line penetrates through the first limiting part of the annular structure, so that the suture line is fixed on the first limiting part, and the position between the pipe body and the anastomotic stoma is relatively fixed; in addition, the structure based on the first limiting part can be damaged by external force, the structure of the first limiting part can be damaged from the outer end of the pipe body relative to the manikin based on the fact that the two ends of the first limiting part are fixed to the two ends of the pipe body, the connection relation between the first limiting part and the suture line is removed, the pipe body and the suture line are separated, the pipe body is convenient to be pulled out from the manikin, and the technical problem that the drainage pipe in the prior art is displaced relative to the anastomotic stoma is solved; the technical effect that the position of the drainage tube relative to the anastomotic stoma is stable is achieved.
2. In the embodiment of the present application, when the first limiting member is a linear body, the first limiting member needs to be in a tensioned state to ensure that the shape is not changed by an external force. At this moment, if treat that drainage portion takes place to shift, then can come the first locating part of pulling through the stylolite, first locating part can stimulate the body because the form can not be external change, first locating part to the motion of drainage portion is treated along with the pulling body. Avoid because the lax of first locating part, lead to the stylolite to pull first locating part but can not drive the body.
During the actual operation, the action can cause the residual part to affect the human tissues; therefore, in surgical teaching, means for avoiding this phenomenon is required. The suture line and the residual first limiting part are blocked at the through hole together, and the tube body is prevented from being drawn out.
