Fig. 1 is a circuit block diagram provided in an embodiment of the special item monitoring system based on the internet of things, and fig. 2 is a structural diagram provided in an embodiment of the special item monitoring system based on the internet of things. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the special item monitoring system based on the internet of things of the present embodiment includes an on-site monitoring device 11 and an internet of things platform 12.
The on-site monitoring device 11 is arranged at a domestic sewage inlet of a sewage plant and is connected with the Internet of things platform 12 through the Internet of things, and the on-site monitoring device 11 is used for monitoring information of special articles in the domestic sewage; and the internet of things platform 12 is configured to analyze the information of the special articles to obtain the smoking amount of the corresponding special articles, and send the smoking amount of the special articles to the pre-accessed third-party terminal device 21.

Further, in the special article monitoring system based on the internet of things of the embodiment, the special article information includes sewage flow information and a special article metabolic raman signal. The in-situ monitoring device 11 includes a raman spectroscopy detector 111 and a flow meter 112. The raman spectrum detector 111 can acquire metabolic raman signals of special articles, and the flow meter 112 can acquire sewage flow information.
In addition, the in-situ monitoring apparatus 11 may further include a battery 114, and the battery 114 may provide a driving power source for the Raman spectrum detector 111 and the flow meter 112 in the field. The in-situ monitoring device 11 is also provided with a screen to prevent impurities from affecting the proper operation of the raman spectroscopy detector 111 and the flow meter 112.
In particular, the raman spectroscopy is a vibrational spectrum with molecular fingerprint information, is one of the most important spectroscopic techniques for identifying, analyzing and identifying a detection substance, and has the characteristics of being fast, simple, repeatable and non-destructive. Raman spectroscopy instruments can be operated directly in conventional environmental conditions, particularly in aqueous environments, with irreplaceable advantages over other spectroscopic techniques. The Raman spectrum technology utilizes the enhancement of a surface electromagnetic field induced by surface plasmon of a metal substrate with a nano structure to amplify signals of species to be detected by millions of times, so that the high-sensitivity detection of the Raman spectrum on trace species is realized, and the detection sensitivity can reach a single molecule level. Moreover, a special nano enhanced module and an enhanced auxiliary agent can be adopted to realize high-sensitivity detection of target molecules.
Further, the on-site monitoring device 11 of the present embodiment further includes a camera 113. The camera 113 may acquire image information of a monitoring site and send the image information to the internet of things platform 12. The internet of things platform 12 can store the image information, when the calling information of the third-party terminal device 21 is acquired, the image information of the calling time period is forwarded to the third-party terminal device 21, and the internet of things platform 12 can also forward the image information to the third-party terminal device 21 in real time, so that the working condition of the field monitoring device 11 can be remotely monitored by the third-party terminal device 21 or a worker at the internet of things platform 12, and the detection result is prevented from being influenced by pollution of domestic sewage by lawbreakers.
In one embodiment, the internet of things platform 12 is a cloud-based platform. The on-site monitoring device 11 further includes a network device 115 connected to the battery 114, and the raman spectrum detector 111, the flow meter 112, and the camera 113 are all connected to the network device 115, and perform wireless information interaction with the internet of things platform 12 through the network device 115. Network device 115 may select a 5G module, a WIFI module, etc.
Further, the embodiment is preset with a harmful factor spectrum database, which contains a large number of standard and actual Plasma Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (PERS) standard spectra of samples, as the basis for qualitative and semi-quantitative detection.
In the special article monitoring system based on the internet of things of this embodiment, the internet of things platform 12 compares the metabolic raman signal of the special article with the PERS standard spectrum in the harmful factor spectrum database, and further determines a metabolic target analyte (DTR) of the special article corresponding to the metabolic raman signal of the special article, and the concentration of the DTR. And determining a back calculation formula in a preset back calculation formula database according to the type of the DTR, and substituting the concentration of the DTR, the sewage flow information and the number of the sewage plant service persons into the back calculation formula to obtain the food intake of the special articles corresponding to the DTR.
Specifically, after being sucked, the special articles are metabolized, and are discharged into a sewage system through urine, excrement and the like in the form of original shapes or metabolites through a sewer pipe, the special article metabolite intake quantity can be calculated by analyzing the concentration of various special article metabolites in the sewage discharged by the sewage system and multiplying the concentration by the daily sewage flow of a sewage treatment plant, the daily special article metabolite intake quantity can be calculated by considering the discharge rate and the relative molecular weight ratio of the special article metabolites from a human body and multiplying the corresponding correction factor, and finally the daily special article intake quantity can be obtained by excluding the number of people served by the sewage treatment plant.
Most specialty products have multiple metabolites, and ideally DTR is the major, abundant, and better stability component in wastewater. For example, only 1% -9% of the special item K is excreted as it is after ingestion, 35% -54% and 32% -49% are excreted as Benzoylecgonine (BE) and ecgonine, respectively, and in one particular embodiment BE is selected as DTR of the special item K.
In this example, two kinds of DTRs, i.e., a metabolite J of a specific substance B and a metabolite M of a specific substance H, are exemplified, and the specific substance H has a certain application in clinical treatment.
The reverse calculation formula of the intake of the special article B corresponding to the metabolite J and the reverse calculation formula of the intake of the special article H corresponding to the metabolite M are as follows:
intake of special article B (mg/day/1000 persons) ═ metabolite J concentration (ng/L) × sewage flow (L/day) × 2.3 × 10-3Number of persons served by sewage treatment plant
Special article H intake (mg/day/1000 persons) ([ metabolite M concentration (ng/L) × sewage flow (L/day) ]clinical therapeutic amount metabolite M (ng/day)]×3.07×10-3Number of persons served by sewage treatment plant
Further, in the special article monitoring system based on the internet of things of this embodiment, after verifying that the certificate provided by the third party terminal device 21 passes, the internet of things platform 12 establishes connection with the third party terminal device 21. Specifically, the internet of things platform 12 issues a certificate to the third party terminal device 21, and the third party terminal device 21 is allowed to access the internet of things platform 12 only after the certificate passes. Moreover, the internet of things platform 12, the field monitoring device 11 and the third-party terminal device 21 can be encrypted in various ways, so that the safety and reliability of the devices and the transmitted data are ensured.
Specifically, the internet of things platform 12 includes a gateway server 121 and an application server 122.
The application server 122 includes logical applications and basic services, where the logical applications include functions such as service discovery, communication, circuit breaker, configuration acquisition, security authorization, data persistence, logging, message notification, exception management, and service traffic; the basic service comprises functions of service registration, configuration service, authentication security, log service, monitoring service, file management service, push service and the like.
Gateway server 121 and application server 122 also provide basic data services and data processing functions. The data processing comprises two modules, wherein one module is a calculation module and comprises streaming calculation and big data offline calculation, and the other module is a consumption module and comprises data visualization and data analysis. The data processing process can be realized based on technologies such as an embedded system, a cloud computing technology, an artificial intelligence technology, a large database and machine learning technology, distributed parallel computing, multimedia and virtual reality and the like.
