The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the application. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
The inventors of the present application often found, for a long time, that: with the continuous improvement of living standard, parents have become more and more popular to provide wearable devices such as telephone watches and smart watches for children, so as to hope to bring positive effects in the aspects of convenience, safety and the like for the learning and the life of children through the wearable devices. However, it is undeniable that the child's ability to self-control is generally weak. A child may "steal" the use of (related applications on) the wearable device at an inappropriate time, or use (related applications on) the wearable device for a prolonged period of time; such as: the children use the related application on the wearable device to chat and play games in a classroom in a "stealing" mode, or use the related application on the wearable device to play games for a long time at rest time, so that the learning and the normal rest of the children are influenced. Under most circumstances, parents and children are separated, so that the parents cannot know and stop the bad use of the children in time, the original intention of the parents is violated, and the healthy growth of the children is not facilitated. To this end, the present application proposes the following examples.
The wearable device can be portable devices such as a telephone watch and a smart watch. Wherein some applications are installed on the wearable device to implement different functions, for example: telephone, short message, clock, calendar, notes, WeChat, QQ, Paibao, games, etc.; these applications can be wearable devices self-contained, or can be user-installed according to actual use requirements.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a first embodiment of a monitoring method of a wearable device provided in the present application. In this embodiment, the wearable device is installed with a first type of application, and the first type of application may be an application with social and entertainment properties, such as a short message, a WeChat, a QQ, a Paibao, a game, and the like.
The monitoring method comprises the following steps:
s101: and judging whether the use time of the first type of application exceeds a first time threshold value in a preset class time period.
Executing step S102 when the judgment result of the step S101 is that the use duration of the first type of application exceeds a first duration threshold; when the judgment result of the step S101 is that the usage time of the first type application does not exceed the first time threshold, the step S103 is executed.
The preset lesson timeframe of the present application may be a lesson work and rest schedule in progress for the child, which may include a lesson plan scheduled by the school for five days per week, the start and end times of each class, break time between classes, etc. Further, the preset class time period may further include a class work and rest schedule for extraclass study.
The preset class period can be that the parent directly imports the course work and rest schedule of the child into the wearable device in a mode of associating with a teaching system of the school, can also be that the parent manually inputs the wearable device according to the course work and rest schedule of the child, and can also be that the school directly sends the teaching task (including the course work and rest schedule) of the current class period to the wearable device of the corresponding family (child).
The present embodiment is described by taking a class scheduled in a preset class period as an example, for example: the class time period is preset to be 09:00-09:45, and 15 minutes of break time is provided before the class begins at 09: 00.
Generally, a child may play a game via a game application (with other small partners) on a wearable device while resting in class, and may chat with other small partners via a chat application on the wearable device; obviously, the usage scenario of the wearable device is generally accompanied by a continuous usage process. Since the child's self-control ability is generally weak, when the child starts the class (09:00), the child may continue the game and chat process by "not going to the end of life" without timely quitting the application and turning off the wearable device. In other scenarios, a child may "steal" a game using a game application on a wearable device or chat using a chat application on a wearable device in a classroom because of poor self-control capabilities. Obviously, in order to ensure normal learning of children, certain means are necessary to interfere, limit or even stop the use situation of the wearable device; however, too drastic a method is not easily adopted, and thus, an adverse effect is easily produced. For this reason, the application sets a corresponding first time threshold for the usage time of the first type application in the possible usage scenarios.
Based on the above description, the usage duration of the first type of application may be a single usage duration or a cumulative duration of multiple uses of the first type of application. For example: if the child continues to play the class break game while beginning the class, the usage duration of the game application may be the single usage duration of the game application; if a child uses the chat application on the wearable device to chat "secretly" in a classroom, the duration of use of the chat application can be either a single use duration of the chat application or an accumulated duration of multiple uses of the chat application, as the chat process may be discontinuous; further, if the child is both playing a game and chatting during the class, the usage duration of the first type of application may be a cumulative duration of single or multiple uses of the game application and the chat application.
The first duration threshold of the present application may be preset in the wearable device by a parent, a teacher, or the like according to actual situations such as the strength of the child's self-control capability, the usage of the first type of application, and the like. For example: for children with strong self-control capability, the first temporary threshold value can be 1 minute; for a child with reduced self-control capabilities, the first age threshold may be 2 minutes. Another example is: for gaming applications, the first duration threshold may be 1 minute; for a chat application, the first duration threshold may be 2 minutes. Of course, in other embodiments, the above differentiation setting may not be performed on the first duration threshold; but a duration threshold is uniformly set. Further, in other embodiments, the first time threshold may be continuously adjusted according to the variation of the child self-control ability, so as to guide the child to cultivate the self-control ability.
S102: and starting a reminding mode.
S103: the reminder mode is not turned on.
Based on the above description, when the usage duration of the first type of application installed on the wearable device used by the child in the preset class time exceeds the first duration threshold, the wearable device starts the reminding mode to remind the child to timely quit the corresponding first type of application and turn off the wearable device, so that normal learning of the child is supervised and ensured. And when the use duration of the first type of application does not exceed the first duration threshold, the wearable device does not start the reminding mode so as not to disturb the normal course of the class.
The reminding mode comprises one or the combination of more than two of vibration, ring tone, voice, elastic frame and indicator light.
Optionally, after the wearable device turns on the alert mode, the alert mode is continuously turned on for a short time. In other embodiments, the alert mode may be turned on multiple times over a period of time to provide multiple alerts. Further, the above-mentioned reminding mode may be turned off after the child exits the first type of application, or may be ended after reaching a preset reminding duration, so as to improve reliability of the wearable device.
In this embodiment, the wearable device may continuously or intermittently monitor the usage duration of each first type of application thereon according to a certain frequency, may also monitor the usage duration of one or more first type of applications thereon in a targeted manner, and may only perform the above detection within a preset lesson time period, so that when the usage duration of the first type of applications within the preset lesson time period exceeds a first time threshold, the wearable device may prompt in time, thereby improving the reliability of the wearable device.
Optionally, a second type of application is also installed on the wearable device, and the second type of application may be a basic application such as a phone, a clock, a calendar, a note and the like. In still other scenarios, a child who wants to play in the morning class during the course 09:00-09:45 may spend time on the clock from time to time, causing inattention. For this reason, the wearable device may further monitor the usage duration of the second type of application in the process of monitoring the usage duration of the first type of application. Meanwhile, whether the service time of the second type of application exceeds a second time threshold value in a preset class time period is judged. And when the using time length of the second type of application exceeds a second time length threshold value, the wearable device presents a screen-off state so as to prevent the child from using the second type of application on the wearable device again, and therefore normal learning of the child is guaranteed.
And the use duration of the second type of application is the single use duration or the accumulated time duration of multiple uses of the second type of application. For example: if a child checks the time in class through the clock application (single or multiple times), the using duration of the clock application can be the single using duration of the clock application and the accumulated duration of multiple uses of the clock application; further, if the child viewed both time and calendar or notes during a class, the duration of use of this second type of application could be the cumulative duration of single or multiple uses of the clock application, calendar application, notes application.
The second duration threshold may be preset in the wearable device by a parent, a teacher, or the like according to the actual situation of the child, such as the strength of the child's autonomous ability, the purpose of the second type of application, and the like. For example: for children with strong self-control capability, the second duration threshold value can be 30 seconds; for children with weak self-control capability, the second duration threshold value can be 1 minute; for clock applications, the second duration threshold may be 1 minute. Of course, in other embodiments, the above differentiated setting of the second duration threshold may not be performed; but a duration threshold is uniformly set. Further, in other embodiments, the second time length threshold value can be continuously adjusted according to the variation of the self-control ability of the child, so as to guide the child to cultivate the self-control ability.
Optionally, the wearable device not only monitors the use durations of the first type of application and the second type of application, but also performs corresponding judgment and reminding; usage information for the first type of application and the second type of application is also recorded to reflect the good, and bad condition of the child using the wearable device daily, weekly, and even monthly. The use information includes a name, a use duration, a start-stop use time and a use frequency. Furthermore, the wearable device can also sequence the first type of application and the second type of application one by one according to the length of time of use or the frequency of use, so as to obtain the use information of the wearable device, thereby facilitating parents and teachers to know the actual situation that the wearable device is used by children, and the parents and the teachers can also reward and criticize the children or adjust the first time threshold value and the second time threshold value according to the actual situation that the wearable device is used by children, thereby guiding the children to cultivate the automatic control capability and reasonably using the wearable device. In some other embodiments, the wearable device may further record and count the number of times the child opens the first type of application and/or the second type of application in the courses such as the chinese, the math, the english, and the like, and the duration of use of the first type of application and/or the second type of application, so that parents and teachers can know the preference degree of the child for each course, and thus determine to some extent whether the child has a partial condition.
Based on the above description, the wearable device may also not distinguish between the first type of application and the second type of application, but rather monitor the usage duration of all or a particular application thereon in general. Meanwhile, whether the service time exceeds a time threshold value in a preset class time period is judged. When the using time exceeds the time threshold value, the wearable device takes corresponding measures to interfere, limit or even stop the child from using the wearable device in class, so that normal learning of the child is ensured.
The following is a practical example:
use wearable equipment as the telephone wrist-watch, this telephone wrist-watch mainly used makes things convenient for child to contact with parents, mr, classmate etc. in daily life to can seek help 110, parents, mr etc. in time when child meets danger. Meanwhile, a game is installed on the telephone watch, and children like the game or the game is popular among student groups where the children are located. Children often play the game with small partners after class (break-time period), and since break-time periods are generally short, children may continue to play the game after beginning class in an immersed manner in the joy of the game. Sometimes, the self-control ability of children is not enough, and the children do not quit the game and turn off the telephone watch when the class starts; sometimes, the teacher does not come to class in advance or on time, and the child is stopped to play the game in time. At this time, the child cannot be given the opportunity to play the game regardless of the condition, and cannot directly quit the game or turn off the wearable device (corresponding program codes are written in the wearable device), so that the class quality of the child is easily influenced. In contrast, parents can set a buffer time with the duration of 1 minute for the game on the telephone watch, and the telephone watch can also monitor the use duration of the game; when the duration that the child continues playing the game after beginning to attend a class exceeds 1 minute, the wearable device can start the reminding mode to remind the child to quit the game in time and turn off the wearable device, thereby supervising and guaranteeing normal learning of the child.
To sum up, the wearable device can monitor the usage duration of the first type application in the preset class time period, and judge whether the usage duration of the first type application exceeds the first duration threshold value, so that when the usage duration of the first type application exceeds the first duration threshold value, the wearable device can timely start the reminding mode to remind the child to timely quit the corresponding first type application and turn off the wearable device, and therefore normal learning of the child is supervised, promoted and guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a monitoring method of a wearable device according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. The monitoring method comprises the following steps:
s201: and judging whether the use time of the first type of application exceeds a first time threshold value in a preset class time period.
When the judgment result of the step S201 is that the usage duration of the first type of application exceeds the first duration threshold, executing step S202; when the judgment result in the step S201 is that the usage time of the first type application does not exceed the first time threshold, step S206 is executed.
The preset lesson time period can be a course work and rest schedule in progress of the child. The first type of application can be short messages, WeChat, QQ, Paobao, games and the like, and the use duration of the first type of application can be the single use duration or the accumulated time duration of multiple uses of the first type of application. The first duration threshold may be preset for the wearable device by a parent, a teacher, or the like according to the actual situation such as the strength of the child's self-control capability, the purpose of the first type of application, and the like.
S202: and starting a reminding mode.
The reminding mode comprises one or the combination of more than two of vibration, ring tone, voice, elastic frame and indicator light.
In still other scenarios, the wearable device may be configured to turn on the reminder mode when a child uses a first type of application installed on the wearable device for a preset lesson period of time for a duration of use that exceeds a first duration threshold; however, since the child's self-control capability may be weak or the first type of application is too attractive, the child does not exit the corresponding first type of application and turn off the wearable device in time after the wearable device turns on the reminding mode, which may also affect the normal learning of the child to some extent. For this reason, it is necessary to further monitor and judge whether the first type of application is closed in time after the reminder mode is turned on, so as to further urge and ensure normal learning of the child.
S203: and judging whether the first type of application is closed within the reminding time length of the reminding mode.
When the judgment result of the step S203 is that the first type application is not closed within the reminding duration, executing a step S204; when the judgment result in the step S203 is that the first type application is closed within the reminding time period, the step S205 is executed.
Based on the above description, after the wearable device starts the reminding mode, the reminding mode can last for a period of time, so that on one hand, a self-controlled buffering time can be provided for the child, and on the other hand, whether the first type of application is closed in time can be further judged through the wearable device, so that a certain emergency measure can be taken.
The reminding duration of the embodiment may be preset in the wearable device by parents, teachers and the like according to actual situations such as the strength of the automatic control capability of children and the purpose of the first type of application. For example: for children with strong self-control capability, the reminding time can be 5 seconds; for children with weak self-control capability, the reminding time can be 10 seconds. Another example is: for a gaming application, the reminder duration may be 10 seconds; for chat applications, the reminder duration may be 20 seconds. Of course, in other embodiments, the above differentiated setting may not be performed on the reminding time duration; but a reminder duration is uniformly set. Further, in other embodiments, the reminding duration may be continuously adjusted according to the variation of the self-control ability of the child, so as to guide the child to cultivate the self-control ability.
S204: the first type of application is closed.
S205: and (5) standby.
When the wearable device is in the standby state, the use duration of the first type of application (and the second type of application) on the wearable device can be continuously (background) monitored, and whether the use duration of the first type of application exceeds a first duration threshold value or not in a preset class duration is judged, so that when the use duration of the first type of application exceeds the first duration threshold value, the wearable device can start a reminding mode in time, and the reliability of the wearable device is improved.
S206: the reminder mode is not turned on.
In summary, when the usage duration of the first type of application installed on the wearable device during the preset class session exceeds the first duration threshold, the wearable device turns on the reminding mode to remind the child to exit the corresponding first type of application in time and turn off the wearable device. Further, after the wearable device starts the reminding mode, and when the child does not close the first type of application within the reminding duration of the reminding mode, the wearable device closes the first type of application, so that normal learning of the child is further supervised and ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a monitoring method of a wearable device according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure. The monitoring method comprises the following steps:
S301: and judging whether the use time of the first type of application exceeds a first time threshold value in a preset class time period.
Executing step S302 when the judgment result of the step S301 is that the use duration of the first type of application exceeds the first duration threshold; when the determination result in step S301 is that the usage time of the first type application does not exceed the first time threshold, step S307 is executed.
S302: and starting a reminding mode.
The reminding mode comprises one or the combination of more than two of vibration, ring tone, voice, elastic frame and indicator light.
S303: and judging whether the first type of application is closed within the reminding time length of the reminding mode.
When the judgment result in the step S303 is that the first type application is not closed within the reminding duration, executing a step S304; when the judgment result in the step S303 is that the first type application is closed within the reminding time period, the step S306 is executed.
The reminding duration can be preset in the wearable device by parents, teachers and the like according to actual conditions of the strength of the automatic control ability of children, the purposes of the first type of application and the like.
S304: the first type of application is closed.
S305: and sending a prompt message to the intelligent terminal associated with the wearable device.
S306: and (5) standby.
S307: the reminder mode is not turned on.
The prompt message comprises the name of the first type of application and the use time of the first type of application, and the use time comprises use duration and start-stop use time.
Optionally, the wearable device and the smart terminal establish a communication connection through a wireless network, NFC (Near field communication), bluetooth, or the like. Furthermore, the intelligent terminal can be a parent's mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device and other portable devices, and can also be a multimedia teaching system in a classroom of a school. In some other embodiments, after the wearable device sends the prompt message to the smart terminal, the first type of application on the wearable device can only be used to display a short message, a WeChat, a QQ, and other messages from the parent, so that the child does not miss the prompt message when the parent needs to inform the child about important, temporary, sudden, and other things.
Based on the above description, when the usage duration of the first type of application installed on the wearable device used by the child within the preset class time exceeds the first duration threshold, the wearable device starts a reminding mode; and when child does not close first type of application in the length of time of reminding mode, wearable equipment can close first type of application to supervise and guarantee child's normal study. Meanwhile, the wearable device can also send the condition that the child uses the first-class application to a parent's mobile phone in the form of a prompt message or upload the condition to a multimedia teaching system in a classroom, so that the parent and a teacher can know the condition that the child uses the wearable device in time, and therefore the wearable device can interfere, limit or even stop the bad use of the child in time.
Optionally, when the child does not close the first type of application within the reminding duration of the reminding mode, the wearable device not only closes the first type of application, but also locks the first type of application, so that the first type of application presents a to-be-unlocked state, thereby interfering with and restricting continued use of the wearable device by the child.
The unlocking state is automatically released after the forbidden duration is reached, or the unlocking state is automatically released after the class is finished, or the unlocking state is continued until the wearable device receives an unlocking command from the intelligent terminal associated with the wearable device. Further, the disabled duration may be preset in the wearable device by a parent or a teacher according to the fact that the child has strong or weak self-control ability, the usage information of the first type of application and the second type of application recorded by the wearable device, the usage of the first type of application and the second type of application, and the like. For example: for children with strong self-control capability, the forbidden time can be 5 minutes; for a child with reduced self-control ability, the disabling period may be 10 minutes. Another example is: if the usage information of the first type of application and the second type of application recorded by the wearable device reflects that the usage of the wearable device by children is better, the disabling duration can be 5 minutes; if the usage information of the first type of application and the second type of application recorded by the wearable device reflects that the use of the wearable device by a child is poor, the disable duration may be 10 minutes. Of course, in other embodiments, the above differentiated setting may not be performed on the disabled duration; but a disabled duration is uniformly set. Further, in other embodiments, the disabled duration may be continuously adjusted according to the change of the child self-control ability and the usage information of the first type of application and the second type of application recorded by the wearable device, so as to guide the child to develop the self-control ability.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a fourth embodiment of a monitoring method of a wearable device provided in the present application. The monitoring method comprises the following steps:
s401: it is determined whether the user belongs to a child or an adult.
When the judgment result of the step S401 is that the user belongs to a child, executing a step S402; step S403 is executed when the user belongs to an adult as a result of the determination in step S401.
The wearable device judges whether the user belongs to a child or an adult through biological characteristic information such as fingerprints, irises, faces and sounds of the user. Specifically, the user can input the biometric information of the user into the wearable device in advance, and the wearable device can compare the acquired biometric information of the user with the biometric information of the user input in advance to realize identity authentication. Meanwhile, the information such as width, depth, coverage area, smoothness and the like of the acquired fingerprint is analyzed in depth; and/or information such as width, eye distance, number of wrinkles, smoothness and the like of the face, and further judging whether the user belongs to a child or an adult. In this way, on the one hand, the above-mentioned determination process can be realized, and on the other hand, the safety of the wearable device can also be increased.
In other embodiments, the user may perform corresponding remarks such as "child/adult" while entering the biometric information of the user into the wearable device in advance, so as to perform classification management when the entered biometric information is excessive. Further, the wearable device can automatically associate the entered biometric information with the "child" remark with the child mode, and associate the entered biometric information with the "adult" remark with the adult mode, so that a verification process of the acquired biometric information of the child/adult, the pre-entered biometric information of the child/adult, the "child/adult remark", and the "child/adult mode" is realized, so that on one hand, a wearable judgment process can be simplified, and the reliability of the wearable device can be improved. For example: parents can note "children" when typing in their fingerprint and/or people's face at the time of supplementary oneself's child, also note "children" when typing in people's face simultaneously, will form two data chains "children's fingerprint" - "children mode" like this in wearable equipment, children's face "-" children mode ". When the wearable device judges whether the user belongs to a child or an adult, the wearable device does not need to deeply analyze information (and/or information such as width, eye distance, number of wrinkles, smoothness and the like of a face) such as width, depth, coverage area and smoothness of the collected fingerprint; the user can be determined to belong to the child once the acquired fingerprint and/or face are matched with the fingerprint and/or face of the child, which is input in advance, only by simply verifying whether the acquired fingerprint and/or face is matched with the fingerprint and/or face of the child. By the method, the user type can be judged while the user identity is verified, the judgment process of the wearable device is greatly simplified, and the efficiency of the wearable device is improved.
S402: the child mode is turned on.
In this embodiment, the child mode is mainly used to interfere with, limit, or even put an end to the adverse use of the wearable device, for example: the wearable device is used by children in class to play games and chat, so that normal learning of the children is supervised and urged.

judging whether the service time of the first type of application exceeds a first time threshold value in a preset class time period; and if the use time of the first type of application exceeds a first time threshold, starting a reminding mode.
It should be noted that, when being executed by a processor, the computer program may also implement other method steps described in the first to third embodiments, which are not described herein again.
S403: the adult mode is turned on.
In this embodiment, the adult mode is mainly used by the parents, and the authority of the adult mode may be higher than that of the child mode. For example: under adult's mode, the head of a family can set up long threshold value in the first time, the long threshold value in the second time and remind long etc. can also look over the service information that wearable equipment record and generated etc to child's wearable equipment of head of a family management is convenient for. In other embodiments, the child may also have some privileges for use in the adult mode. For example: if the usage information recorded by the wearable device reflects "bad records that the child did not use the wearable device in class during weekdays", then the child may obtain a longer length of usage during weekends, thereby guiding the child to learn well on weekdays.
