Abstract

Technical Field

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
After the low-environment air source heat pump air heater is assembled, factory detection needs to be carried out on an assembly production line, and the low-environment air source heat pump air heater needs to be electrified in the detection process to reset each electronic expansion valve. The reset control method of the electronic expansion valve in the prior art comprises the following steps: after the unit is powered on for the first time, all the electronic expansion valves are closed uniformly according to the set steps, for example, 300pls is opened first, and then 600pls is closed, so as to ensure that the electronic expansion valves are completely closed. Because the low-environment air source heat pump has one more electronic expansion valve than the common household air conditioner, and the hardware switching power supply of the unit control panel does not support the simultaneous action of two electronic expansion valves, only one electronic expansion valve can be reset in each reset, the electronic expansion valve needs to be reset for 2 times in each power-on process, so that the factory detection time of each unit is longer, the product is accumulated at the terminal of the production line, the production efficiency is influenced, and the reset method provided by the application can be used in the control of a plurality of (more than 2) electronic expansion valves.
The embodiment discloses a control method for resetting an electronic expansion valve, which is applied to a control board of a complete machine system with the electronic expansion valve, such as a control board of a low-environment air source heat pump hot air blower, and please refer to fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101: after the whole system is powered on, judging whether the operation of the whole system is in a detection mode before leaving a factory;
specifically, whether the operation of the whole system is in a detection mode before delivery is judged through a signal sent by an indoor unit of the whole system with the electronic expansion valve.
If the mode is the detection mode before factory shipment, executing S102: and controlling the electronic expansion valve to complete resetting at a preset resetting switching speed, and marking the electronic expansion valve as resetting, wherein the preset resetting switching speed is greater than the resetting switching speed of the electronic expansion valve in a normal mode.
Specifically, the electronic expansion valve includes a main electronic expansion valve and an auxiliary electronic expansion valve, and the main electronic expansion valve is controlled to complete the reset at the preset reset switching speed by a first preset step number at the current opening degree, and the auxiliary electronic expansion valve is controlled to complete the reset at the preset reset switching speed by the first preset step number at the current opening degree.
The first preset step number is greater than the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve, and if the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve is 500pls, the first preset step number may be 520 pls.
Optionally, the preset reset switching speed is greater than the reset switching speed of the electronic expansion valve in the normal mode, and when the reset switching speed of the electronic expansion valve in the normal mode is 30pps, the preset reset switching speed may be set to 60 pps.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, when it is determined that the entire system is operating in the detection mode before leaving the factory, S202 may be executed: the electronic expansion valve is marked as unset.
Taking the low-environment air source heat pump air heater as an example, when the low-environment air source heat pump air heater operates in a detection mode before leaving a factory, the electronic expansion valve is marked to be not reset, so that the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit is ensured to be in an open state before leaving the factory, and the air in the system can be pumped and cleaned conveniently in the subsequent installation process.
When the electronic expansion valve is marked as not reset, the control board controls the electronic expansion valve to complete reset, but the reset action needs a certain time, and the speed for detecting whether the electronic expansion valve is reset is much faster than the speed for controlling the electronic expansion valve to complete reset, so that the control board also needs to judge whether the electronic expansion valve is reset or not in real time after the electronic expansion valve is marked as not reset, if the electronic expansion valve is reset, no operation needs to be executed, and if the electronic expansion valve is not reset, the control board needs to execute S203.
Therefore, according to the reset control method for the electronic expansion valve disclosed in the embodiment, the judgment of the detection mode before factory leaving of the whole unit system with the electronic expansion valve is added, and if the detection mode before factory leaving is adopted, the electronic expansion valve is marked as not reset, so that the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit before factory leaving of the unit is ensured to be in an open state, and the air in the system can be conveniently pumped and cleaned in the subsequent installation process. When the operation of the whole system is detected to be in a detection mode before delivery, the electronic expansion valves are controlled to complete reset at a preset reset switch speed which is higher than the reset switch speed in a normal mode, so that the time for resetting the two electronic expansion valves is shorter than the time for normal reset, the delivery detection time of the whole system with the electronic expansion valves is shortened, and the production efficiency of the whole system is improved.
In practical application, in a normal mode of the complete machine system with the electronic expansion valve, that is, when the complete machine system is used normally after leaving a factory, the electronic expansion valve needs to be reset after the complete machine system is powered on each time, so that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is unified to 0 degree, which is convenient for subsequent control, specifically, referring to fig. 3, taking a low-environment air source heat pump hot air heater as an example, another reset control method for the electronic expansion valve disclosed in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s301: after the whole system of the low-environment air source heat pump air heater is powered on, judging whether the operation of the low-environment air source heat pump air heater is in a detection mode before leaving a factory;
if the mode is the detection mode before factory shipment, executing S302: marking the electronic expansion valve as not reset, and executing S303;
s303: controlling the electronic expansion valve to complete reset at a preset reset switching speed, and marking the electronic expansion valve as reset, wherein the preset reset switching speed is greater than the reset switching speed of the electronic expansion valve in a normal mode;
if the mode is the normal mode, execute S304: and controlling the electronic expansion valve to complete resetting at the speed of a reset switch in a normal mode, and marking the electronic expansion valve as reset.
For the specific execution of the above S301 to S303, referring to the specific execution processes of S201 to S203 in the above embodiment, the specific execution process of S304 is as follows:
controlling the main-circuit electronic expansion valve to open a second preset step number at the current opening degree at the reset switch speed in the normal mode, and then closing a third preset step number to finish resetting; and controlling the auxiliary electronic expansion valve to open a second preset step number at the current opening at the reset switch speed in the normal mode, and then closing a third preset step number to finish resetting.
The second preset step number is smaller than the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve, and the third preset step number is larger than the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve, for example, the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve is 500pls, the second preset step number may be set to 300pls, and the third preset step number may be set to 600 pls.
It should be noted that, when the low-environment air source heat pump air heater operates in the normal mode, the reset speed of the electronic expansion valve is restored to the normal speed, so that damage to the valve body of the electronic expansion valve due to the excessively high reset speed can be effectively avoided, stress of the electronic expansion valve is released, the electronic expansion valve is further prevented from being broken down, the service life of the electronic expansion valve is prolonged, and the valve body of the electronic expansion valve can be ensured to be completely closed.
It should be further noted that when the low-environment air source heat pump air heater operates in a detection mode before leaving the factory, the reset switching speed of the electronic expansion valve can be set to be one time faster than that in a normal mode, and certainly can be other times; the action steps of the reset switch valve in the detection mode before factory shipment are reduced by about one third compared with the action steps of the reset switch valve in the normal mode, for example, the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be closed at 520pls in the current opening degree in the detection mode before factory shipment, and the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be opened at 300pls first and then closed at 600pls in the current opening degree in the normal mode. Therefore, the time required for resetting the two electronic expansion valves in the detection mode before delivery is reduced by at least half compared with the time required for resetting the two expansion valves in the normal mode, so that the delivery detection time of the low-environment air source heat pump air heater is reduced, and the production efficiency of the low-environment air source heat pump air heater is improved.

5. The method of claim 3, wherein the electronic expansion valve comprises a main electronic expansion valve and a sub-electronic expansion valve, and the controlling the electronic expansion valve to perform the reset at a reset switching speed in a normal mode comprises:
controlling the main-circuit electronic expansion valve to open a second preset step number at the current opening degree at the reset switch speed in the normal mode, wherein the second preset step number is smaller than the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve, and then closing a third preset step number, wherein the third preset step number is larger than the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve, so as to complete reset;
and controlling the auxiliary electronic expansion valve to open the second preset step number at the current opening at the reset switch speed in the normal mode, and then closing the third preset step number to finish resetting.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein after marking the electronic expansion valve unset, the method further comprises:
judging whether the electronic expansion valve is reset or not;
and if not, executing the control to control the electronic expansion valve to complete the reset at a preset reset switching speed.
7. A control device for reset control of an electronic expansion valve, comprising:
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the operation of the whole system is in a detection mode before leaving a factory after the whole system is powered on;
the first reset control unit is used for controlling the electronic expansion valve to complete reset at a preset reset switching speed when the whole system operates in a detection mode before leaving a factory, and marking the electronic expansion valve as reset, wherein the preset reset switching speed is greater than the reset switching speed of the electronic expansion valve in a normal mode.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
and the state marking unit is used for marking the electronic expansion valve as not reset if the whole system runs in a detection mode before leaving the factory.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
and the second reset control unit is used for controlling the electronic expansion valve to complete reset at the reset switching speed in the normal mode and marking the electronic expansion valve as reset when the whole system operates in the normal mode.
10. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the electronic expansion valve comprises a main electronic expansion valve and a sub-electronic expansion valve, and the first reset control unit is specifically configured to:
and controlling the main-circuit electronic expansion valve to close a first preset step number at the current opening degree at the preset reset switch speed to complete reset, wherein the first preset step number is greater than the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve, and controlling the auxiliary-circuit electronic expansion valve to close the first preset step number at the current opening degree at the preset reset switch speed to complete reset.
11. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the electronic expansion valve comprises a main electronic expansion valve and a sub-electronic expansion valve, and the second reset control unit is specifically configured to:
and controlling the main-circuit electronic expansion valve to open a second preset step number at the current opening degree at the reset switch speed in the normal mode, wherein the second preset step number is smaller than the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve, and then closing a third preset step number, wherein the third preset step number is larger than the maximum step number of the electronic expansion valve, so as to complete reset, and controlling the auxiliary-circuit electronic expansion valve to open the second preset step number at the current opening degree at the reset switch speed in the normal mode, then closing the third preset step number, so as to complete reset.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
and the second judging unit is used for judging whether the electronic expansion valve is reset or not after the electronic expansion valve is marked as not reset, and if not, triggering the first reset control unit.
13. A controller, comprising: a reset control device for an electronic expansion valve according to any one of claims 7 to 12.
