Detailed Description
The embodiment provides an air deflector 140 and an air conditioner indoor unit 100 with the same, and in the embodiment, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 may be a wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit. The air guide plate 140 of the present embodiment and the air conditioning indoor unit 100 having the same are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3. In the following description, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the directions or positional relationships indicated by "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", etc. are directions with reference to the use state of the air conditioning indoor unit 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the air conditioning indoor unit 100 generally includes a housing 110, a heat exchanger 120 provided in the housing 110, and a blower 130. The housing 110 has an air inlet 110a at the top thereof and an air outlet 110b at the bottom thereof. The heat exchanger 120 may be configured to exchange heat with air flowing therethrough to change the temperature of the air flowing therethrough to become heat exchanged air. The blower 130 may be configured to cause indoor air taken in by the air inlet 110a to flow toward the heat exchanger 120, and cause heat exchange air after heat exchange of the heat exchanger 120 to flow toward the air outlet 110b via the blower 130.
Generally, the air outlet 110b is provided with an air deflector 140 for guiding the air flow of the air outlet 110b, and the air deflector 140 can be controlled to rotate around a transversely extending rotating shaft 101 to adjust the air flow of the air outlet, so as to obtain more comfortable cooling/heating experience. The lateral direction is a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the indoor unit 100.
In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the air deflector 140 includes a main board section 141 and an extension board section 142, and the main board section 141 and the extension board section 142 may be integrally formed. The main board section 141 has two opposite sides in the width direction, the extension board section 142 is connected to one side of the main board section 141, and the inner air guiding surface 1421 of the extension board section 142 is disposed at an angle b with respect to the inner air guiding surface 1411 of the main board section 141, and the angle b is an obtuse angle. The air deflector 140 with the bent inner air guiding surface is formed, which is equivalent to adding an extension section on the basis of the existing air deflector, increasing the total width of the air deflector 140, prolonging the guiding path of air flow and increasing the air supply distance; and, through setting the extension board section 142 to form the obtuse angle with the main board section 141, the air guiding angle of the air guiding plate 140 is larger.
As shown in fig. 2, during heating, the air deflector 140 may guide the air flow blown out from the air outlet 110b to the lower side of the indoor unit 100, so as to achieve a large angle of 80 ° or more below the air outlet close to the vertical direction, and make the hot air directly reach the floor, so that the lower region of the indoor space is quickly warmed up, thereby achieving a heating "foot warming" experience, and greatly enhancing the forced heating effect. In addition, the extension plate section 142 is additionally arranged on the main plate section 141, so that the air guiding path of the air deflector 140 is prolonged, the downward blowing distance of hot air is increased, the temperature of the lower layer area of the indoor space is quickly increased, and more comfortable air supply experience is provided for users.
As shown in fig. 3, during cooling, the air deflector 140 may guide cool air to the front upper side of the indoor unit 100, so that the cool air is deflected upwards at a large angle, and then circulates indoors, thereby realizing a "shower-type" cooling experience and improving a user's wind experience. In addition, since the extension plate section 142 is disposed at an obtuse angle with the main plate section 141, when the indoor unit 100 cools, the extension plate section 142 is tilted upward, increasing the angle at which it directs the airflow forward and upward, and making more cool air blow upward.
In some embodiments, the ratio of the width dimension of the extension panel segment 142 to the width dimension of the main panel segment 141 is 0.13 to 0.17. According to the width dimension of the main board section 141, the width dimension of the extension board section 142 is designed to be a specific value, so that the overall width dimension of the air deflector 140 is within a reasonable range of values, and the overall aesthetic property of the indoor unit 100 is prevented from being affected by the overlarge width of the extension board section 142 while the overall width dimension of the air deflector 140 is increased and the air guiding path is prolonged. The present inventors have creatively found that when the ratio of the width dimension of the extension plate section 142 to the width dimension of the main plate section 141 is 0.15, the air guiding performance of the air guiding plate 140 is optimal, and the air guiding plate 140 does not appear too abrupt when opened, thereby improving the visual perception of the user.
In some embodiments, the angle b between the inner air guiding surface 1421 of the extension board segment 142 and the inner air guiding surface 1411 of the main board segment 141 may be 156 ° to 176 °, so that the overall bending degree of the air guiding board 140 is smaller, and when the indoor unit 100 is cooled, the extension board segment 142 may guide more air flowing out to the front upper side far from the indoor unit 100, so that the air supplying distance is longer, and the cooling effect is enhanced. Further, the inventors have creatively found that, the angle b between the inner air guiding surface 1421 of the extension board section 142 and the inner air guiding surface 1411 of the main board section 141 may be preferably 166 °, and the air guiding board 140 with such a design angle has more remarkable guiding effect on air flow, and has a longer air feeding distance, so as to further improve the refrigerating effect of the indoor unit 100.
Further specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the thickness dimension of the main plate section 141 is gradually reduced from the middle position in the width direction thereof to the two side directions, that is, the main plate section 141 is thick in the middle and thin on the two sides in the width direction thereof, thereby increasing the magnitude by which the middle position of the outer air guiding surface 1412 of the main plate section 141 protrudes outwardly with respect to the inner air guiding surface 1411. As shown in fig. 2, when the indoor unit 100 with the air guide plate 140 having such a structure heats, the inner air guide surface 1411 of the main board section 141 guides a part of the air flow blown out from the air outlet 110b downward, and the outer air guide surface 1412 of the main board section 141 guides another part of the air flow blown out from the air outlet downward, so that the overall air guide effect of the air guide plate 140 is improved, and a more comfortable heating experience is brought to the user.
The maximum value d of the thickness dimension of the main plate section 141 may be 5mm to 20mm, that is, the thickness dimension d of the main plate section 141 at the middle position in the width direction thereof is 5mm to 20mm, the thickness is equal to more than 2 times of the thickness of the conventional air deflector, and the main plate section 141 satisfying the design parameter can better guide the hot air downward and increase the hot air volume of the downward blowing.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer air guiding surface 1412 of the main board section 141 is a curved surface, the outer air guiding surface 1422 of the extending board section 142 extends in the direction of the extending trend of the outer air guiding surface 1412 of the main board section 141, that is, the outer air guiding surface 1422 of the extending board section 142 extends along the extending trend of the outer air guiding surface 1412 of the main board section 141, and the main board section 141 is combined to form an air guiding plate 140 with a shape with a thick middle and a thin two sides, so that the air guiding effect of the air guiding plate 140 is further increased.
The indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the present embodiment includes the air deflector 140 described in any of the foregoing embodiments. As shown in fig. 2, in the heating mode, the air guide plate 140 is configured to controllably rotate about the rotation axis 101 to a first position, and the air guide plate 140 in the first position can guide the air flow blown out from the air outlet 110b downward, so that the hot air is blown down.
Since the air deflector 140 at the first position can guide the hot air downward, it is explained that the air deflector 140 at the first position is in a downward inclined state as a whole. As shown in fig. 2, the air deflector 140 in the first position has an extension plate section 142 located above the main plate section 141, and a portion of the hot air blown out from the air outlet 110b flows downward along the inner air guiding surface 1421 of the extension plate section 142 and the inner air guiding surface 1411 of the main plate section 141 in sequence, and a portion of the hot air flows downward along the outer air guiding surface 1422 of the extension plate section 142 and the outer air guiding surface 1412 of the main plate section 141 in sequence, so that the hot air blown out from the air outlet 110b can be guided downward more by the air deflector 140 in the specific design, thereby improving the heating experience of the user.
As shown in fig. 3, in the cooling mode, the air guide plate 140 is configured to be controllably rotated about the rotation shaft 101 to a second position, and the air guide plate 140 in the second position is configured to guide the air flow of the air outlet 110b forward and upward. Since the air deflector 140 at the second position can guide the cool air forward and upward, it is explained that the air deflector 140 at the second position is inclined horizontally or upward as a whole. As shown in fig. 3, the air guide plate 140 is positioned substantially horizontally on the whole, the extension plate section 142 is positioned in front of the main plate section 141, and the extension plate section 142 is tilted upward, so that the cool air guided by the extension plate section 142 is blown out to the front upper side of the indoor unit 100.
Part of the cold air blown out from the air outlet 110b flows forward and upward along the inner air guide surface 1411 of the main plate section 141 and the inner air guide surface 1421 of the extension plate section 142 in sequence; in addition, due to the special design of the air deflector 140, part of cold air can flow forward and upward along the outer air guiding surface 1412 of the main board section 141 and the outer air guiding surface 1422 of the extension board section 142 in sequence, so that the cold air blown out from the air outlet 110b can be guided forward and upward more through the special design of the air deflector 140, and the refrigerating experience of a user is improved.
By now it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the application have been shown and described herein in detail, many other variations or modifications of the application consistent with the principles of the application may be directly ascertained or inferred from the present disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of the present application should be understood and deemed to cover all such other variations or modifications.
