Description

Air conditioner control method for preventing four-way valve from being blocked and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner control method for preventing a four-way valve from being blocked and an air conditioner.
Background
With the popularization of air conditioners, the air conditioners have entered thousands of households; when the air conditioner is started in a hot mode, the four-way valve cannot execute reversing action due to the influence of a refrigerant in a system after the compressor starts to work, so that the normal heating operation of the air conditioner can be ensured only by ensuring that the four-way valve is successfully reversed once when the four-way valve is normally electrified in a short time during the heating starting;
However, in some areas (such as a bakistan area, a mountain area in China) with unstable voltage and large fluctuation, when the air conditioner is started in a heating mode, if the voltage is too low, the voltage before the four-way valve is started does not meet the rated working voltage of a coil of the four-way valve, so that the four-way valve fails to be switched, namely the four-way valve is blocked, the air conditioner is protected from cold air during starting, air is not discharged, the heating effect is avoided, and customer complaints are often caused.
Therefore, in order to solve the problem that the four-way valve of the air conditioner is easy to block when the voltage is too low in the prior art, the application is specially provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem that a four-way valve of an air conditioner is easy to block when the voltage is too low in the prior art.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a control method for an air conditioner with a four-way valve stuck-proof, comprising: s1, starting the air conditioner for heating; s2, detecting the voltage V1 before the four-way valve is opened and the temperature T1 of the indoor coil pipe when the air conditioner is started; s3, judging whether the V1 is smaller than the first rated voltage V' by the air conditioner; if yes, go to step S4; otherwise, go to step S5; s4, the air conditioner boosts the voltage to a first preset voltage V2 through a controller booster circuit, and the step S5 is performed by taking V2 as the four-way valve opening voltage; s5, normal heating operation of the air conditioner; preferably, the first rated voltage V' is the minimum rated voltage of the four-way valve; the minimum rated voltage of the four-way valve is recorded as V01, the maximum rated voltage of the four-way valve is recorded as V02, and V2 is more than or equal to V01 and less than or equal to V02. Therefore, whether the voltage V1 before the four-way valve is opened is smaller than the first rated voltage V', and when the voltage V1 is too low is judged, the voltage is boosted through the controller booster circuit, so that the situation that the four-way valve is blocked due to the fact that the voltage is too low is avoided, the voltage before the four-way valve is opened does not meet the rated working voltage of a coil of the four-way valve, and the air conditioner can be used for improving the success rate of normal reversing of the four-way valve when the air conditioner is used for heating in an area with unstable voltage, and the.
Further, the step S5 includes: s51, electrifying the air conditioner control four-way valve, and detecting the temperature T2 of the indoor coil after running for a first rated time T1; s52, judging whether the T1 is less than T2 by the air conditioner; if so, the air conditioner normally heats and operates; otherwise, go to step S53; s53, reporting faults of the air conditioner to remind a user; therefore, after the four-way valve is electrified, the detection, judgment and processing processes of the temperature of the indoor coil pipe are added, so that whether the four-way valve is successfully or not can be automatically verified by the air conditioner, the reversing accuracy of the four-way valve is ensured, and meanwhile, after the four-way valve is judged to be failed to be reversed by the air conditioner, the air conditioner can automatically report faults to remind a user, so that the intelligent degree of the air conditioner can be improved, and the user can be timely reminded to remove the faults to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner.
Further, the step S53 includes: s531, shutting down and restarting the air conditioner, boosting the voltage to a third preset voltage V3 through a controller booster circuit, and taking V3 as the starting voltage of the four-way valve; s532, the four-way valve is controlled by the air conditioner to be electrified, and after the air conditioner runs for a second rated time T2, the temperature T3 of the indoor coil pipe is detected; s533, judging whether T1 is less than T3 by the air conditioner; if so, the air conditioner normally heats and operates; otherwise, go to step S534; s534, reporting faults of the air conditioner to remind a user; therefore, the four-way valve is electrified by the third preset voltage V3, abnormal higher working voltage is used in a short time, the magnetic force of a coil of the four-way valve is increased, a sliding sheet in the four-way valve breaks through the constraint of resistance, so that successful reversing is realized, the air conditioner automatically maintains mechanical faults of the four-way valve possibly existing, the intelligent degree of the air conditioner is improved, the operation of a user is reduced, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is ensured.
Further, the third preset voltage V3 is the maximum load voltage that the four-way valve can bear, so that by increasing the working voltage of the four-way valve to the maximum, an abnormally high working voltage is used in a short time, and the magnetic force of the coil of the four-way valve is increased, so that the sliding sheet in the four-way valve breaks through the 'constraint' of the resistance, thereby realizing successful commutation.
Further, the step S534 includes: s5341, adding 1 to the count of the air conditioner control counter, and judging whether the count value of the counter is smaller than a rated count value or not; if yes, the procedure returns to step S531; otherwise, go to step S5342; s5342, reporting fault of the air conditioner to remind a user; therefore, if the four-way valve cannot be normally reversed, the self-maintenance process of the air conditioner for possible mechanical faults of the four-way valve is fully ensured by adding high pressure for many times, and the occurrence of misjudgment is favorably reduced.
An air conditioner comprises a computer readable storage medium and a processor, wherein a computer program is stored in the computer readable storage medium, and when the computer program is read and run by the processor, the air conditioner control method for preventing the four-way valve from being blocked is realized. The air conditioner further includes: the voltage detection device is connected with the processor and used for acquiring voltage information of the air conditioner; the inner coil temperature detection device is connected with the processor and used for acquiring the temperature of the indoor coil of the air conditioner; the controller booster circuit is connected with the processor and is used for regulating the voltage of the four-way valve; the alarm device is connected with the processor and used for carrying out fault alarm; therefore, the air conditioner adopts the air conditioner control method for preventing the four-way valve from being blocked, so that the success rate of normal reversing of the four-way valve can be improved when the air conditioner performs heating work in an area with unstable voltage, and the universality of the air conditioner and the four-way valve is favorably improved.
A computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is read and executed by a processor, the air conditioner control method for preventing the four-way valve from being blocked is realized.
Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner control method and the air conditioner with the four-way valve anti-blocking function have the following beneficial effects that:
according to the air conditioner control method and the air conditioner with the four-way valve anti-jamming function, whether the voltage V1 before the four-way valve is started is smaller than the first rated voltage V', and when the voltage V1 is too low, the voltage is boosted through the controller booster circuit, so that the situation that the four-way valve is jammed due to the fact that the voltage before the four-way valve is started does not meet the rated working voltage of a four-way valve coil is avoided, the success rate of normal reversing of the four-way valve can be improved when the air conditioner performs heating work in an area with unstable voltage, and the air conditioner and the universality of the four-way valve are improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Example 1
In the prior art, when an air conditioner is started in a heating mode, if the voltage is too low, the voltage before the four-way valve is started does not meet the rated working voltage of a coil of the four-way valve, and the four-way valve is easy to cause commutation failure, namely the four-way valve is blocked; in order to solve the problem that a four-way valve of an air conditioner is easily blocked when the voltage is too low in the prior art, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a control method for an air conditioner with an anti-blocking four-way valve, which includes:
s1, starting the air conditioner for heating;
in step S1, the air conditioner is turned on in a normal heating mode.
S2, detecting the voltage V1 before the four-way valve is opened and the temperature T1 of the indoor coil pipe when the air conditioner is started;
s3, judging whether the V1 is smaller than the first rated voltage V' by the air conditioner; if yes, go to step S4; otherwise, go to step S5;
preferably, the first rated voltage V' is the minimum rated voltage of the four-way valve; it should be noted that, in the conventional knowledge of those skilled in the art, the rated voltage is the optimum voltage for the electric appliance to work for a long time, and is often a voltage range; or, the rated voltage range of the four-way valve is the voltage range [ V01, V02] specified by the nameplate of the four-way valve, so that the minimum rated voltage of the four-way valve is represented as V01, and the maximum rated voltage of the four-way valve is represented as V02.
S4, the air conditioner boosts the voltage to a first preset voltage V2 through a controller booster circuit, and the step S5 is performed by taking V2 as the four-way valve opening voltage;
preferably, V01 ≦ V2 ≦ V02;
and S5, normal heating operation of the air conditioner.
Whether this embodiment is less than first rated voltage V' through judging voltage V1 before the four-way valve is opened, V1 is low when low, through controller boost circuit boost voltage, it is low to avoid the voltage, the rated operating voltage of the unsatisfied four-way valve coil of voltage before the four-way valve is opened, lead to the dead condition of four-way valve card to take place, thereby make the air conditioner heat the during operation in the unstable area of voltage, can improve the success rate that the four-way valve normally commutates, be favorable to improving the commonality of air conditioner and four-way valve.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1, step S5 is modified to ensure that the air conditioner can automatically detect and report an error when the four-way valve is stuck, so as to improve the intelligence of the air conditioner.
The step S5 includes:
s51, electrifying the air conditioner control four-way valve, and detecting the temperature T2 of the indoor coil after running for a first rated time T1;
according to the judgment result of the step S3, the air conditioner takes the corresponding V1 or the corresponding V2 as the four-way valve opening voltage to control the four-way valve to be electrified;
Preferably, t1 is 1-3 min.
S52, judging whether the T1 is less than T2 by the air conditioner; if so, the air conditioner normally heats and operates; otherwise, go to step S53;
the air conditioner compares T1 and T2, and judges whether the four-way valve is successfully reversed according to the temperature conditions of the indoor coil before and after heating of the air conditioner, so that the purpose that whether the four-way valve is successfully reversed by the air conditioner is verified automatically is achieved.
And S53, reporting faults by the air conditioner to remind a user.
The process of reporting faults by the air conditioner can be realized by conventional air conditioner fault reporting modes such as voice alarm, alarm lamps, screen display fault codes, sending fault codes to devices such as an air conditioner remote controller, a user mobile phone and user intelligent wearable equipment.
Therefore, the embodiment improves the step S5, after the four-way valve is powered on, the detection, judgment and processing processes of the temperature of the indoor coil pipe are added, so that whether the four-way valve is successfully or not can be automatically verified by the air conditioner, the reversing accuracy of the four-way valve is ensured, and meanwhile, after the four-way valve is judged to be failed to be reversed by the air conditioner, the air conditioner can automatically report faults to remind a user, so that the intelligent degree of the air conditioner can be improved, and on the other hand, the user can be timely reminded to remove the faults to ensure the normal operation of the air.
Example 3
In embodiment 2, if the determination result in step S52 is that T1 is not less than T2, it indicates that a mechanical failure has occurred in the four-way valve; generally, the condition occurs that the service time of the air conditioner is long, or moisture is mixed in the air conditioning system, so that a sliding sheet in the four-way valve is rusted and stuck and cannot slide normally.
Therefore, in order to perform self-maintenance of the air conditioner for the mechanical failure of the four-way valve and reduce the operation of a user, the embodiment is specially provided; as shown in fig. 2 in detail, in this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 2, step S53 is modified:
the step S53 includes:
s531, shutting down and restarting the air conditioner, boosting the voltage to a third preset voltage V3 through a controller booster circuit, and taking V3 as the starting voltage of the four-way valve;
preferably, the third preset voltage V3 is the maximum load voltage that the four-way valve can bear, that is, the limit high voltage that the four-way valve can bear; by increasing the working voltage of the four-way valve to the maximum extent, using abnormal higher working voltage in a short time, the magnetic force of the coil of the four-way valve is increased, so that the slide sheet in the four-way valve breaks through the constraint of resistance to realize successful reversing.
S532, the four-way valve is controlled by the air conditioner to be electrified, and after the air conditioner runs for a second rated time T2, the temperature T3 of the indoor coil pipe is detected;
The voltage applied in step S531 energizes the four-way valve with the third preset voltage V3, so that the air conditioner can automatically perform self-maintenance on a possible mechanical failure of the four-way valve, thereby improving the intelligence of the air conditioner, reducing the user' S operations, and facilitating the normal operation of the air conditioner.
Preferably, the second rated time period t2 is 1-3 min.
S533, judging whether T1 is less than T3 by the air conditioner; if so, the air conditioner normally heats and operates; otherwise, go to step S534;
similarly, after the air conditioner is self-maintained in the steps S531 and S532, the T1 and the T3 are compared, and whether the four-way valve is successfully reversed is judged according to the temperature conditions of the indoor coil before and after heating of the air conditioner, so that the purpose that the air conditioner automatically verifies whether the four-way valve is successfully reversed is achieved.
And S534, reporting the fault of the air conditioner to remind the user.
Therefore, in the embodiment, through improvement of the step S53, the four-way valve is electrified by the third preset voltage V3, abnormal higher working voltage is used in a short time, the magnetic force of a coil of the four-way valve is increased, and a sliding sheet in the four-way valve breaks through the constraint of resistance to realize successful reversing, so that the air conditioner can automatically self-maintain the possible mechanical faults of the four-way valve, the intelligent degree of the air conditioner is improved, the operation of a user is reduced, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is favorably ensured.
Similarly, considering that the slide sheet in the four-way valve is rusted and clamped to different degrees, only one high-voltage adding process is carried out, so that the slide sheet can shake but is not enough to rotate for reversing; if the fault is determined at the moment, the situation of misjudgment may exist, and unnecessary operation is added to the user; therefore, the step S534 includes:
s5341, adding 1 to the count of the air conditioner control counter, and judging whether the count value of the counter is smaller than a rated count value or not; if yes, the procedure returns to step S531; otherwise, go to step S5342;
in order to avoid misunderstanding, it should be noted that, when the air conditioner is turned on in step S1, the count value of the counter is reset to zero. Preferably, the rated count value is 3-5.
S5342, the air conditioner reports the fault and reminds the user.
Therefore, if the four-way valve cannot be normally reversed, the self-maintenance process of the air conditioner for possible mechanical faults of the four-way valve is fully ensured by adding high pressure for many times, and the occurrence of misjudgment is favorably reduced.
