Figure RE-GDA0002658513290000051
As can be seen from the above table, the power can be reduced by 27.8W (23%) for the same air volume.
As shown in fig. 7, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner mainly comprises a base plate 6, an outdoor unit outer cover 5, a bracket 13, a motor 12, axial flow blades 11, an outdoor unit top cover 22, a vertical heat exchanger, an air outlet grille 10 and other main components.
The air current flows through the heat exchanger for heat exchange under the action of the fan, and then flows out of the air outlet grille 10, as shown in fig. 3. Through heat transfer theoretical analysis, under the condition of the same volume, the heat exchange capacity can be increased by increasing the row number of the heat exchangers, but the energy efficiency is reduced, and the energy efficiency of the system can be increased only by increasing the capacity by increasing the windward area of the heat exchangers.
The outdoor unit is based on a vertically arranged U-shaped heat exchanger, a single-row or double-row heat exchanger is arranged at the top of the outdoor unit by fully utilizing a low-pressure area at the upstream of a fan, so that the windward area of the heat exchanger is further increased, the windward speed of the heat exchanger can be increased by more than 18%, the heat exchange of the system is enhanced, meanwhile, as the windward speed of the heat exchanger is reduced, the pressure drop of the heat exchanger is reduced in a parabolic manner, the power of the outdoor unit is reduced in a 3-power manner, and experimental results show that after the double-row heat exchanger is arranged at the top, the power. In addition, in rainy days, the overhead heat exchanger can have the function of evaporative cooling, so that the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
