Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the danger of sudden falling of the saddle type window machine in the installation process in the prior art, the invention provides the saddle type window machine auxiliary installation device, which can slowly fall in the installation process through the damper, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a saddle type window machine auxiliary installation device, which comprises an indoor part positioned at the indoor side, an outdoor part positioned at the outdoor side and a connecting part positioned on a window, wherein one end of the connecting part is connected with the indoor part, and the other end of the connecting part is connected with the outdoor part; the auxiliary mounting device includes: a base which is positioned below the connecting part and forms a certain distance with the connecting part; the damper comprises a cylinder body and a piston rod arranged in the cylinder body, the piston rod reciprocates along the cylinder body, the cylinder body is connected with the connecting part, and the piston rod penetrates through the connecting part and is connected with the base at one end; under the action of gravity of the saddle type window machine, opposite movement is generated between the cylinder body and the piston rod, and the connecting part is driven to gradually move towards the direction close to the base.
In order to realize penetrating connection between the bolt and the connecting part and avoid telescopic movement of the bolt to the connecting part, the connecting part comprises an indoor connecting box and an outdoor connecting box, the indoor connecting box is connected with the indoor part, the outdoor connecting box is connected with the outdoor part, and the outdoor connecting box is positioned at the periphery of the indoor connecting box; the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the indoor connecting box are respectively provided with a first through hole for the piston rod to penetrate; the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the outdoor connecting box are respectively provided with a strip hole for the piston rod to penetrate, and the strip holes are arranged in an extending mode along the length direction of the outdoor connecting box.
As a preferred embodiment, the first through hole on the upper side wall of the indoor connecting box is provided with a first shaft sleeve facing the interior of the indoor connecting box, and the piston rod is arranged in the first shaft sleeve in a penetrating mode.
In order to avoid that the elongated hole limits the telescopic movement range of the connecting portion, the elongated hole has a first end and a second end, and the first end is close to the indoor portion and penetrates through the side edge of the outdoor connecting box.
In order to shelter from the connection structure between indoor connection case and the outdoor connection case, make the product more pleasing to the eye, connecting portion still includes the decoration cover, the decoration cover is located the periphery of outdoor connection case, be equipped with on the decoration cover and supply the piston rod penetrates the second through-hole.
In order to realize the fixed connection between the cylinder body and the connecting part, a fixing piece is arranged on the cylinder body and is connected with the decorative cover.
In order to prevent external dust, foreign matters and the like from entering the inside of the connecting part, a cover body is detachably arranged on the second through hole at the upper part of the decorative cover.
In order to realize the connection between the bolt and the base, a second sleeve is arranged on one side of the base facing the connecting part, and the lower end of the piston rod is in interference fit connection with the second sleeve.
In order to enable the connecting portion to be tightly attached to the base, the window machine is more stable after being located on the window, and when the connecting portion is abutted to the base, the second sleeve is simultaneously penetrated in the second through hole, the strip hole and the first through hole which are located at the lower portion of the connecting portion.
The invention also provides a mounting and using method of the saddle type window machine auxiliary mounting device, which comprises the following steps:
fixedly mounting the cylinder of the damper to the connecting portion;
the piston rod is pulled out of the cylinder body, the piston rod penetrates into the connecting part from top to bottom, the lower end of the piston rod is connected with the base, and a certain distance is formed between the base and the connecting part;
moving the saddle type window machine together with the auxiliary mounting device to a window, placing the base on the window, wherein the indoor part is positioned on the indoor side, and the outdoor part is positioned on the outdoor side;
under the action of gravity of the saddle type window machine, opposite movement is generated between the cylinder body and the piston rod, and the connecting part is driven to gradually move towards the direction close to the base.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the invention provides a saddle type window machine auxiliary installation device and an installation and use method. When in installation, the cylinder body is fixedly installed on the connecting part; the piston rod is pulled out of the cylinder body, the piston rod penetrates into the connecting part from top to bottom, and the lower end of the piston rod is connected with the base; the saddle type window machine is moved to the window together with the auxiliary installation device, and the base is located on the window; under the action of gravity of the saddle type window machine, the cylinder body and the piston rod move in opposite directions to drive the connecting part to gradually move towards the direction close to the base, so that the saddle type window machine slowly falls. The auxiliary installation device has simple structure and is convenient to operate.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, terms such as "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate directions or positional relationships based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. The invention discloses an auxiliary installation device of a saddle type window machine, which is applied to the installation process of the saddle type window machine, and referring to fig. 1, the saddle type window machine 20 comprises an indoor part 21, an outdoor part 23 and a connecting part 22, wherein the indoor part 21 is positioned on the indoor side and below a window, the outdoor part 23 is positioned on the outdoor side and below the window, the connecting part 22 is used for connecting the indoor part 21 and the outdoor part 23, and the whole appearance of the window machine is in an inverted U-shaped structure. The connecting portion 22 has both a telescopic and a non-telescopic form, and when in the telescopic mode, the length of the connecting portion 22 is adjustable to accommodate windows of different sizes. When saddle window unit 20 is installed in the window, connecting portion 22 sits on the window, and both indoor portion 21 and outdoor portion 23 are located below the window, so that the window unit can be prevented from blocking sunlight. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 22 is preferably in a telescopic mode, and when the saddle window machine 20 is installed, the length of the connecting portion 22 is stretched first; the stretched saddle window machine 20 is moved to a window, the indoor part 21 is positioned at the indoor side, and the outdoor part 23 is positioned at the outdoor side; the saddle window regulator 20 is dropped, and the connecting part 22 is located on the window; finally, the length of the connecting portion 22 is adjusted to be suitable for the corresponding window size.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the saddle type window machine auxiliary mounting device 10 includes a base 11 and a damper 12, wherein the base 11 is positioned below a connection portion 22, and a distance d is formed between the base 11 and the connection portion 22; the damper 12 includes a cylinder 121 and a piston rod 122 provided in the cylinder 121, and the piston rod 122 reciprocates along the cylinder 121. The cylinder 121 is connected to the connecting portion 22, and the piston rod 122 is inserted into the connecting portion 22 and has one end connected to the base 11. When the damper is installed and used, the damper 12 is fixedly installed on the saddle type window machine 20, the piston rod 122 is pulled out of the cylinder body 121, the piston rod 122 moves downwards to be connected with the base 11, at the moment, a distance d is formed between the base 11 and the lower surface of the connecting part 22, and the lower surface of the base 11 is in the same plane or nearly the same plane with the lower surface of the indoor part 21 and the lower surface of the outdoor part 23; the saddle window regulator 20 is carried to the window together with the auxiliary mounting device 10, the base 11 is placed on the window, the indoor portion 21 is located on the indoor side, and the outdoor portion 23 is located on the outdoor side. The saddle window regulator 20 moves downwards under the action of gravity to drive the cylinder body 121 and the piston rod 122 to move in opposite directions, namely, the piston rod 122 gradually moves towards the direction close to the cylinder body 121, the damper 12 plays a role in buffering at the moment, the resistance of the damper 12 counteracts the saddle window regulator 20, the saddle window regulator 20 gradually falls down, and the distance d between the connecting part 22 and the base 11 gradually decreases. When the saddle window unit 20 falls to the lower surface of the connecting portion 22 to abut against the upper surface of the base 11, the saddle window unit 20 is mounted. The damper 12 is detached from the connection portion 22. The auxiliary installation device 10 is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
In order to achieve the scalability of the connection part 22, the connection part 22 includes an indoor connection box 221 and an outdoor connection box 222, one end of the indoor connection box 221 is fixedly connected with the indoor part 21 by means of screws or buckles, and one end of the outdoor connection box 222 is fixedly connected with the outdoor part 23 by means of screws or buckles. As a preferred embodiment, the outdoor connection box 222 is located at the periphery of the indoor connection box 221, prevents external dust, foreign matter, etc. from entering the room through a gap between the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222, and is also more attractive. The piston rod 122 penetrates the connection portion 22, that is, the piston rod 122 is simultaneously penetrated in the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222. As a preferred embodiment, the upper and lower sidewalls of the indoor connection box 221 are provided with first through holes 225 through which the piston rods 122 penetrate, respectively; the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the outdoor connection box 222 are respectively provided with a strip hole 226 for the piston rod 122 to penetrate, the strip holes 226 are arranged in an extending mode along the length direction L of the outdoor connection box 222, and the piston rod 122 is simultaneously penetrated in the first through hole 225 and the strip holes 226. When the length of the connecting portion 22 is adjusted in a telescopic manner, the indoor connecting box 221 and the outdoor connecting box 222 move relatively to drive the piston rod 122 to move linearly along the long hole 226, and the long hole 226 can prevent the piston rod 122 from affecting the relative movement between the indoor connecting box 221 and the outdoor connecting box 222 while ensuring that the piston rod 122 can penetrate the connecting portion 22, so that the length of the connecting portion 22 can be adjusted. At the same time, the cooperation between the piston rod 122 and the elongated hole 226 also plays a certain guiding role for the relative movement between the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222.
The elongated aperture 226 has a first end and a second end, defining an elongated aperture 226 having an elongated aperture first end 2261 at an end proximate the indoor portion 21 and an elongated aperture second end 2262 at an end proximate the outdoor portion 23. To further ensure that the piston rod 122 does not interfere with the relative movement between the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222, the first end 2261 of the elongated aperture is disposed in communication with the side of the outdoor connection box 222, where "side of the outdoor connection box 222" refers to the side of the outdoor connection box 222 adjacent to the indoor portion 21. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222 are moved toward each other until the piston rod 122 abuts against the second end 2262 of the elongated hole, the length of the connection part 22 is at the shortest. When the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222 are moved in opposite directions, the piston rod 122 is moved from the second end 2262 of the elongated hole toward the first end 2261 of the elongated hole, and the length of the connection section 22 is gradually elongated. Since the first end 2261 of the elongated hole is penetrated from the side of the outdoor connection box 222 near the indoor portion 21, the opposite movement between the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222 is not affected by the length of the elongated hole 226.
The first through hole 225 is provided with a first shaft sleeve 224 toward the interior of the indoor connection box 221, the piston rod 122 is arranged in the first shaft sleeve 224 in a penetrating manner, and the first shaft sleeve 224 plays a further role in positioning and guiding the movement of the piston rod 122. The first shaft sleeve 224 is disposed inside the indoor connection box 221, and the influence of the first shaft sleeve 224 on the relative movement between the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222 can be avoided.
For the aesthetic appearance of the product, the connection portion 22 of the present embodiment further includes a decorative cover 223, the decorative cover 223 being provided at the outer periphery of the outdoor connection box 222 to shield the connection structure between the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222. The piston rod 122 is inserted into the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222, and also inserted into the decorative cover 223. The decorative cover 223 is provided with a second through hole 227 corresponding to the first through hole 225, and the piston rod 122 penetrates into the second through hole 227. The indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222 can also cover the elongated hole 226 when the length is adjusted by the relative movement. In order to facilitate expression of the connection structure between the piston rod 122 and the indoor connection box 221 and the outdoor connection box 222, the decorative cover 223 is omitted in fig. 6 and 7.
A cover (not shown) is detachably provided to the second through hole 227 provided at the upper portion of the decorative cover 223, and when the damper 12 is unscrewed from the connection portion 22, the cover closes the second through hole 227 to prevent external dust, foreign matter, etc. from entering the inside of the connection portion 22 through the second through hole 227. The cover body adopts the elastic rubber cover body, and the rubber cover body is connected with the mode of interference fit between the second through hole 227, and simple structure, and be convenient for install and dismantle.
The base 11 is provided with a second sleeve 111 on a side facing the connecting portion 22, that is, the upper surface of the base 11 is provided with the second sleeve 111, the second sleeve 111 is a rubber member with elasticity, and the lower end of the piston rod 122 is connected with the second sleeve 111 in an interference fit. When the piston rod 122 penetrates into the connecting portion 22 from top to bottom, the lower end of the piston rod 122 moves downward to be plugged into the second sleeve 111, and the fixed connection between the piston rod 122 and the base 11 is achieved. When the piston rod 122 and the cylinder 121 are relatively moved by the gravity of the saddle window machine 20, the base 11 moves together with the piston rod 122. When the saddle window regulator 20 gradually falls down to the connection portion 22 to abut against the base 11 under the reaction of the damper 12, the second sleeve 111 is sequentially inserted into the second through hole 227, the elongated hole 226 and the first through hole 225 located at the lower portion of the connection portion, and then the cylinder 121 is detached from the connection portion 22.
The cylinder body is provided with a fixing member 1211, and the fixing member 1211 is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the connecting portion 22 by means of a screw or a buckle, etc., so as to fix the damper 12 and the connecting portion 22. The embodiment selects the mode of screw fastening, and has simple structure and convenient installation and disassembly.
As a preferred embodiment, the first sleeve 224 is only disposed on the inner side of the upper side wall of the indoor connection box 221, so that the second sleeve 111 can be smoothly inserted into the lower portion of the connection portion 22, so as to achieve close adhesion between the base 11 and the lower surface of the connection portion 22, so that the saddle window unit 20 is more stable after being seated on the window, and meanwhile, the inserted second sleeve 111 also has a blocking effect on the second through hole 227, the elongated hole 226 and the first through hole 225, so as to prevent external dust, foreign matters and the like from entering the interior of the connection portion 22.
When the second sleeve 111 is inserted into the connecting portion 22, as a preferred embodiment, the upper end surface of the second sleeve 111 abuts against the lower end surface of the first sleeve 224, so that external dust, foreign matters and the like can be further prevented from entering the connecting portion 22, and meanwhile, working noise of the saddle window machine 20 can be prevented from being transmitted out through the middle holes of the first sleeve 224 and the second sleeve 111, which is beneficial to reducing the working noise.
Limiting pieces (not shown) are respectively arranged on the back plate of the indoor part 22 and the back plate of the outdoor part 23, and are used for limiting the base 11, when the piston rod 122 moves from top to bottom, the base 11 moves downwards along with the piston rod 122, when the base 11 moves downwards to be in abutting contact with the limiting pieces, the base 11 moves in place, at the moment, the drawing action of the piston rod 122 can be stopped, and the auxiliary installation device 10 is installed in place.
When the auxiliary installation device 10 is fixedly installed on the saddle type window unit 20, the lower surface of the base 12 is retracted into the lower surface of the indoor portion 21 and the lower surface of the outdoor portion 23, so that a lower inverted U-shaped structure is formed between the base 12 and the indoor portion 21 and between the base 12 and the outdoor portion 23, and when the saddle type window unit 20 is placed on a window together with the auxiliary installation device 10, a certain positioning and clamping effect is achieved by the lower inverted U-shaped structure, namely, the saddle type window unit 20 is initially positioned and clamped on the window, and when the saddle type window unit 20 slowly moves downwards, the falling indoor portion 21 can be ensured to be positioned on the indoor side without generating motion interference with the window, and the outdoor portion 23 is positioned on the outdoor side without generating motion interference with the window.
The embodiment also discloses a mounting and using method of the saddle type window machine auxiliary mounting device, which comprises the following steps:
fixedly mounting the damper 12 to the connecting portion 22, that is, fixedly connecting the fixing member 1211 to the trim cover 223 by a screw;
the piston rod 122 is drawn out from the cylinder 121, the piston rod 122 simultaneously penetrates into the decorative cover 223, the outdoor connecting box 222 and the indoor connecting box 221 from top to bottom, the lower end of the piston rod 122 is fixedly connected with the base 11, the piston rod 122 continues to move downwards, the base 11 moves downwards along with the piston rod 122, and the distance d between the piston rod 122 and the connecting part 22 is gradually increased, referring to fig. 2;
the saddle type window machine 20 is moved to the window together with the auxiliary installation device 10, the base 11 is located on the window, the indoor part 21 is located on the indoor side, and the outdoor part 23 is located on the outdoor side;
the saddle type window regulator 20 moves downwards under the action of gravity to drive the cylinder body 121 and the piston rod 122 to move in opposite directions, namely the piston rod 122 gradually moves towards the direction close to the cylinder body 121, the damper 12 plays a role in buffering at the moment, the resistance of the damper 12 acts on the saddle type window regulator 20 in a reaction mode, the saddle type window regulator 20 gradually falls down, and the distance d between the connecting part 22 and the base 11 is gradually reduced, and referring to fig. 3;
when the saddle window unit 20 is lowered to the state where the lower surface of the connection portion 22 abuts against the upper surface of the base 11, the saddle window unit 20 is completely mounted, and the cylinder 121 is detached from the connection portion 22, as shown in fig. 4.
As a preferred embodiment, the installation and use method further includes:
the cover body is inserted into the second through hole 227 located at the upper portion of the decorative cover 223.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
