Abstract
The invention discloses a prefabricated base in a shield tunnel, which comprises a prefabricated concrete base and is characterized in that: the precast concrete base is provided with a base top surface and a base bottom surface which are horizontally arranged, one side of the precast concrete base is a base arc surface arranged corresponding to the duct piece, the other side of the precast concrete base is a base vertical surface, the precast concrete base is provided with a reserved bolt hole, the reserved bolt hole extends from the base top surface to the base arc surface, and a reserved hand hole is arranged at the position, close to the reserved bolt hole, of the base top surface; and a caulking chamfer is arranged at the junction of the top surface of the base and the cambered surface of the base, and a reserved steel bar matched with the duct piece is arranged below the bottom surface of the base. On one hand, the method avoids the process of carrying out mass bar planting on the segments in the prior shield tunnel base construction, and reduces the damage to the segment structure; on the other hand, erection of a large number of templates in base construction is avoided, the construction efficiency is increased, and the prefabrication and assembly rate of the shield tunnel is improved; the structure is convenient to install, firm in connection, rapid in construction, economical and reasonable.

In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and urbanization processes, the shield tunnel technology has become an indispensable key technology in infrastructure construction of important traffic and the like in China, and the prefabrication of the tunnel internal structure has also become a great trend in shield tunnel construction. However, the lower base of the double-layer shield tunnel is irregular in shape and needs a large amount of bar planting work, so that the lower base of the double-layer shield tunnel is not designed and constructed in a prefabricated mode.

B. After the duct pieces are assembled and molded, paving a cushion layer at the connecting part of the duct pieces and the base;
C. assembling the base in place, adjusting the height and direction of the base, penetrating connecting bolts from reserved bolt holes of the precast concrete base and screwing the connecting bolts with base connecting nuts of the duct piece, and arranging reserved steel bars matched with the duct piece below the bottom surface of the base;
D. binding lower reinforcing steel bars and pouring cast-in-place nodes;
E. performing base caulking construction and hand hole plugging;
F. and implementing the upright posts or the wall bodies on the base and other lane structures.

c) assembling the base 1 in place, adjusting the height and direction of the base 1, penetrating the connecting bolt 10 from the bolt hole 2 and screwing;
d) binding reserved steel bars 5 at the lower part of the base with reserved steel bars on two sides of a lane and pouring cast-in-place nodes 9;
e) constructing a base caulking 11 at a caulking chamfer, and plugging 12 a reserved hand hole 3 by a hand hole;
f) implementing the base upper uprights or walls and other lane structures 13.
Further, the cross section of the precast concrete base 1 is approximately in an inverted right trapezoid shape; reserved steel bars 5 are arranged on the bottom surface (short edge) of the base; the top surface (long edge) of the base is provided with a bolt hand hole 3 and a caulking chamfer 4; the inclined plane is a base cambered surface.
