普通办公用纸使用普通烯基琥珀酸酐施胶,成纸抗水性能一般,潮湿天气容易吸潮。成纸水分控制偏高,不利于保持纸张干燥,在天气潮湿时打印、复印过程易产生翘曲、卡纸等问题,使得效率降低。普通办公用纸在纸页抄造过程通常用轻质碳酸钙或重质碳酸钙加填,过高的加填量,对办公设备会产生一定磨损,而用重质碳酸钙浆内加填,使成纸松厚度较低,过机性能差。现有的造纸生产过程中,对纸张的翘曲,印刷适应性评估标准不全或针对性不强,不能满足纸张更高品质的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种具有防潮效果的办公用纸的制备方法,解决办公用纸使用过程中因天气原因导致的纸张返潮问题。
为实现上述目的,所采取的技术方案:一种具有防潮效果的办公用纸的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)浆料碎解及除渣:将长、短纤维硫酸盐木浆和化学机械浆分别按5%的质量百分比浓度碎解,然后去除浆料中重质的杂质;
(2)打浆:将步骤(1)碎解后的浆料进行打浆;
(3)配浆及浆料净化:将打浆后的长、短纤维硫酸盐木浆和化学机械浆按长纤维硫酸盐木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆的重量比为长纤维硫酸盐木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆=10~20:65~75:10~15的比例配浆,配浆后浆料经除渣器、除气器,以及缝筛处理除去杂质后上网;
(4)上网成型:将步骤(3)中处理后的浆料用水稀释至质量浓度为1.0~2.0%后经过流浆箱上网,经成形辊、加载单元、低真空室、高真空箱脱水,经脱水后得到纸页,所述纸页干度为23~25%;
(5)压榨脱水:将步骤(4)得到的纸页经过二道靴压后纸页干度为48~52%;
(6)纸页前干燥:将步骤(5)得到的纸页通过单排烘缸干燥后纸页干度为95~97%;
(7)纸页表面处理:采用表面施胶液对步骤(6)得到的纸页进行表面施胶处理,施胶量每面1.0~1.2g/m2,其中,表面施胶液包含防潮剂0.2~0.4kg/吨纸;
(8)纸页后干燥:通过后干燥将表面施胶处理后的纸页中的水分去除至水分含量为3.5~4.5%;
(9)纸页软压光处理:采用可控中高辊对步骤(8)得到的纸页进行软压光处理,软压光加载压力为20~30KN/m,软压光处理后得到所述办公用纸。
长纤维硫酸盐木浆、短纤维硫酸盐木浆为高强度、高白度的漂白化学进口长纤维硫酸盐木浆、短纤维硫酸盐木浆,高品质木浆的使用保证了成纸强度高,挺度高,过机性能好。严格控制成纸水份,保持纸张干燥,在表面施胶中加入工业防潮剂,进一步提高纸张的抗水性能,降低吸潮性。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中打浆后长纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在300~400CFS,短纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在280~380CFS。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中配浆时在浆料中加入占所述办公用纸质量10~14%的重质碳酸钙、占所述办公用纸质量10~14%的轻质碳酸钙、5~7kg/吨纸的阳离子淀粉、2~6kg/吨纸的增白剂、0~200g/吨纸的颜料、0.8~1.2kg/吨纸的烯基琥珀酸酐、0.2~0.4kg/吨纸聚丙烯酰胺、2~4kg/吨纸的膨润土、0.2~0.4kg/吨纸的微粒、0.3~0.5kg/吨纸的消泡剂和0.3~0.5kg/吨纸的杀菌剂。这里的浓度是相对于办公用纸质量而言。
浆内施胶剂用新型100%C18含量、施胶效果更好的烯基琥珀酸酐替代普通的烯基琥珀酸酐,进一步提高纸张的抗水性能,降低吸潮性。高白度重质碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙按照一定比例混合作为加填材料,在保证纸张白度、平滑度的同时,还保证纸张有更高的松厚度,提高了纸张的过机性能,减少卡纸的发生。
优选地,所述步骤(7)中表面施胶液还包含以下浓度的组分:30~40kg/吨纸的原淀粉、2~4kg/吨纸的施胶剂、4~8kg/吨纸的增白剂、2~4kg/吨纸的盐。使用成膜性好的表面施胶剂,能形成完整的防水膜。这里的浓度是相对于办公用纸质量而言。
优选地,所述微粒为阴离子聚丙烯酰胺。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种具有防潮效果的办公用纸的制备方法。该技术方案把防潮概念引入高档办公用纸生产过程,潮湿天气环境对纸张打印和复印过程中的过机性能影响较小。另外该技术方案使用高白度木浆原料,高白度重质碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙做为填料,并合理控制加填量,生产的高档文化用纸平滑度高、松厚度高,过机性能进一步提高,满足高档办公场所的需求。

实施例中GCC为重质碳酸钙;PCC为轻质碳酸钙;ASA为烯基琥珀酸酐;PAM为聚丙烯酰胺;长纤维硫酸盐木浆为进口加拿大马牌漂白针叶浆、进口加拿大海豚牌漂白针叶木浆或进口智利银星漂白针叶木浆;短纤维硫酸盐木浆为印尼小叶相思浆、山东日照亚太森博相思木浆、山东日照亚太森博纯桉木浆或山东日照亚太森博混桉木浆;化学机械浆为天柏牌、水晶牌或骑士牌的化学机械浆。
实施例1
一种具有防潮效果的办公用纸的制备方法的实施例,如附图1所示,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)浆料碎解及除渣:将进口的长、短纤维硫酸盐木浆和化学机械浆分别按5%的质量百分比浓度碎解,然后在长、短纤维硫酸盐木浆和化学机械浆的质量百分比浓度为4%时经过高浓除渣器处理,去除浆料中重质的杂质;
(2)打浆:将步骤(1)碎解后的浆料进行打浆,打浆后短纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在300CFS,短纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在约280CFS;
(3)配浆及浆料净化:将打浆后的长、短纤维硫酸盐木浆和化学机械浆按长纤维硫酸盐木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆的重量比为长纤维硫酸盐木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆=20:65:15的比例配浆,配浆后浆料经除渣器、除气器,以及缝筛处理除去杂质后上网;

(4)上网成型:将步骤(3)中处理后的浆料用水稀释至质量浓度为2.0%后经过流浆箱上网,经成形辊、加载单元、低真空室、高真空箱脱水,经脱水后得到纸页,所述纸页干度为25%;
(5)压榨脱水:将步骤(4)得到的纸页经过二道靴压后纸页干度为52%;
(6)纸页前干燥:将步骤(5)得到的纸页通过单排烘缸干燥后纸页干度为97%;
(7)纸页表面处理:采用表面施胶液对步骤(6)得到的纸页进行表面施胶处理,施胶量每面1.2g/m2
(8)纸页后干燥:通过后干燥将表面施胶处理后的纸页中的水分去除至水分含量为4.5%;
(9)纸页软压光处理:采用可控中高辊对步骤(8)得到的纸页进行软压光处理,软压光加载压力为30KN/m,软压光处理后得到所述办公用纸。
其中,所述步骤(3)中配浆时在浆料中加入占所述办公用纸质量14%的GCC、占所述办公用纸质量14%的PCC、7kg/吨纸的阳离子淀粉、6kg/吨纸的增白剂、200g/吨纸的颜料、1.2kg/吨纸的ASA、0.4kg/吨纸PAM、4kg/吨纸的膨润土、0.4kg/吨纸的微粒、0.5kg/吨纸的消泡剂和0.5kg/吨纸的杀菌剂。
所述步骤(7)中表面施胶液包括以下浓度的组分:40kg/吨纸的原淀粉、0.4kg/吨纸的防潮剂、4kg/吨纸的施胶剂、8kg/吨纸的增白剂、4kg/吨纸的盐。
实施例3
一种具有防潮效果的办公用纸的制备方法的实施例,如附图1所示,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)浆料碎解及除渣:将进口的高强度、高白度的长、短纤维硫酸盐和化学机械浆分别按5%的质量百分比浓度碎解,然后在长、短纤维硫酸盐的质量百分比浓度为4%时经过高浓除渣器处理,去除浆料中重质的杂质;
(2)打浆:将步骤(1)碎解后的浆料进行打浆,打浆后长纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在350CFS,短纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在约330CFS;
(3)配浆及浆料净化:将打浆后的长、短纤维硫酸盐和化学机械浆按长纤硫酸盐维木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆的重量比为长纤维硫酸盐木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆=17:70:13的比例配浆,配浆后浆料经除渣器、除气器,以及缝筛处理除去杂质后上网;
(4)上网成型:将步骤(3)中处理后的浆料用水稀释至质量浓度为1.5%后经过流浆箱上网,经成形辊、加载单元、低真空室、高真空箱脱水,经脱水后得到纸页,所述纸页干度为24%;
(5)压榨脱水:将步骤(4)得到的纸页经过二道靴压后纸页干度为50%;
(6)纸页前干燥:将步骤(5)得到的纸页通过单排烘缸干燥后纸页干度为96%;
(7)纸页表面处理:采用表面施胶液对步骤(6)得到的纸页进行表面施胶处理,施胶量每面1.1g/m2
(8)纸页后干燥:通过后干燥将表面施胶处理后的纸页中的水分去除至水分含量为4%;
(9)纸页软压光处理:采用可控中高辊对步骤(8)得到的纸页进行软压光处理,软压光加载压力为25KN/m,软压光处理后得到所述办公用纸。
其中,所述步骤(3)中配浆时在浆料中加入占所述办公用纸质量12%的GCC、占所述办公用纸质量12%的PCC、6kg/吨纸的阳离子淀粉、4kg/吨纸的增白剂、100g/吨纸的颜料、1kg/吨纸的ASA、0.3kg/吨纸PAM、3kg/吨纸的膨润土、0.3kg/吨纸的微粒、0.4kg/吨纸的消泡剂和0.4kg/吨纸的杀菌剂。
所述步骤(7)中表面施胶液包括以下浓度的组分:35kg/吨纸的原淀粉、0.3kg/吨纸的防潮剂、3kg/吨纸的施胶剂、6kg/吨纸的增白剂、3kg/吨纸的盐。
实施例4
一种具有防潮效果的办公用纸的制备方法的实施例,如附图1所示,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)浆料碎解及除渣:将进口的高强度、高白度的长、短纤维硫酸盐和化学机械浆分别按5%的质量百分比浓度碎解,然后在长、短纤维硫酸盐的质量百分比浓度为4%时经过高浓除渣器处理,去除浆料中重质的杂质;
(2)打浆:将步骤(1)碎解后的浆料进行打浆,打浆后长纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在350CFS,短纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在约330CFS;
(3)配浆及浆料净化:将打浆后的长、短纤维硫酸盐和化学机械浆按长纤硫酸盐维木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆的重量比为长纤维硫酸盐木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆=15:75:10的比例配浆,配浆后浆料经除渣器、除气器,以及缝筛处理除去杂质后上网;
(4)上网成型:将步骤(3)中处理后的浆料用水稀释至质量浓度为1.5%后经过流浆箱上网,经成形辊、加载单元、低真空室、高真空箱脱水,经脱水后得到纸页,所述纸页干度为24%;
(5)压榨脱水:将步骤(4)得到的纸页经过二道靴压后纸页干度为50%;
(6)纸页前干燥:将步骤(5)得到的纸页通过单排烘缸干燥后纸页干度为96%;
(7)纸页表面处理:采用表面施胶液对步骤(6)得到的纸页进行表面施胶处理,施胶量每面1.2g/m2
(8)纸页后干燥:通过后干燥将表面施胶处理后的纸页中的水分去除至水分含量为4.5%;
(9)纸页软压光处理:采用可控中高辊对步骤(8)得到的纸页进行软压光处理,软压光加载压力为25KN/m,软压光处理后得到所述办公用纸。
其中,所述步骤(3)中配浆时在浆料中加入占所述办公用纸质量14%的GCC、占所述办公用纸质量14%的PCC、6kg/吨纸的阳离子淀粉、4kg/吨纸的增白剂、100g/吨纸的颜料、1kg/吨纸的ASA、0.3kg/吨纸PAM、3kg/吨纸的膨润土、0.3kg/吨纸的微粒、0.4kg/吨纸的消泡剂和0.4kg/吨纸的杀菌剂。
所述步骤(7)中表面施胶液包括以下浓度的组分:35kg/吨纸的原淀粉、0.3kg/吨纸的防潮剂、3kg/吨纸的施胶剂、6kg/吨纸的增白剂、3kg/吨纸的盐。
实施例5
对本发明实施例1~4所述的具有防潮效果的办公用纸和没有添加防潮剂的办公用纸进行防潮效果测试,结果表明:没有添加防潮剂的办公用纸,放置在潮湿环境中,24小时后,纸张的水份上升0.8%;本发明所述的具有防潮效果的办公用纸,放置在相同条件的环境中,24小时后,纸张的水份仅上升0.2%。
本发明所述的具有防潮效果的办公用纸使用高白度木浆作为原料、高白度重质碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙作为填料,与普通的办公用纸相比,平滑度提高了3~5秒,松厚度提高了0.05cm3/g。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有防潮效果的办公用纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)浆料碎解及除渣:将长、短纤维硫酸盐木浆和化学机械浆分别按5%的质量百分比浓度碎解,然后去除浆料中重质的杂质,所述长纤维硫酸盐木浆为漂白长纤维硫酸盐针叶浆,所述短纤维硫酸盐木浆为漂白短纤维硫酸盐针叶木浆;
(2)打浆:将步骤(1)碎解后的浆料进行打浆;
(3)配浆及浆料净化:将打浆后的长、短纤维硫酸盐木浆和化学机械浆按长纤维硫酸盐木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆的重量比为长纤维硫酸盐木浆:短纤维硫酸盐木浆:化学机械浆=10~20:65~75:10~15的比例配浆,配浆后浆料经除渣器、除气器,以及缝筛处理除去杂质后上网;
(4)上网成型:将步骤(3)中处理后的浆料用水稀释至质量浓度为1.0~2.0%后经过流浆箱上网,经成形辊、加载单元、低真空室、高真空箱脱水,经脱水后得到纸页,所述纸页干度为23~25%;
(5)压榨脱水:将步骤(4)得到的纸页经过二道靴压后纸页干度为48~52%;
(6)纸页前干燥:将步骤(5)得到的纸页通过单排烘缸干燥后纸页干度为95~97%;
(7)纸页表面处理:采用表面施胶液对步骤(6)得到的纸页进行表面施胶处理,施胶量每面1.0~1.2g/m2,其中,表面施胶液包含防潮剂0.2~0.4kg/吨纸;
(8)纸页后干燥:通过后干燥将表面施胶处理后的纸页中的水分去除至水分含量为3.5~4.5%;
(9)纸页软压光处理:采用可控中高辊对步骤(8)得到的纸页进行软压光处理,软压光加载压力为20~30KN/m,软压光处理后得到所述办公用纸;
其中,所述步骤(3)中配浆时在浆料中加入占所述办公用纸质量10~14%的重质碳酸钙、占所述办公用纸质量10~14%的轻质碳酸钙、5~7kg/吨纸的阳离子淀粉、2~6kg/吨纸的增白剂、0~200g/吨纸的颜料、0.8~1.2kg/吨纸的烯基琥珀酸酐、0.2~0.4kg/吨纸聚丙烯酰胺、2~4kg/吨纸的膨润土、0.2~0.4kg/吨纸的微粒、0.3~0.5kg/吨纸的消泡剂和0.3~0.5kg/吨纸的杀菌剂,所述烯基琥珀酸酐为C18含量为100%的烯基琥珀酸酐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中打浆后长纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在300~400CFS,短纤维硫酸盐木浆游离度控制在280~380CFS。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中表面施胶液还包含以下浓度的组分:30~40kg/吨纸的原淀粉、2~4kg/吨纸的施胶剂、4~8kg/吨纸的增白剂和2~4kg/吨纸的盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述微粒为阴离子聚丙烯酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中防潮剂为变性淀粉和丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物的混合物或者聚乙烯蜡乳液。
