本发明属于隔热阻燃技术领域,具体涉及一种隔热阻燃片及其制备方法。
背景技术
新能源汽车是指除汽油、柴油发动机之外所有其它能源汽车。包括燃料电池汽车、混合动力汽车、氢能源动力汽车和太阳能汽车等,其废气排放量比较低。
由于新能源汽车符合国家大力倡导的环保要求,其销售额逐年增加,应用范围越来越大,目前中国市场上在售的新能源汽车多是混合动力汽车和纯电动汽车,其动力电源主要包括锂离子电池、镍氢电池、燃料电池、铅酸电池、超级电容器。由于汽车行驶需要的动力很大,采用电力提供动力的新能源汽车为了保证能够正常行驶,需要电池仓长时间提供较大电流,保证动力的提供。当车载电池长时间输出电能后,电池内长时间进行化学反应会使得电池体明显发热,存在燃烧、***的风险。传统的电池芯模组都是采用塑料隔板将电池相互隔开,并没有实际用处,这样不仅重量大还无法起到保护作用,且容易造成电池温度过高导致隔板溶解、着火等问题。现有采用的防护毡结构简单,容易变形,大多依靠毡体的隔热作用阻燃,且不能满足国家规定的新能源领域的相关标准。因此,如何实现新能源汽车领域电池组的安全问题,方便有效的隔热散热解决方案是新能源实现长远发展首要考虑的问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的旨在提供一种隔热阻燃片及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种隔热阻燃片,所述隔热阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层,阻燃涂层喷涂在基材层的四周;其中,所述基材层为气凝胶毡,所述阻燃涂层由水性弹性涂料、水性树脂、阻燃剂、分散剂、偶联剂、二氧化硅粉按质量比(30-60)∶(10-40)∶(10-25)∶(1-5)∶(1-5)∶(1-5)组成。
较好地,在上述技术方案基础上,所述隔热阻燃片还包括保护层,保护层喷涂在阻燃涂层的四周,所述保护层为水性弹性涂料。
所述阻燃涂层和保护层的厚度,可以根据不同的应用进行调整,实际中阻燃涂层和保护层的厚度可为0.01-0.2mm。
较好地,阻燃涂层和保护层中的水性弹性涂料为水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料、水性有机硅丙弹性涂料、水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料、水性橡胶乳液中的一种。
较好地,所述水性树脂为水性环氧树脂、水性聚脲树脂、水性酚醛树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中的一种。
较好地,所述气凝胶毡为二氧化硅气凝胶毡、三氧化二铝气凝胶毡、二氧化钛气凝胶毡、二氧化锆气凝胶毡中的一种。

(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性弹性涂料、水性树脂,搅拌均匀后依次加入阻燃剂、分散剂、偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体进行干燥处理,即得隔热阻燃片。
较好地,在上述技术方案基础上,所述隔热阻燃片还包括保护层,对应地,制备步骤(4)为:将步骤(3)所得毡体进行干燥处理,得毡体B;在所得毡体B的四周再喷涂一层水性弹性涂料,得到毡体C;将所得毡体C进行干燥处理,得隔热阻燃片。
较好地,步骤(1)中,搅拌速度为450-600r/min。
较好地,步骤(4)中,两处干燥的温度为50-80℃,干燥的时间为5-20min。

(1)、本发明制备的隔热阻燃片采用气凝胶毡为基材层,具有质轻、导热系数低的特点,在气凝胶毡外侧喷涂阻燃涂层既能防止气凝胶毡表面掉粉的情况发生,又能增加气凝胶毡的阻燃性能,且不影响气凝胶毡的柔韧性;本发明阻燃涂料中添加二氧化硅粉可以调节涂料的粘度,方便涂料涂布,加入水性树脂可以调整阻燃涂层的软硬度和附着力;
(2)、本发明的阻燃涂层的阻燃等级达到V0,离火自熄,应用在新能源汽车电池领域,能延迟汽车着火的时间,为逃生增强时间;本发明的阻燃涂层在基材层上喷涂放干之后,反复折叠无开裂情况发现,能够保证长时间的使用;
(3)、本发明在阻燃涂层外再涂覆一层水性弹性涂料以便在阻燃涂层外侧形成保护层,保护阻燃涂层,使其不易脱落;
(4)、本发明制备的隔热阻燃片除了能在新能源汽车上规模化应用,其优异的隔热性能对其在建筑、工业、民用等保温领域的应用具有很大的参考意义。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。应理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限制本发明的范围。
没有保护层的实例
实施例1
一种隔热阻燃片,该阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层,阻燃涂层喷涂于基材层四周;其中,所述基材层为二氧化硅气凝胶毡,阻燃涂层厚度为0.1mm;所述阻燃涂层由水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料、水性环氧树脂、DOPO阻燃剂、BYK-163分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、二氧化硅粉组成,以质量比计,水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料∶水性环氧树脂∶DOPO阻燃剂∶BYK-161分散剂∶硅烷偶联剂∶二氧化硅粉=35∶15∶10∶1∶1.5∶1。
上述隔热阻燃片的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料、水性环氧树脂置于搅拌器中,在600r/min的速度下搅拌均匀,之后依次加入DOPO阻燃剂、BYK-161分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将二氧化硅气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在80℃下干燥5min,得到隔热阻燃片。
对照例1
与实施例1的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性环氧树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例1。
实施例2
一种隔热阻燃片,该阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层,阻燃涂层喷涂于基材层四周,阻燃涂层厚度为0.02mm;其中,所述基材层为三氧化二铝气凝胶毡;所述阻燃涂层由水性有机硅丙弹性涂料、水性聚脲树脂、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯阻燃剂、BYK-163分散剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉组成,以质量比计,水性有机硅丙弹性涂料∶水性聚脲树脂∶异丙基化磷酸三苯酯阻燃剂∶BYK-163分散剂∶钛酸酯偶联剂∶二氧化硅粉=60∶40∶25∶5∶5∶5。
上述隔热阻燃片的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性有机硅丙弹性涂料、水性聚脲树脂置于搅拌器中,在550r/min的速度下搅拌均匀,之后依次加入异丙基化磷酸三苯酯阻燃剂、BYK-163分散剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将三氧化二铝气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在65℃下干燥10min,得到隔热阻燃片。
对照例2
与实施例2的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性聚脲树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例2。
实施例3
一种隔热阻燃片,该阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层,阻燃涂层喷涂于基材层四周,阻燃涂层厚度为0.2mm;其中,所述基材层为二氧化锆气凝胶毡;所述阻燃涂层由水性橡胶乳液、水性酚醛树脂、氢氧化铝阻燃剂、BYK-161分散剂、硼酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉组成,以质量比计,水性橡胶乳液∶水性酚醛树脂∶氢氧化铝阻燃剂∶BYK-161分散剂∶硼酸酯偶联剂∶二氧化硅粉=45∶25∶17∶2∶1.5∶2。
上述隔热阻燃片的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性橡胶乳液、水性酚醛树脂置于搅拌器中,在450r/min的速度下搅拌均匀,之后依次加入氢氧化铝阻燃剂、BYK-161分散剂、硼酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将二氧化锆气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在60℃下干燥12min,得到隔热阻燃片。
对照例3
与实施例3的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性酚醛树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例3。
实施例4
一种隔热阻燃片,该阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层,阻燃涂层喷涂于基材层四周,阻燃涂层厚度为0.05mm;其中,所述基材层为二氧化硅气凝胶毡;所述阻燃涂层由水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料、水性酚醛树脂、十溴二苯乙烷阻燃剂、BYK-2000分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、二氧化硅粉组成,以质量比计,水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料∶水性酚醛树脂∶十溴二苯乙烷阻燃剂∶BYK-2000分散剂∶硅烷偶联剂∶二氧化硅粉=50∶30∶18∶2.5∶2.5∶2.5。
上述隔热阻燃片的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料、水性酚醛树脂置于搅拌器中,在450r/min的速度下搅拌均匀,之后依次加入十溴二苯乙烷阻燃剂、BYK-2000分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将二氧化硅气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在50℃下干燥20min,得到隔热阻燃片。

与实施例4的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性酚醛树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例4。

实施例5
一种隔热阻燃片,所述隔热阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层和保护层,阻燃涂层喷涂在基材层的四周,保护层喷涂在阻燃涂层的四周,阻燃涂层和保护层的厚度均为0.05mm;其中,所述基材层为二氧化硅气凝胶毡;所述阻燃涂层由水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料、水性聚氨酯树脂、聚磷酸铵阻燃剂、BYK-161分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、二氧化硅粉组成,以质量比计,水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料∶水性聚氨酯树脂∶聚磷酸铵阻燃剂∶BYK-161分散剂∶硅烷偶联剂∶二氧化硅粉=35∶15∶15∶1∶1∶1;所述保护层为水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料。
上述隔热阻燃片的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料、水性聚氨酯树脂置于搅拌器中,在450r/min的速度下搅拌均匀,之后依次加入聚磷酸铵阻燃剂、BYK-161分散剂、硅烷偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将二氧化硅气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在70℃干燥8min,得到毡体B;
(5)、在步骤(4)所得毡体B的四周再喷涂一层水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料,得到毡体C;
(6)、将步骤(5)所得毡体C在70℃干燥8min,即得隔热阻燃片。
对照例5
与实施例5的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性聚氨酯树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例5。
实施例6
一种隔热阻燃片,所述隔热阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层和保护层,阻燃涂层喷涂在基材层的四周,保护层喷涂在阻燃涂层的四周,阻燃涂层和保护层的厚度均为0.1mm;其中,所述基材层为三氧化二铝气凝胶毡;所述阻燃涂层由水性有机硅丙弹性涂料、水性酚醛树脂、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯阻燃剂、BYK-163分散剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉组成,以质量比计,水性有机硅丙弹性涂料∶水性酚醛树脂∶异丙基化磷酸三苯酯阻燃剂∶BYK-163分散剂∶铝酸酯偶联剂∶二氧化硅粉=40∶20∶16∶1∶1∶1.5;所述保护层为水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料。
上述隔热阻燃片的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性有机硅丙弹性涂料、水性酚醛树脂置于搅拌器中,在450r/min的速度下搅拌均匀,之后依次加入异丙基化磷酸三苯酯阻燃剂、BYK-163分散剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将三氧化二铝气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在60℃干燥12min,得到毡体B;
(5)、在步骤(4)所得毡体B的四周再喷涂一层水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料,得到毡体C;
(6)、将步骤(5)所得毡体C在60℃干燥12min,即得隔热阻燃片。
对照例6
与实施例6的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性酚醛树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例6。
实施例7
一种隔热阻燃片,所述隔热阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层和保护层,阻燃涂层喷涂在基材层的四周,保护层喷涂在阻燃涂层的四周,阻燃涂层和保护层的厚度均为0.10mm;其中,所述基材层为二氧化锆气凝胶毡;所述阻燃涂层由水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料、水性聚脲树脂、蜜胺磷酸盐、BYK-2000分散剂:硼酸酯偶联剂:二氧化硅粉组成,以质量比计,水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料∶水性聚脲树脂∶蜜胺磷酸盐∶BYK-2000分散剂∶硼酸酯偶联剂∶二氧化硅粉=50∶30∶18∶2∶3∶2.5;所述保护层为水性橡胶乳液。
上述隔热阻燃片的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料、水性聚脲树脂置于搅拌器中,在500r/min的速度下搅拌均匀,之后依次加入蜜胺磷酸盐、BYK-2000分散剂、硼酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将二氧化锆气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在50℃干燥20min,得到毡体B;
(5)、在步骤(4)所得毡体B的四周再喷涂一层水性橡胶乳液,得到毡体C;
(6)、将步骤(5)所得毡体C在50℃干燥20min,即得隔热阻燃片。
对照例7
与实施例7的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性聚脲树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例7。
实施例8
一种隔热阻燃片,所述隔热阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层和保护层,阻燃涂层喷涂在基材层的四周,保护层喷涂在阻燃涂层的四周,阻燃涂层和保护层的厚度均为0.15mm;其中,所述基材层为二氧化钛气凝胶毡;所述阻燃涂层由水性橡胶乳液、水性环氧树脂、氢氧化镁阻燃剂、BYK-163分散剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉组成以质量比计,水性橡胶乳液∶水性环氧树脂∶氢氧化镁阻燃剂∶BYK-163分散剂∶钛酸酯偶联剂∶二氧化硅粉=55∶35∶20∶3∶3∶3;所述保护层为水性橡胶乳液。
上述隔热阻燃片的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性橡胶乳液、水性环氧树脂置于搅拌器中,在550r/min的速度下搅拌均匀,之后依次加入氢氧化镁阻燃剂、BYK-163分散剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将二氧化钛气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在80℃干燥5min,得到毡体B;
(5)、在步骤(4)所得毡体B的四周再喷涂一层水性橡胶乳液,得到毡体C;
(6)、将步骤(5)所得毡体C在80℃干燥5min,即得隔热阻燃片。
对照例8
与实施例8的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性环氧树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例8。
实施例9

(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体在65℃干燥10min,得到毡体B;
(5)、在步骤(4)所得毡体B的四周再喷涂一层水性有机硅丙弹性涂料,得到毡体C;
(6)、将步骤(5)所得毡体C在65℃干燥10min,即得隔热阻燃片。
对照例9
与实施例9的区别在于:阻燃涂层的组成中没有水性聚氨酯树脂,对应的制备步骤(1)中也不添加,其它均同实施例9。
将实施例1-4所得隔热阻燃片以及实施例5-9所得毡体B分别进行两次10秒的燃烧测试,结果显示:火焰均在30秒内熄灭,达到离火自熄,而且没有燃烧物掉下,说明阻燃涂层的阻燃等级达到V0。
将实施例1-4所得隔热阻燃片以及实施例5-9所得毡体B分别反复折叠,结果显示:均无开裂情况发现。
为了验证水性树脂对阻燃涂层附着力的影响,将实施例1-4以及对照例1-4所得隔热阻燃片、实施例5-9所得毡体B以及对照例5-9所得毡体B,分别按照《漆膜附着力测定法》GB1720进行附着力测试,结果显示:添加水性树脂的实施例1-9所得阻燃涂层的附着力级别均为1级,不添加水性树脂的对照例1-9所得阻燃涂层的附着力级别均为3级。

Claims (10)

1.一种隔热阻燃片,其特征在于:所述隔热阻燃片包括基材层、阻燃涂层,阻燃涂层喷涂在基材层的四周;其中,所述基材层为气凝胶毡,所述阻燃涂层由水性弹性涂料、水性树脂、阻燃剂、分散剂、偶联剂、二氧化硅粉按质量比(30-60)∶(10-40)∶(10-25)∶(1-5)∶(1-5)∶(1-5)组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热阻燃片,其特征在于:所述隔热阻燃片还包括保护层,保护层喷涂在阻燃涂层的四周,所述保护层为水性弹性涂料。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的隔热阻燃片,其特征在于:阻燃涂层中的水性弹性涂料为水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料、水性有机硅丙弹性涂料、水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料、水性橡胶乳液中的一种。
4.如权利要求2所述的隔热阻燃片,其特征在于:保护层中的水性弹性涂料为水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯弹性涂料、水性有机硅丙弹性涂料、水性丙烯酸类弹性涂料、水性橡胶乳液中的一种。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的隔热阻燃片,其特征在于:所述水性树脂为水性环氧树脂、水性聚脲树脂、水性酚醛树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中的一种。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的隔热阻燃片,其特征在于:所述气凝胶毡为二氧化硅气凝胶毡、三氧化二铝气凝胶毡、二氧化钛气凝胶毡、二氧化锆气凝胶毡中的一种;所述阻燃剂为磷氮系阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂、DOPO、十溴二苯醚、十溴二苯乙烷中的一种或几种;所述分散剂为BYK-161、BYK-163、BYK-2000中的一种;所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、硼酸酯偶联剂中的一种。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的隔热阻燃片的制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)、按照阻燃涂层的组成,取水性弹性涂料、水性树脂,搅拌均匀后依次加入阻燃剂、分散剂、偶联剂、二氧化硅粉,继续搅拌直至均匀,得到阻燃涂料;
(2)、将气凝胶毡表面吹扫干净,除掉表面浮粉,得到毡体A;
(3)、将步骤(1)所得阻燃涂料喷涂在步骤(2)所得毡体A的四周;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得毡体进行干燥处理,即得隔热阻燃片。
8.如权利要求7所述的隔热阻燃片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)为:将步骤(3)所得毡体进行干燥处理,得毡体B;在所得毡体B的四周再喷涂一层水性弹性涂料,得到毡体C;将所得毡体C进行干燥处理,得隔热阻燃片。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的隔热阻燃片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,搅拌速度为450-600r/min。
10.如权利要求7或8所述的隔热阻燃片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,两处干燥的温度为50-80℃,干燥的时间为5-20min。
