Claims (7)
1. A preparation process of plant essential oil is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: selecting fresh plant raw materials, cleaning and drying the fresh plant raw materials, crushing the plant raw materials, and pulping the plant raw materials again to dry the pulped plant raw materials into powder;
s2: putting the powdery plant raw material in the S1 into preparation equipment, adding a proper amount of aqueous solution into the preparation equipment, heating the preparation equipment by adopting a hot water bath, adding a proper amount of mixed enzyme into the preparation equipment, and heating the mixture while stirring to separate solid from liquid to obtain a mixed solution, thereby obtaining a crude extraction solution;
s3: putting the crude extraction liquid obtained in the step S2 into ultrasonic equipment, performing ultrasonic treatment for a period of time, adding a proper amount of organic extractant, uniformly mixing by adopting a separating funnel extractor, standing for a period of time, separating out vegetable oil, and recovering the organic extractant;
The preparation equipment in the S2 comprises a steam mechanism (1), a distillation mechanism (2), a condensation mechanism (3) and a temporary storage mechanism (4), wherein the steam mechanism (1) is arranged on one side of the distillation mechanism (2), the condensation mechanism (3) is arranged on one side, away from the steam mechanism (1), of the distillation mechanism (2), and the temporary storage mechanism (4) is arranged on one side, away from the distillation mechanism (2), of the condensation mechanism (3); a transmission mechanism (5) is installed between the distillation mechanism (2) and the condensation mechanism (3), wherein the transmission mechanism (5) comprises an eccentric wheel (51), a connecting rod (52) and a piston (53), the eccentric wheel (51) is installed on an output shaft (27) of the distillation mechanism (2), the eccentric wheel (51) is connected with the connecting rod (52), and one end of the connecting rod (52) is connected with the piston (53).

A process for preparing a plant essential oil according to claim 1, wherein: steam mechanism (1) comprises steam drum (11), fixed frame (12), first servo motor (13), first shaft coupling (14), first axis of rotation (15), steam row leaf (16), clear water stirring leaf (17), inlet tube (18) and steam comb (19), the top of steam drum (11) is through fixed frame (12) fixedly connected with first servo motor (13), through first shaft coupling (14) fixedly connected with first axis of rotation (15) on the shaft wall of first servo motor (13) output shaft, the one end that first servo motor (13) was kept away from in first axis of rotation (15) passes steam drum (11), first axis of rotation (15) is connected with steam drum (11) rotation, fixedly connected with steam row leaf (16) and clear water stirring leaf (17) on the shaft wall that first axis of rotation (15) extended to steam drum (11) inside one end, steam row leaf (16) set up in the top of clear water stirring leaf (17), the fixed intercommunication in top of steam drum (11) has inlet tube (18) and steam calandria (19), inlet tube (18) set up the one side of keeping away from distillation mechanism (2) in steam calandria (19), just be provided with the gate valve on the pipe wall of inlet tube (18).

A process for preparing a plant essential oil according to claim 1, wherein: the distillation mechanism (2) comprises an outer tank body (21), a tank cover (22), an exhaust pipe (23), a steam inlet pipe (24), an inner tank body (25), a second servo motor (26), an output shaft (27), a second rotating shaft (28), a stirring rod (29), a material rising rod (210) and an air guide through hole (211), wherein the tank cover (22) is arranged above the outer tank body (21), the tank cover (22) is sleeved on the outer tank wall at the top of the outer tank body (21) in a threaded manner, the exhaust pipe (23) is fixedly communicated with the top of the tank cover (22), the steam inlet pipe (24) is fixedly communicated with the bottom of the outer tank body (21), the other end of the steam inlet pipe (24) is communicated with a steam exhaust pipe (19), the inner tank body (25) is arranged in the outer tank body (21), and a plurality of air guide through holes (211) are formed in the outer wall of the inner tank body (25), the outer tank body (21) is far away from on the outer wall of steam mechanism (1) one side through fixed frame (12) fixedly connected with second servo motor (26), through output shaft (27) fixedly connected with second axis of rotation (28) on the axle wall of second servo motor (26) output shaft, the lateral wall of outer tank body (21) and interior tank body (25) is passed to the one end that second servo motor (26) were kept away from in second axis of rotation (28), second axis of rotation (28) rotate with outer tank body (21) and interior tank body (25) and are connected, fixedly connected with puddler (29) on the axle wall of second axis of rotation (28) extension to the inside one end of interior tank body (25), the other end fixed connection of puddler (29) soaks material pole (210).
