In one embodiment, the upper film 51 and the lower film 52 are made of heat-sealable materials, preferably the same material, so that the film bag 50 has sufficient strength to contain the food 40, the upper film 51 and the lower film 52 each mainly comprise a heat-sealable material layer 56 and an outer layer 57 (see fig. 10), and a middle layer 58 (see fig. 11) may be interposed between the heat-sealable material layer 56 and the outer layer 57; in addition, the upper film 51 and the lower film 52 may be the same film or separate films to form the film bag 50.
In one embodiment, the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer 60 is interposed between the upper film 51 and the lower film 52 at the location of the upper film detackifying region 512 and the lower film detackifying region 522, the anti-tack Hot melt adhesive layer 60 is made of a Hot Lacquer Type Heat sealer (Hot Lacquer Type Heat Sealant) of TOYO-MORTON, LTD Type AD-1790-15, another example is selected from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) EVA resin for coating, which is coated on the upper film anti-tack region 512 or the lower film anti-tack region 522 by using a printing technique, to form a thin layer having a thickness of 0.35mm to 0.65mm, preferably 0.45mm to 0.55mm, the length of the anti-reverse-adhesion hot-melt adhesive layer 60 is consistent with the length of the upper film adhesion-reducing region 512 and the lower film adhesion-reducing region 522, the adhesive strength of the heat-sealing position can be reduced after the anti-reverse-adhesion hot-melt adhesive layer 60 is heat-sealed on the upper film 51 and the lower film 52, and the heat-sealing position cannot be adhered back after being opened.

in Table two, the heat-seal material layer 56 of one embodiment is a linear low density Polyethylene LLDPE or a Cast Polypropylene (CPP) material, and the outer layer is nylon NY or Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), and in Table two, the heat-seal material layer 56 and the outer layer 57 have a middle layer 58 therebetween, and the middle layer 58 is Nylon (NY). While Table II No. 7 shows an example where the heat-sealable material layer 56 is a CPP material, the outer layer 57 is an Oriented Polypropylene (OPP) material. Nylon (NY), PET, and OPP materials can increase the strength of the upper film 51 and the lower film 52, and are easily printed.
Please refer to fig. 7 and 8, which are schematic diagrams illustrating a second embodiment of the present invention being heat sealed by a heat sealing machine, such as an ultrasonic heat sealing machine, and these parts are the same as the conventional packaging technology, and thus are not described herein again. And the figure also shows the food 40 contained in the interior compartment 53. When the food package 500 of fig. 8 is heated by microwave, moisture in the food 40 in the inner chamber 53 is evaporated (see arrows in fig. 9), so that high heat and internal pressure are generated in the inner chamber 53, the high heat softens the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer 60, and the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer 60 is not sticky after being softened. The internal pressure causes the upper film viscosity-reducing area 512 and the lower film viscosity-reducing area 522 to be opened and separated to form an opening 61, the anti-fall-off hot-melt adhesive layer 60 cannot be adhered to the opening 61, the pressure in the inner chamber 53 can be smoothly discharged from the opening 61, the problem of unsmooth or impossible air discharge in the background art can be solved, and the air discharge qualification rate can almost reach 100% after long-time testing.

Claims (16)

1. A food package with heated self-venting, comprising:
the box body is provided with an inner chamber for containing food and an opening for leading the inner chamber to the outside of the box body, the box body is provided with a top ring edge at the opening position, the top ring edge is preset with a box body hot melting area, and one part of the box body hot melting area is preset with a box body viscosity reducing area;
the film at least comprises a heat-sealing material layer and an outer layer, the film is covered on the top ring edge of the box body, a film hot-melting area is preset at the position of the film corresponding to the box body hot-melting area, and a film anti-adhesion area is preset at the position of the film corresponding to the box body anti-adhesion area;
the anti-reverse-viscosity hot melt adhesive layer is arranged between the top ring edge of the box body and the film and positioned at the position of the box body viscosity reducing area and the film viscosity reducing area;
this film and this box body adopt the material that can weld each other, this film combines through the hot melt with this box body top ring reason, this box body hot melt district bonds fixedly together with film hot melt district, this box body visbreaking district bonds fixedly together through anti viscidity hot melt adhesive layer with film viscidity district, produce high fever and interior pressure after this food package heating, high fever makes this anti viscidity hot melt adhesive layer soften and lose viscidity, interior pressure makes this box body viscidity district and this film viscidity district separation, pressure can discharge smoothly.
2. The heated self-venting food package of claim 1, wherein the container body is selected from the group consisting of PP and PP-containing materials, the heat sealable material layer of the film is LLDPE, the outer layer is PET, and the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer is made of a thermal lacquer type heat sealer, TOYO-moton, LTD model AD-1790-15.
3. The package for food products with heated self-venting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container body is selected from PE or PE-containing materials, the material of the heat-seal material layer of the film is CPP, the material of the outer layer is PET, and the material of the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer is a thermal lacquer type heat-seal of the TOYO-moton, LTD model AD-1790-15.
4. The food package with heating automatic air discharging function according to claim 1, wherein the anti-fall-off hot melt adhesive layer has a transverse length of 6mm to 15mm and a thickness of 0.35mm to 0.65 mm.
5. The food package with heating automatic exhaust according to claim 1, wherein the material of the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer is coating EVA resin.
6. A food package with heated self-venting, comprising:
a film bag, the film bag includes an upper film and a lower film, the upper film and the lower film have a heat sealing material layer and an outer layer, the film bag has an inner chamber for containing food, one side of the upper film and the lower film has a seal, the upper film surface of the seal is preset with an upper film hot melting area, one part of the upper film hot melting area is preset with an upper film viscosity reducing area, the lower film surface is preset with a lower film hot melting area, one part of the lower film hot melting area is preset with a lower film viscosity reducing area, the upper film hot melting area and the lower film hot melting area are at corresponding positions, the upper film viscosity reducing area and the lower film viscosity reducing area are at corresponding positions;
The anti-reverse-adhesion hot melt adhesive layer is arranged between the upper film and the lower film and is positioned at the position of the upper film viscosity reducing area and the lower film viscosity reducing area; the seal of the film bag is combined by hot melting, the upper film hot melting area and the lower film hot melting area are bonded together, the upper film viscosity-reducing area and the lower film viscosity-reducing area are bonded together through an anti-falling viscosity hot melting adhesive layer, high heat and internal pressure are generated after the food package is heated, the anti-falling viscosity hot melting adhesive layer is softened by the high heat and loses viscosity, the upper film viscosity-reducing area is separated from the lower film viscosity-reducing area by the internal pressure, and the pressure is smoothly discharged.

The food package with heating automatic ventilation as claimed in claim 6, wherein the material of the heat-seal material layer of the upper film and the lower film is LLDPE or CPP, the material of the outer layer is nylon or PET, and the material of the anti-reverse-tack hot-melt adhesive layer is TOYO-MORTON, LTD model AD-1790-15 hot-lacquer type heat-seal agent.
8. The package for food products with heated self-venting as claimed in claim 7, wherein a middle layer of nylon material is provided between the heat-sealable material layer and the outer layer.

The food package with heated self-venting function as claimed in claim 6, wherein the material of the heat-seal material layers of the upper and lower films is CPP, the material of the outer layer is OPP, and the material of the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer is TOYO-MORTON, LTD model AD-1790-15 hot lacquer type heat-seal agent.
10. The food package with heating automatic exhaust according to claim 6, wherein the material of the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer is coating EVA resin.
11. The food package with heating automatic air discharging function according to claim 6, wherein the anti-fall-off hot melt adhesive layer has a transverse length of 6mm to 15mm and a thickness of 0.35mm to 0.65 mm.

A film for food packaging having a function of heating and automatically exhausting air, characterized in that: the film is used for being thermally sealed on a food package, the film comprises a heat-sealing material layer and an outer layer, a film hot melting area is preset on the film, a film viscosity reducing area is preset on the film hot melting area, and an anti-falling-viscosity hot melt adhesive layer is covered on the film viscosity reducing area.

The film for food packaging with heated self-venting according to claim 12, wherein the material of the heat-seal material layer is LLDPE or CPP, the material of the outer layer is nylon or PET, and the material of the anti-tack hot-melt adhesive layer is a TOYO-moton, LTD type AD-1790-15 hot lacquer type heat-seal.
14. The film for food packaging with heating automatic ventilation as claimed in claim 13, wherein a middle layer made of nylon material is provided between the heat-seal material layer and the outer layer.

The film for food packaging with heated self-venting according to claim 12, wherein the material of the heat-seal material layer is CPP, the material of the outer layer is OPP, and the material of the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer is a thermal lacquer type heat-seal of TOYO-moton, LTD model AD-1790-15.
16. The film for food packaging with heating automatic ventilation according to claim 12, wherein the material of the anti-tack hot melt adhesive layer is EVA resin for coating.
