the controller is communicated with the speed-adjusting turning handle, the brake, the three-speed, the multifunctional handle, the front steering lamp, the loudspeaker, the instrument, the long and short headlights, the rear steering lamp, the tail lamp and the brake lamp through signal lines, and the signal lines simultaneously provide power and communication signals for the speed-adjusting turning handle, the brake, the three-speed, the multifunctional handle, the front steering lamp, the loudspeaker, the instrument, the rear steering lamp, the tail lamp and the brake lamp and provide standby power and communication signals for the long and short headlights.
The controller is connected with the battery, and outputs power to a speed-adjusting rotating handle, a brake, a three-speed multifunctional handle, a front steering lamp, a loudspeaker, an instrument, a high-low headlight, a rear steering lamp, a tail lamp, a brake lamp, a motor and anti-theft equipment through a built-in DC/DC converter of the controller;

The external fault detector is internally provided with a digital code matching chip or a power carrier transmission chip, and after any point of a speed-regulating rotating handle, a brake handle, a three-speed multifunctional handle, a front steering lamp, a loudspeaker, an instrument, a high-low headlight, a rear steering lamp, a tail lamp and a brake lamp is connected, the fault information of the electric vehicle can be detected by using the digital code matching chip transmission technology or the power carrier transmission technology and displayed by the external fault detector.
As shown in fig. 1, the three electric wires include a power negative line as a power ground, a power positive line, and a signal line; the electric vehicle control system comprises a controller, a battery and other equipment.
The power supply negative line is connected with all the devices, and the power supply negative line is drawn in parallel with other devices for facilitating understanding in the figure and is not indicated by a connecting line so as to prevent misunderstanding caused by too many lines.
The controller is internally provided with a DC/DC converter, one end of a power supply positive wire is connected with the controller, the other end of the power supply positive wire is connected with the high-beam and low-beam headlights, and the DC/DC converter is internally arranged in the controller and outputs the power supply positive wire to the high-beam and low-beam headlights.
The three wires are all 6V/12V wires.
The controller is communicated with the speed-adjusting turning handle, the brake, the three-speed, the multifunctional handle, the front steering lamp, the loudspeaker, the instrument, the long and short headlights, the rear steering lamp, the tail lamp and the brake lamp through signal lines, and the signal lines simultaneously provide power and communication signals for the speed-adjusting turning handle, the brake, the three-speed, the multifunctional handle, the front steering lamp, the loudspeaker, the instrument, the rear steering lamp, the tail lamp and the brake lamp and provide standby power and communication signals for the long and short headlights.
The controller is connected with the battery, and outputs power to a speed-adjusting rotating handle, a brake, a three-speed multifunctional handle, a front steering lamp, a loudspeaker, an instrument, a high-low headlight, a rear steering lamp, a tail lamp, a brake lamp, a motor and anti-theft equipment through a built-in DC/DC converter of the controller;

The whole electric vehicle control system adopts the power line carrier technology, carries the power line carrier technology in the form of three lines, simplifies wiring in the electric vehicle assembly process, and reduces the waste of human resources caused by the complicated wiring of the traditional electric vehicle.
