The second heating component adopts a second electric heating belt, and the installation mode of the second electric heating belt is the same as that of the first electric heating belt. The second electric heating belt is mainly used for heating water in the drainage tube 135 and the branch tube 136, and the hot water can be used for better removing mosquito and dead bodies on the windshield and can also be used for rapidly removing substances such as frost, snow and the like on the surface of the windshield.
Further, in the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of each branch pipe 136 is a pentagram (not shown), but in other embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of each branch pipe 136 may be other shapes, such as a diamond shape, a rectangle shape, or other irregular raised shapes. Through the irregular arrangement of branch pipe 136 water jet, increased the area of contact of second electric heat tape with branch pipe 136 for the heating effect is better.
In this embodiment, there are 4 nozzles 134 at intervals, each nozzle 134 has 9 branch pipes 136, and each branch pipe 1363 can spray water, but in other embodiments, there may be other numbers of nozzles 134 and branch pipes 136, such as 2, 5, 6, etc. The arrangement of the spray head 134 and the branch pipe 136 avoids the situation that the water sprayed out can not be sprayed at the required position due to the displacement of the water spray nozzle because of long service time, so that the water spraying effect is more ideal, and the dirt on the surface of the windshield can be cleaned more easily.
As shown in fig. 3, the connection member 150 is provided with a first flow guide passage (not shown), the brush body 130 is provided with a second flow guide passage 138, the second flow guide passage 138 is communicated with the first flow guide passage, and the second flow guide passage 138 is communicated with the nozzle 134 through the draft tube 135. When the user uses the windshield wiper, water flows from the first guide passage on the connecting member 150 to the second guide passage 138, then passes through the drainage tube 135 and finally reaches the branch tube 136, and is sprayed on the surface of the windshield under the action of pressure. Further, in order to accelerate the heating speed of the water in the first diversion channel and the second diversion channel 138, the first diversion channel and the second diversion channel 138 are both provided with heating components, and the heating components may be electric heating tapes or electric heating wires.
Protective covers 139 are respectively disposed at both ends of the brush body 130. The protective cover 139 is provided to protect the edge of the wiper 100, thereby improving the user experience. The protective cap 139 is made of plastic, but in other embodiments, the protective cap may be made of other materials, such as rubber, metal, wood, etc.
