Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention is not limited to this embodiment. The constituent elements of the following embodiments include elements that can be easily replaced or substantially identical by those skilled in the art.
In fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 11, and 13 described below, the mounting surface on which the mounting target member is mounted is shown by a two-dot chain line, and in the other figures, the mounting surface itself is not shown. In the following description, in the positional relationship between the mounting target member and the support member, the 3 directions intersecting each other are referred to as "1 st direction X", "2 nd direction Y", and "3 rd direction Z", respectively. The 1 st and 2 nd directions Y and 3 rd direction Z are typically orthogonal to each other. Unless otherwise specified, each direction used in the following description will be described in a state where the respective parts are assembled with each other.
Embodiment(s)
The mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2 is assembled to a wire harness WH routed in a vehicle or the like, and is a structure for mounting a mounting target member 10 in the wire harness WH on a mounting surface BR. The mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment includes: the mounting object member 10, the jig member 20 as a supporting member, and the attaching/detaching structure 30. In the mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment, the mounting target member 10 and the jig member 20 are detachably assembled via the attaching/detaching structure 30, and the mounting target member 10 is mounted on the mounting surface BR via the support member 20. Here, the protector PR for protecting the wiring material W mounted on the wiring material W of the wire harness WH will be described as the mounting target member 10.
The wire harness WH forms an aggregate by bundling a plurality of wiring materials W used for power supply and signal communication, for example, for connection between devices mounted on a vehicle, and connects the plurality of wiring materials W to the devices using a connector or the like. The wire harness WH of the present embodiment includes: the connector CN is a connection mechanism, the protector PR is a mounting target member 10, the jig member 20, and the attaching/detaching structure 30. The wire harness WH is configured to include various components such as an exterior member such as a bellows and a grommet, an electrical connection box, and a fastener.
The wiring material W is composed of, for example, a metal rod, an electric wire, a wire harness, or the like. The metal rod is formed by covering the outside of a rod-shaped member having conductivity with an insulating coating portion. The electric wire is formed by covering the outer side of a conductor part (core wire) formed by a plurality of metal bare wires with conductivity with a coating part with insulation property. The wire harness is formed by bundling the wires. With the wiring material W of the present embodiment, 1 wiring material W branches into 2 wiring materials W in the protector PR. The connector CN is connected to one end (here, an end branched into 2 sides) of the wiring material W, and constitutes a wiring material-to-device connection device for electrically connecting a device such as an inverter to the wiring material W. The other end of the wiring material W is also connected with various connectors. The wire harness WH bundles and gathers the wiring materials W, and is electrically connected to various devices via a connector CN or the like provided at the end of the bundled wiring materials W.
The protector PR, the jig member 20, and the attachment/detachment structure 30 constitute the attachment structure 1 for attaching the protector PR, which is the attachment target member 10, to the attachment surface BR as described above. Here, the mounting surface BR of the present embodiment is constituted by a bracket assembled to a device such as an inverter, for example. The bracket constituting the mounting surface BR is a structural body for supporting the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, to the device in a state where the wiring material W has been wired along the outer surface of the device. Here, the mounting surface BR has a locking hole BRa formed in a substantially circular shape.
In the mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 3, and 4, the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, and the clamp member 20 are formed separately. The mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment is configured such that the insertion direction L1 in which the clip member 20 is inserted into the locking hole Bra of the mounting surface BR intersects with the attachment/detachment direction L2 of the protector PR with respect to the clip member 20, thereby ensuring proper assembly. With this structure, the mounting structure 1 can be configured to mount the protector PR to the clip member 20 in the mounting/dismounting direction L2 as shown in fig. 4, for example, after the clip member 20 is mounted to the mounting surface BR in the insertion direction L1 as shown in fig. 3. As a result, the mounting structure 1 can ensure proper assemblability even when, for example, the space for handling the components is not sufficiently secured in the vicinity of the mounting surface BR during the assembly work, and the mounting direction is restricted. The structure of the mounting structure 1 will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, the protector PR is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole by using a resin material having insulation properties. The wiring material W is inserted and wired inside the cylindrical shape of the protector PR. The protector PR is inserted from one end portion to the other end portion of the wiring material W, protects the wiring material W, and restricts a wiring path of the wiring material W. The protector PR of the present embodiment is formed in a substantially L-shape by bending as a whole, and limits the wiring path of the wiring material W to a substantially L-shape. The protector PR constitutes the mounting target member 10 as a mounting target for the mounting surface BR as described above.
The protector PR of the present embodiment includes: a base PR1, a cover PR2 and a plurality of locking mechanisms PR3. The susceptor PR1 and the cover PR2 are formed separately. The base PR1 and the cover PR2 are formed in a substantially launder shape, and are assembled to face each other to form a wiring space portion PR4 inside. The wiring space PR4 is a space through which the wiring material W is inserted and through which both ends are opened. Each locking mechanism PR3 locks the base PR1 and the cover PR2 by mutually locking a locking receiving portion provided on the base PR1 side and a locking piece provided on the cover PR2 side. The protector PR is formed in a cylindrical shape bent into a substantially L-shape as a whole as described above by assembling the base PR1 and the cover PR2 to each other by a plurality of locking mechanisms PR3. Here, the protector PR is assembled with the base PR1 and the cover PR2 in a positional relationship in which the base PR1 is located inside the bend and the cover PR2 is located outside the bend and the base PR1 and the cover PR2 are substantially L-shaped extending in the 2 nd direction Y and the 3 rd direction Z. The portion of the susceptor PR1 extending in the 2 nd direction Y constitutes a 1 st portion PR1A and the portion extending in the 3 rd direction Z constitutes a 2 nd portion PR1B. Similarly, the portion of the cover PR2 extending in the 2 nd direction Y constitutes a 1 st portion PR2A, and the portion extending in the 3 rd direction Z constitutes a 2 nd portion PR2B. In a wiring space portion PR4 of the protector PR formed by the base PR1 and the cover PR2, the wiring material W is inserted from one opening to the other opening.

The shaft portion 12B is formed protruding in the 2 nd direction Y from a surface (a surface inside the bend) on one side in the 2 nd direction Y at the 2 nd portion PR1B of the base PR 1. Here, the shaft portion 12b is formed in a columnar shape having a slit provided in a part thereof. A pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a are connected to the distal end portion of the shaft portion 12b. The pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a extend in an arm-like manner from the tip end portion of the shaft portion 12b toward the outer surface side of the base PR1 while being bent. The pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a are located at positions facing each other in the 3 rd direction Z with the shaft portion 12b interposed therebetween. The 2 nd clamp portion 12 is formed as a pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a having flexibility, and the 2 nd locking claw portions 12a can be inserted into fitting hole portions 22d described later while being bent. The base end portions of the pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a are connected to the tip end portion of the shaft portion 12b, while locking stepped portions 12c are formed at the tip end portion on the outer surface side of the base PR 1. Each locking step 12c is a portion that is locked to an edge of a fitting hole 22d of the jig member 20, which will be described later.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fitting rib 13 is provided between the 1 st clamp portion 11 and the 2 nd clamp portion 12, and extends so as to be curved in the 1 st direction X and the 2 nd direction Y. The fitting rib 13 is provided on a surface (a surface on the curved side) of the 1 st clamp portion 11 on the 1 st direction X side and a surface (a surface on the curved inner side) of the 2 nd clamp portion 12 on the 2 nd direction Y side of the base PR1 at the 2 nd portion PR1B in a curved manner. The fitting rib 13 is formed in a fan shape having a slit at a part thereof.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6, the protector PR, which is the attachment target member 10 of the present embodiment, further includes auxiliary ribs 14 and 15. The auxiliary ribs 14 and 15 are formed in a wall shape on the outer surface of the 2 nd portion PR1B of the pedestal PR 1. The auxiliary rib 14 and the auxiliary rib 15 are located at positions facing each other with a gap therebetween with respect to the 3 rd direction Z, the 1 st clamp portion 11, the 2 nd clamp portion 12, and the fitting rib 13. The auxiliary rib 14 is formed along the 1 st direction X and the 2 nd direction Y across a surface (curved side surface) on the 1 st direction X side of the 1 st clamp portion 11 and a surface (curved inner surface) on the 2 nd direction Y side of the 2 nd clamp portion 12. The auxiliary rib 15 is formed along the 1 st direction X on a surface (a surface on the bending side) on the 1 st direction X side where the 1 st clamp portion 11 is provided. In a state where the protector PR is held by the clamp member 20, the auxiliary rib 14 and the auxiliary rib 15 are located adjacent to both sides of the clamp member 20 with respect to the 3 rd direction Z, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the jig member 20 is formed separately from the protector PR, which is the attachment target member 10, and is a member for supporting the protector PR on the attachment surface BR. The clamp member 20 has a locking portion 21 and a holding portion 22, which are integrally formed.
The locking portion 21 is a portion that is inserted into and locked to a locking hole bri formed in the mounting surface BR along the insertion direction L1 (see fig. 3). Here, the insertion direction L1 of the locking portion 21 with respect to the locking hole bri is a direction along the axial direction of the locking hole bri formed in the mounting surface BR.
Specifically, the locking portion 21 has a plate-like portion 23 and a clamp portion 24, which are integrally formed. The plate-like portion 23 is a portion formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape. The clip portion 24 is a portion that is actually inserted into and locked in the locking hole BRa. The clamp portion 24 includes a locking claw portion 24a formed as an arm, and is provided so as to protrude in a vertical direction with respect to the plate-like portion 23. When the fitting hole 22d described later is not formed, the side wall 22c is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape extending in the 1 st and 3 rd directions X and Z as a whole. The pair of side wall portions 22B and 22c are portions sandwiching a portion of the attachment target member 10, here, the 2 nd portion PR1B, PR B of the protector PR, along the 2 nd direction Y (see fig. 13).
The base 22a and the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c are formed in a substantially "コ" shape (see also fig. 11 and 13) with one side in the 1 st direction X and both sides in the 3 rd direction Z open. The base 22a and the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c are reinforced by a pair of reinforcing ribs 22h and 22i in a substantially コ -shaped state. The pair of reinforcing ribs 22h, 22i are formed in a substantially "コ" shape along the respective ends of the base portion 22a and the pair of side wall portions 22b, 22c in the 3 rd direction Z. The reinforcing ribs 22h and 22i extend to the end surface of the plate-like portion 23 of the locking portion 21, and finally continue so as to surround the end surface of the plate-like portion 23. Based on this, the base 22a, the pair of side wall portions 22b, 22c, and the plate-like portion 23 are coupled by the reinforcing ribs 22h, 22 i. The base 22a and the plate-like portion 23 are connected in such a positional relationship that the plate-like portion 23 is located on the opposite side of the base 22a from the side wall portions 22b, 22c with respect to the 1 st direction X and the plate-like portion 23 is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the 1 st direction X and the 2 nd direction Y.
The fitting hole 22d is a through hole provided in one of the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c, and extends across the side wall portion 22b and the base portion 22 a. The fitting hole 22d extends in the 1 st and 2 nd directions X and Y, and is formed in a shape in which the fitting rib 13 of the protector PR can be fitted. The portion of the fitting hole 22d formed in the base 22a constitutes the 1 st portion 22da, and the portion formed in the side wall 22b constitutes the 2 nd portion 22db. The fitting hole 22d penetrates the base 22a in the 1 st direction X at the 1 st portion 22da and extends in the 2 nd direction Y. The fitting hole 22d penetrates the side wall 22b in the 2 nd direction Y at the 2 nd portion 22db, and extends in the 1 st direction X. The fitting hole 22d is a portion that restricts relative movement of the fitting rib 13 in the 3 rd direction Z in a state where the fitting rib 13 of the protector PR is fitted (see also fig. 6).
The 1 st engagement notch 22e is provided in the base 22a, and is a portion where the 1 st clamp 11 of the protector PR is engaged. The 1 st locking notch 22e is formed in the edge ribs 22j, 22k erected along the edge of the fitting hole 22 d. Here, the edge ribs 22j, 22k are formed to extend along the edge of the fitting hole 22d on the side wall 22b and the base 22 a. The edge rib 22j is formed along the edge of the fitting hole 22d on the 3 rd direction Z side (the reinforcing rib 22h side). The edge rib 22k is formed along the edge of the other side (reinforcing rib 22i side) of the fitting hole 22d in the 3 rd direction Z. The 1 st locking notch 22e is a notch formed in a concave shape in a portion located at the base 22a in each of the edge ribs 22j and 22k. In other words, the 1 st locking notch 22e is formed in the edge portion of the 1 st portion 22da of the fitting hole 22d in each of the edge portion ribs 22j and 22k. A pair of 1 st locking notch portions 22e provided in the edge rib portions 22j, 22k are located at positions facing each other along the 3 rd direction Z. The 1 st locking notch 22e locks the locking step 11c of the 1 st locking claw 11a along the 1 st direction X in a state where the fitting rib 13 of the protector PR is fitted in the fitting hole 22d, and serves as a portion that restricts the relative movement of the 1 st clamp 11 along the 1 st direction X (see also fig. 7).
The 2 nd locking notch 22f is provided in one of the pair of side wall portions 22b, 22c, here, the side wall portion 22b, and is a portion for locking the 2 nd clamp portion 12 of the protector PR. The 2 nd locking notch 22f is formed in the edge ribs 22j, 22k erected along the edge of the fitting hole 22d, similarly to the 1 st locking notch 22 e. The 2 nd locking notch 22f is a notch formed in a concave shape in a portion located in the side wall 22b in each of the edge ribs 22j and 22k. In other words, the 2 nd locking notch 22f is formed in the edge portion of the 2 nd portion 22db of the fitting hole 22d in each of the edge portion ribs 22j and 22k. A pair of 2 nd locking notch portions 22f provided in the edge rib portions 22j, 22k are located at positions facing each other along the 3 rd direction Z. The 2 nd locking notch 22f locks the locking step 12c of the 2 nd locking claw 12a along the 2 nd direction Y in a state where the fitting rib 13 of the protector PR is fitted into the fitting hole 22d, and serves as a portion that restricts the relative movement of the 2 nd clamp 12 along the 2 nd direction Y (see also fig. 8).
The introduction opening 22g is provided in one of the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c, and the side wall portion 22b communicates with the fitting hole portion 22 d. The introduction opening 22g is formed in the side wall 22b by opening the 2 nd portion 22db of the fitting hole 22d toward the opposite side of the base 22a side along the 1 st direction X. Here, the introduction opening 22g is formed as a space surrounded in three directions by guide wall portions 22l, 22m and a beam portion 22n that are connected to the reinforcing ribs 22h, 22 i. The guide wall portions 22l, 22m are provided at the end portions of the reinforcing rib portions 22h, 22i on the 1 st direction X side of the portion of the side wall portion 22 b. The guide wall 22l and the guide wall 22m are each formed in a plate shape and located at positions facing each other along the 3 rd direction Z. The guide wall 22l is provided in the reinforcing rib 22h, and an end of the base 22a side in the 1 st direction X is connected to an end of the edge rib 22 j. The guide wall 22m is provided on the reinforcing rib 22i, and an end portion on the base 22a side in the 1 st direction X is connected to the edge rib 22k. The guide wall 22l and the guide wall 22m are formed so as to be inclined so as to approach each other as going toward the base 22a side in the 1 st direction X and so as to gradually narrow the interval along the 3 rd direction Z. The beam portion 22n is a beam-like portion connecting the reinforcing rib 22h and the reinforcing rib 22i to each other at an end portion located on the 1 st direction X side of the portion of the side wall portion 22 b. The beam 22n extends in the 3 rd direction Z, and connects the end of the reinforcing rib 22h and the end of the reinforcing rib 22 i. The introduction opening 22g is formed by the guide wall portions 22l, 22m and the beam portion 22n, and is formed in a shape gradually reduced toward the 2 nd portion 22db side of the fitting hole portion 22 d. When the protector PR, which is the attachment target member 10, is assembled to the clip member 20, the introduction opening 22g serves as a portion for introducing the 2 nd clip portion 12 toward the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f along the 1 st direction X (see also fig. 12).
The detachable structure 30 includes the 1 st clip portion 11, the 2 nd clip portion 12, the fitting rib portion 13, the base portion 22a, the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c, the fitting hole portion 22d, the 1 st locking notch portion 22e, the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f, and the introduction opening portion 22g. The attachment/detachment structure 30 is configured to removably assemble the protector PR and the holding portion 22, which are the attachment target members 10, and to restrict relative movement of the protector PR and the holding portion 22 in the 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd directions X, Y, and Z in a state where the protector PR and the holding portion 22 are assembled with each other.
As shown in fig. 3, 11, and the like, the mounting structure 1 configured as described above typically first inserts the clip portion 24 of the clip member 20 into the engagement hole bri of the mounting surface BR in the insertion direction L1, thereby assembling the clip member 20 to the mounting surface BR. In this case, the clip member 20 is fixed to the mounting surface BR by inserting the pair of locking claw portions 24a of the clip portion 24 into the locking hole bri while bending, and finally, the locking step portions 24c of the locking claw portions 24a are locked to the edge portions of the locking hole bri.
As shown in fig. 4, 11, and the like, the mounting structure 1 is configured to assemble the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, to the clip member 20 fixed to the mounting surface BR in the mounting/dismounting direction L2. In this case, the protector PR is assembled to the holding portion 22 of the jig member 20 along the attaching/detaching direction L2 in a substantially circular arc-shaped trajectory around the connector CN in a state where the connector CN of the wire harness WH is connected and fixed to a device such as an inverter, for example. More specifically, the protector PR is assembled to the holding portion 22 in a positional relationship in which the 2 nd portion PR1B, PR B is located between the pair of side wall portions 22B, 22c in the 3 rd direction Z and the fitting rib 13 is fitted into the fitting hole portion 22d of the holding portion 22 of the jig member 20.
At this time, as shown in fig. 12 and the like, the mounting structure 1 can guide the 2 nd clip portion 12 in the 1 st direction X toward the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f side by the guide wall portions 22l, 22m forming the guide opening portion 22g in the clip member 20.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 13, etc., finally, in the mounting structure 1, the fitting rib 13 is fitted into the fitting hole 22d, and the 2 nd portion PR1B, PR B of the protector PR is held by being sandwiched between the pair of side wall portions 22B, 22c of the holding portion 22. In the mounting structure 1, the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20 is located between the auxiliary rib 14 and the auxiliary rib 15 with respect to the 3 rd direction Z in a state where the protector PR is held by the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20. The auxiliary ribs 14, 15 of the protector PR are located adjacent to the outer sides of the reinforcing ribs 22h, 22i of the clamp member 20 with respect to the 3 rd direction Z, respectively.
As shown in fig. 6 and the like, in the mounting structure 1, in a state in which the fitting rib 13 is fitted into the fitting hole 22d, the edge portion of the fitting hole 22d and the edge portion ribs 22j and 22k are brought into contact with the fitting rib 13, so that the relative movement of the fitting rib 13 in the 3 rd direction Z is restricted. Based on this, the mounting structure 1 can restrict the relative movement of the protector PR held by the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20 and the clip member 20 in the 3 rd direction Z.
In the mounting structure 1, as shown in fig. 7 and the like, the 1 st locking claw portion 11a of the 1 st clamp portion 11 is locked to the 1 st locking notch portion 22e with respect to the 1 st direction X in a state where the fitting rib 13 is fitted to the fitting hole portion 22d, thereby restricting the relative movement of the 1 st clamp portion 11 in the 1 st direction X. In this state, the base 22a of the clamp member 20 is located between the tip of the 1 st locking claw portion 11a of the 1 st clamp portion 11 and the outer surface of the base PR1 with respect to the 1 st direction X. Based on this, the mounting structure 1 can restrict the relative movement of the protector PR held by the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20 and the clip member 20 in the 1 st direction X.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and the like, in the mounting structure 1, in a state where the fitting rib 13 has been fitted into the fitting hole portion 22d, the 2 nd locking claw portion 12a of the 2 nd clamp portion 12 is locked in the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f with respect to the 2 nd direction Y, so that the relative movement of the 2 nd clamp portion 12 in the 2 nd direction Y is restricted. In this state, the side wall portion 22b of the clamp member 20 is located between the tip end of the 2 nd locking claw portion 12a of the 2 nd clamp portion 12 and the outer surface of the base PR1 with respect to the 2 nd direction Y. Based on this, the mounting structure 1 can restrict the relative movement of the protector PR held by the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20 and the clip member 20 in the 2 nd direction Y.
The mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the clip member 20 described above can insert and lock the locking portion 21 of the clip member 20 formed separately from the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, into and in the insertion direction L1 with respect to the locking hole bri formed in the mounting surface BR. The mounting structure 1 is capable of mounting the mounting target member 10 to the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20 integrally formed with the locking portion 21 along the mounting/dismounting direction L2 intersecting the insertion direction L1. In this way, the mounting structure 1 can have a relatively high degree of freedom in the assembly trajectory of the mounting target member 10 with respect to the mounting surface BR. With this structure, the mounting structure 1 can appropriately mount the mounting target member 10 on the mounting surface BR even when the mounting trajectory of the mounting target member 10 is limited due to, for example, the mounting condition of the wire harness WH and the mounting target member 10 must be mounted from the side of the mounting surface BR. The same applies to the case where a space for processing each component cannot be secured in the vicinity of the mounting surface BR at the time of assembly work. As a result, the protector PR is the attachment target member 10, and the attachment structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the clip member 20 can ensure proper assembly.
In the mounting structure 1, the clip member 20 is formed separately from the mounting target member 10, and thus, for example, only the clip member 20 is formed of a high-rigidity member, and the clip member 20 supports the mounting target member 10 on the mounting surface BR. Based on this, the mounting structure 1 can realize, for example, suppression of manufacturing cost.
Further, the mounting structure 1 can be used even in a use manner in which the clip member 20 is assembled to the mounting surface BR in a state in which the mounting target member 10 and the clip member 20 have been assembled, for example, depending on the condition of the mounting surface BR. That is, the mounting structure 1 can appropriately use the use form of assembling the clip member 20 to the mounting surface BR in advance and the use form of assembling the clip member 20 to the mounting surface BR together with the mounting target member 10 by forming the clip member 20 separately from the mounting target member 10. As a result, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the jig member 20 can be improved in versatility.
Further, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the clip member 20 described above can restrict the relative movement of the mounting target member 10 and the holding portion 22 in the 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd directions X, Y, and Z by the attaching/detaching structure 30. With this structure, the mounting structure 1 can be reliably fixed to each other with looseness suppressed in a state where the mounting target member 10 and the clamp member 20 formed separately as described above have been assembled to each other. As a result, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the jig member 20 can reliably assemble the mounting target member 10 to the mounting surface BR via the jig member 20.
In more detail, in the above-described mounting structure 1, wire harness WH, and clip member 20, the mounting structure 30 is configured by the 1 st clip portion 11, the 2 nd clip portion 12, and the fitting rib 13 provided in the mounting target member 10, and the base portion 22a, the pair of side wall portions 22b, 22c, the fitting hole portion 22d, the 1 st locking notch portion 22e, and the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f provided in the clip member 20. With this configuration, the mounting structure 1 can ensure the degree of freedom of the assembly trajectory of the mounting target member 10 in the mounting/dismounting structure 30, and can restrict the relative movement of the mounting target member 10 and the jig member 20 and fix the mounting target member 10 and the jig member 20 reliably in the assembled state. As a result, the protector PR, which is the attachment target member 10, can ensure more appropriate assemblability of the attachment structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the clip member 20.
Further, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the jig member 20 described above are configured to include the introduction opening 22g, and the introduction opening 22g provides the attaching/detaching structure 30 to the jig member 20. With this configuration, the mounting structure 1 can guide the 2 nd clip portion 12 toward the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f by the introduction opening portion 22g of the clip member 20 when the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, is assembled to the clip member 20. As a result, the protector PR, which is the attachment target member 10, can ensure more proper assembly of the attachment structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the clip member 20.
The mounting structure, the wire harness, and the support member according to the embodiment of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications may be made within the scope of the claims.
In the above description, the jig member 20 has been described as having the introduction opening 22g, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be configured without the introduction opening 22 g.
In the above description, the protector PR is described as being formed to be bent in a substantially L shape as a whole, and the wiring path of the wiring material W is limited to be substantially L-shaped, but is not limited to this. The protector PR may be formed in a linear shape or may be formed in a curved shape.
In the above description, the mounting target member 10 is described as the protector PR that is mounted on and protects the wiring material W of the wire harness WH, but is not limited to this.
The mounting structure, the wire harness, and the support member according to the present embodiment can be configured by appropriately combining the structural elements of the embodiments and modifications described above.
