Abstract
本发明公开了一种喷码机模块化油墨***,包括了泵阀模块,混合过滤稳压模块,以及多通路连接器;所述泵阀模块上的泵阀全部安装与一个面,泵阀安装基座集成内部通道,将多个管路连接多个安装部件。所述混合过滤稳压模块,将部件安装与一个平面,维护时无需拆解其他部件。混合过滤稳压模块上设有恒压虹吸粘度检测管,其内部集成了节流管。还设有冷凝回收装置,其回收的挥发性溶剂和油墨直接回流到混合箱内。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于喷码机的油墨***,尤其涉及一种模块化油墨***,属于喷码机技术领域。
背景技术
随着技术日新月异的发展,设备的更新速度也随之提高,各种机械设备都向集成化模块化,维护简便,绿色节能的方向发展。
传统的喷码机内部,通过多根连接管路,连接各种功能组件,包括油墨桶,稳压缓冲器,过滤器等,以及在管路上串接各种泵阀等。在狭小的喷码机箱体中通过管路连接固定各种组件非常繁琐,且每根管路的两端接头处都要特别留意安装固定的牢固程度,避免连接处发生油墨泄露外溢,污染机箱,或者造成油墨压力波动。在对传统的喷码机进行维护时,也需要谨慎操作,防止触碰到其他部件,造成连接松动。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案旨在提供一种喷码机模块化油墨***,旨在提高喷码机运行的稳定性,以及提高装配及维护的简便性,减少工人的劳动强度。
这种喷码机模块化油墨***,包括泵阀模块和混合过滤稳压模块,所述的泵阀模块包括设置有内流道的泵阀基座,所述泵阀基座上设置多头连接器,所述多头连接器一端与泵阀基座内流道连通,另一端与外部连接管路连通;所述混合过滤稳压模块包括设置有内流道的混合过滤稳压基座,所述混合过滤稳压基座上设置有多头连接器,所述多头连接器一端与混合过滤稳压模块内流道连通,另一端通过外部连接管路与泵阀基座上多头连接器连通。
所述泵阀基座上还设有压力泵,真空回收泵,清洗泵,电磁阀,上述泵、阀均与泵阀基座内流道连通。
所述泵阀基座上还设置有压力传感器用来检测和控制油墨***的压力。
所述混合过滤稳压模块,包括油墨箱主体,设置在油墨箱主体上开口处的集成式多过滤器组合,混合过滤稳压基座,构成油墨箱主体上开口处的盖体。
所述混合过滤稳压基座上设置有恒压虹吸粘度检测装置、冷凝器、压力缓冲腔。
所述恒压虹吸粘度检测装置包括恒压槽和虹吸粘度检测器,所述恒压槽设置在混合过滤稳压基座上端面位于油墨箱主体外部,所述虹吸粘度检测器设置在混合过滤稳压基座下端面位于油墨箱内腔。
本模块化油墨***,其优点在于将杂乱的管路,通过集成化模块化设计,在完全实现现有喷码机油墨***功能的基础上,实现了外观干净清爽,模具化生产方便的目标。减少生产成本同时提高了产品一致性。

具体实施方式
下面我们结合附图和具体的实例来对这种喷码机模块化***进一步的详细说明。
这种喷码机模块化油墨***,包括泵阀模块和混合过滤稳压模块,所述的泵阀模块包括设置有内流道的泵阀基座1,所述泵阀基座1上设置多头连接器7,所述多头连接器7一端与泵阀基座1内流道连通,另一端与外部连接管路连通;所述混合过滤稳压模块包括设置有内流道的混合过滤稳压基座14,所述混合过滤稳压基座14上设置有多头连接器11,所述多头连接器11一端与混合过滤稳压基座14内流道连通,另一端通过外部连接管路与泵阀基座1上多头连接器7连通。
所述泵阀基座1上还设有压力泵2,真空回收泵3,清洗泵4,电磁阀 5,上述泵、阀均与泵阀基座1内流道连通。
所述泵阀基座1上还设置有压力传感器6用来检测和控制油墨***的压力。
所述混合过滤稳压模块,包括油墨箱12主体,设置在油墨箱12主体上开口处的集成式多过滤器组合,混合过滤稳压基座14,构成油墨箱主体上开口处的盖体。
所述混合过滤稳压基座14上设置有恒压虹吸粘度检测装置、冷凝器9、压力缓冲腔13。
所述恒压虹吸粘度检测装置包括恒压槽17和虹吸粘度检测器16,所述恒压槽17设置在混合过滤稳压基座14上端面位于油墨箱12主体外部,所述虹吸粘度检测器16设置在混合过滤稳压基座14下端面位于油墨箱12 内腔。
在油墨处理作业过程中,首先由压力泵2提供油墨***压力,经多头连接器7到混合过滤稳压模块经过滤稳压后,返送回压力传感器6处,检测反馈油墨压力来调节油墨***压力,保证其运行于最有利于高质量喷印的压力状态。
然后,通过基板中的内流道将将运行于油墨***中的油墨分流部分到恒压虹吸粘度检测装置中检测油墨粘度,根据***设定要求自动控制电磁阀,由真空泵3通过连接器向油墨箱中添加适量油墨或溶剂,以达到有利于高质量喷印的油墨浓度。而设置在混合过滤稳压基座的排气口上的冷凝器,利用温差冷凝原理,将油墨桶中挥发的油墨和溶剂直接冷凝回收至油墨桶中,使得油墨粘度变化变得缓慢稳定,同时使得排出气体更为清洁,也节省了溶剂使用量。
在开机或关机时启动清洗泵4,并通过清洗阀的控制,清洗喷码机喷嘴,大量减少开机时因喷嘴堵塞的故障发生。使得喷码机运行更稳定。
由于在基座中采用内流道设计,将各种泵、阀等组件集成在具有内流道设计的基座上,各自与内流道连通,并通过基座上设置的多头连接器来连接各种泵、阀和工作组件,极大程度上节省了各组件之间的连接管路,实现了油墨***的模块化。使得本油墨***的安装维护更加简洁。

1.一种喷码机模块化油墨***,包括泵阀模块和混合过滤稳压模块,所述的泵阀模块包括设置有内流道的泵阀基座,所述泵阀基座上设置多头连接器,所述多头连接器一端与泵阀基座内流道连通,另一端与外部连接管路连通;所述混合过滤稳压模块包括设置有内流道的混合过滤稳压基座,所述混合过滤稳压基座上设置有多头连接器,所述多头连接器一端与混合过滤稳压模块内流道连通,另一端通过外部连接管路与泵阀基座上多头连接器连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种喷码机模块化油墨***,其特征在于:所述泵阀基座上还设有压力泵,真空回收泵,清洗泵,电磁阀,上述泵、阀均与泵阀基座内流道连通。
3.如权利要求1或2任一所述的一种喷码机模块化油墨***,其特征在于:所述泵阀基座上还设置有压力传感器用来检测和控制油墨***的压力。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种喷码机模块化油墨***,其特征在于:所述混合过滤稳压模块,包括油墨箱主体,设置在油墨箱主体上开口处的集成式多过滤器组合,混合过滤稳压基座,构成油墨箱主体上开口处的盖体。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种喷码机模块化油墨***,其特征在于:所述混合过滤稳压基座上设置有恒压虹吸粘度检测装置、冷凝器、压力缓冲腔。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种喷码机模块化油墨***,其特征在于:所述恒压虹吸粘度检测装置包括恒压槽和虹吸粘度检测器,所述恒压槽设置在混合过滤稳压基座上端面位于油墨箱主体外部,所述虹吸粘度检测器设置在混合过滤稳压基座下端面位于油墨箱内腔。
