The cooling and exhausting mechanism 10 comprises an exhaust pipe 36, a purifier 37 and a first exhaust fan 38, wherein both ends of the exhaust pipe 36 are respectively connected with the co-extrusion die 9 and the purifier 37, the purifier 37 is fixed on the lower side of a mounting plate 39, and the first exhaust fan 38 is fixed on the upper side of the mounting plate 39. When the cooling exhaust mechanism 10 works, the first exhaust fan 38 is used for exhausting air, so that smoke generated when the rainbow film is cooled and solidified enters the purifier 37 along the exhaust pipe 36 and is fully absorbed by the purifier 37, the purpose of reducing the emission of polluted gas is achieved, and the cooling of the co-extrusion die can be accelerated.
The cooling setting device 2 of this embodiment is located extrusion device 1's left side, and the inside of cooling setting device 2 is equipped with two chill roll 13 and two last axles 14, and chill roll 13 is connected with cooling circulation pipeline 40, utilizes cooling circulation pipeline 40 to carry out circulating water cooling to chill roll 13, can realize chill roll 13's rapid cooling, and then the cooling of iris diaphragm is stereotyped with higher speed, and last axle 14 is used for compressing tightly the iris diaphragm on chill roll 13, promotes the heat transfer of the two.
