Abstract
A slicing machine for producing cakes comprises a frame body, a hopper, an extrusion conveying assembly and a cutting assembly, wherein the hopper is arranged on the frame body and used for mixing materials; a feeding roller is arranged in the hopper and is positioned above the discharge hole of the hopper; the extrusion feeding assembly comprises a conveying belt, a plurality of upper compression rollers arranged on the conveying belt and a material conveying driving roller for driving the conveying belt to transmit; the cutting assembly comprises a traction conveyor belt, a cutting table arranged at the head end of the traction conveyor belt, a transverse cutter arranged above the head end of the traction conveyor belt and a servo motor for driving the transverse cutter. The cake food cutting machine has the advantages that automatic cutting of cake food is achieved through the matching of the cutting assembly and the extrusion conveying assembly, and the purposes of achieving cutting automation, reducing the working strength of workers, improving production efficiency and guaranteeing cutting quality are achieved.

According to the cake food cutting device, the cake food is automatically cut by matching the cutting assembly and the extrusion conveying assembly, so that the purposes of realizing the automation of cutting, reducing the working strength of workers, improving the production efficiency and ensuring the cutting quality are achieved.
Preferably, the device also comprises an auxiliary cutting assembly arranged above the tail end of the traction conveyor belt, wherein the auxiliary cutting assembly comprises a longitudinal cutter and auxiliary press rollers arranged on two sides of the longitudinal cutter; the cutting direction of the longitudinal cutter is perpendicular to that of the transverse cutter, and the knife edge of the longitudinal cutter faces the traction conveyor belt. The cutting quality is further ensured by utilizing the longitudinal cutter on the auxiliary cutting assembly to be matched with the transverse cutter.
Preferably, a transition plate is arranged between the conveying belt and the traction conveying belt, two ends of the upper surface of the transition plate are respectively positioned at the same height with the upper surface of the conveying belt and the upper surface of the traction conveying belt, and the upper surface of the transition plate is flat. The product is prevented from falling off when being conveyed to the traction belt by the conveying belt through the transition plate, and the production quality of food is ensured.
Preferably, lower compression rollers are arranged in the middle of the traction conveyor belt and the middle of the conveyor belt, and the lower compression rollers in the traction conveyor belt are matched with the auxiliary compression rollers on the front side and the rear side of the longitudinal cutter; and a lower pressing roller in the conveying belt is matched with the upper pressing roller. The food in transmission is extruded by the aid of the lower pressing roller, the auxiliary pressing roller and the upper pressing roller, and accordingly the food processing efficiency is improved.
Preferably, a material pressing roller is further arranged above the discharge port of the hopper.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the cake food cutting device, the cake food is automatically cut by matching the cutting assembly and the extrusion conveying assembly, so that the purposes of realizing the automation of cutting, reducing the working strength of workers, improving the production efficiency and ensuring the cutting quality are achieved.

As shown in fig. 1, a slicing machine for producing cakes comprises a frame body 1, a hopper 2 arranged on the frame body and used for mixing materials, an extrusion conveying assembly used for extruding and conveying raw materials, a cutting assembly used for cutting the raw materials and an auxiliary cutting assembly arranged above the tail end of a traction conveying belt;
a feeding roller 21 is arranged in the hopper and is positioned above the discharge hole of the hopper; a material pressing roller 22 is also arranged above the discharge port of the hopper.
The extrusion feeding assembly comprises a conveying belt 31, a plurality of upper press rollers 32 arranged on the conveying belt and a material conveying driving roller 33 for driving the conveying belt to transmit, and the tail end of the conveying belt is positioned below the discharge hole of the hopper;
The cutting assembly comprises a traction conveyor belt 41, a cutting table 42 (a notch matched with the cross cutter is arranged on the cutting table) arranged at the head end of the traction conveyor belt, the cross cutter 43 arranged above the head end of the traction conveyor belt and a servo motor 44 for driving the cross cutter, wherein the servo motor drives the cross cutter to swing within a certain range, and a plane formed by the swing of the cross cutter is vertical to the traction conveyor belt; the tail end of the traction conveyor belt is close to the end part of the conveyor belt, and the traction conveyor belt and the hopper are arranged at two ends of the conveyor belt; a transition plate 6 is arranged between the conveying belt and the traction conveying belt, two ends of the upper surface of the transition plate are respectively positioned at the same height with the upper surface of the conveying belt and the upper surface of the traction conveying belt, and the upper surface of the transition plate is flat; the middle parts of the traction conveyor belt and the conveying belt are provided with lower press rollers 45; and a lower pressing roller in the conveying belt is matched with the upper pressing roller.
The auxiliary cutting assembly comprises a longitudinal cutter 51 and auxiliary press rollers 52 arranged at two sides of the longitudinal cutter; the cutting direction of the longitudinal cutter is vertical to that of the transverse cutter, and the edge of the longitudinal cutter faces the traction conveyor belt; and a lower press roller in the traction conveying belt is matched with auxiliary press rollers on the front side and the rear side of the longitudinal cutter.
The specific use steps of the invention are as follows: as shown in fig. 1, in the actual use process, the raw materials are put into the hopper 2 to be stirred and mixed, and are sent out from the hopper to the conveying belt 31 by the feeding roller 21, meanwhile, the raw materials are extruded for the first time due to the existence of the material pressing roller, the raw materials are continuously embedded and conveyed under the action of the conveying belt 31, and in the conveying process, the block raw materials are extruded for the second time due to the matching of the upper pressing roller 32 and the lower pressing roller in the conveying belt; then the materials enter the traction conveyor belt through the transition plate 6, are continuously conveyed by the traction conveyor belt, and are extruded for the third time under the action of the auxiliary press roll and the lower press roll, so that the compactness of the food is further ensured; then the whole food block is cut into long strips by a longitudinal cutter (1. the longitudinal cutter is long, the cutter point is propped against the surface of the extrusion conveyor belt, and the longitudinal cutter directly cuts the food block along the direction of the extrusion conveyor belt along with the transmission of the extrusion conveyor belt; 2. in order to avoid the cutter point from scratching the extrusion conveyor belt, the transmission extrusion conveyor belt is made of wear-resistant materials, and a little gap is controlled between the cutter point and the extrusion conveyor belt); when the extrusion conveyor belt conveys the long-strip-shaped food blocks to the cutting table, the transverse cutter cuts along the direction of the notch to realize gradual slicing of the food blocks (the cutting direction of the transverse cutter is vertical to that of the longitudinal cutter).
In the whole process, in order to ensure the extrusion quality of the food blocks, the auxiliary roller and the upper compression roller can be provided with the independent lifting air cylinder 7 so as to adjust the height of the auxiliary roller or the upper compression roller, thereby being convenient for meeting the extrusion requirements of different degrees.
In order to improve the quality of food in the process of cutting by the transverse cutter, a front compression roller 46 can be arranged above the head end of the extrusion conveying belt, and the food is extruded by the front compression roller and then cut by the transverse cutter after being cut by the longitudinal cutter (the thickness of the food block is increased to a certain extent due to the extrusion of the longitudinal cutter when the food block is cut by the longitudinal cutter, and the food block can be extruded again by the front compression roller, so that the production quality of the food block is ensured).
Through the mode, the slicing machine suitable for cake production provided by the invention can be used for automatically cutting cake food by matching the cutting assembly and the extrusion conveying assembly, so that the purposes of realizing the automation of cutting, reducing the working strength of workers, improving the production efficiency and ensuring the cutting quality are achieved.

Claims (5)
1. A slicing machine suitable for cake production is characterized by comprising a frame body, a hopper, an extrusion conveying assembly and a cutting assembly, wherein the hopper is arranged on the frame body and used for mixing materials, the extrusion conveying assembly is used for extruding and conveying raw materials, and the cutting assembly is used for cutting the raw materials;
a feeding roller is arranged in the hopper and is positioned above the discharge hole of the hopper;
the extrusion feeding assembly comprises a conveying belt, a plurality of upper compression rollers arranged on the conveying belt and a material conveying driving roller for driving the conveying belt to transmit, and the tail end of the conveying belt is positioned below a discharge hole of the hopper;
the cutting assembly comprises a traction conveyor belt, a cutting table arranged at the head end of the traction conveyor belt, a transverse cutter arranged above the head end of the traction conveyor belt and a servo motor for driving the transverse cutter, wherein the servo motor drives the transverse cutter to swing within a certain range, and a plane formed by the swinging of the transverse cutter is vertical to the traction conveyor belt; the tail end of the traction conveyor belt is close to the end part of the conveyor belt, and the traction conveyor belt and the hopper are arranged at two ends of the conveyor belt.

The slicer for producing confectionery as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an auxiliary cutting assembly disposed above the tail end of the drawing conveyor, wherein the auxiliary cutting assembly comprises a longitudinal cutter, auxiliary rollers disposed at both sides of the longitudinal cutter; the cutting direction of the longitudinal cutter is perpendicular to that of the transverse cutter, and the knife edge of the longitudinal cutter faces the traction conveyor belt.

The slicer for producing confectionery as claimed in claim 1, wherein a transition plate is disposed between the conveyor belt and the drawing conveyor belt, both ends of the upper surface of the transition plate are at the same height as the upper surface of the conveyor belt and the upper surface of the drawing conveyor belt, respectively, and the upper surface of the transition plate is flat.
