The rotatable collecting box 2 is composed of a box body 20, a bottom plate 21, a side plate 22, an operating handle 2220, a rotating part 23 and the like.
During installation, firstly, the equipment layout is determined, the liquid supply box body 10 is fixed, and other structures are positioned by taking the liquid supply box body 10 as a reference. Then the driving pump 4, the liquid level display device 104, the water outlet 105 and the universal caster are sequentially arranged, then the separation box 3 is put in, and finally the two rotatable collecting boxes 2 which are positioned above the supporting table 101 are arranged.
The liquid supply device of the invention has the following specific filtering process:
when the precision numerical control machine tool starts to perform cutting, the cutting fluid system starts to circulate in order to reduce the cutting heat generated when the tool cuts a workpiece.
First filtration: when chips generated during cutting enter the two rotatable collecting boxes 2 through the chip discharge slots, the cutting fluid and a part of the fine chips enter the first storage section 1001 through the first filter holes 210 on the bottom plate 21 of the collecting box 2 and the first filter plate 1011 on the supporting table 101.
And (3) second filtration: the second filter plate 102 filters the chips a second time, and fine chips that the second filter plate 102 cannot filter are prevented from entering the second storage section 1002 and are collected in the separation cassette 3.
And (3) filtering for the third time: the separation box 3 filters the fine chips that cannot be filtered by the second filter plate 102 for the third time, and the finer chips that cannot be filtered by the separation box 3 enter the second storage section 1002 together with the cutting fluid.
The specific cleaning process of the liquid supply device of the invention is as follows:
a. after the swarf in the collecting box 2 is collected to be full, the swarf is poured out along the pouring side plate 221 by pulling the operating handle 2220 to rotate the collecting box 2.
b. Cuttings, which enter the first storage section 1001 from the rotatable collecting bin 2 and cannot enter the separation box 3 through the second filter plate 102, remain in the first storage section 1001, and these cuttings need to be cleaned by periodically disassembling the first filter plate 1011.
c. The cuttings in the separating box 3 can be simply lifted up to pour the cuttings out of the separating box 3.
d. The separating box 3 cannot ensure that no scrap iron enters the second storage section 1002, and the chips entering the second storage section 1002 need to be cleaned by periodically disassembling the cover plate 1012 on the second storage section 1002 of the water pump, but the filtering of the separating box 3 can greatly reduce the amount of the chips entering the second storage section 1002, and meanwhile, the number of times of periodically disassembling the cover plate 1012 for processing can be obviously reduced, and the time interval of periodic processing is prolonged.
The liquid supply device is applied to a machine tool, and particularly the machine tool is a numerical control machine tool, and the liquid supply device is a water tank of the numerical control machine tool. From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
firstly, according to the invention, the rotatable collecting box 2 arranged above the water tank is provided, and the four sides of the bottom plate 21 of the collecting box 2 are provided with the inclined side plates 22, so that a shovel is not required to be used for clearing chips when the chips are cleared, the chips can be effectively collected and cleared, and the chip removal efficiency of the numerical control machine tool in the cutting process is improved.
Second, increase separation box 3 in the second memory segment 1002 that has the water pump in the digit control machine tool water tank, utilize tiny mesh to prevent the smear metal to get into the second memory segment 1002 that has the water pump, the unable filterable tiny smear metal of part second filter 102 can be concentrated together by separation box 3, and in the clearance process, only need to lift separation box 3 and fall the smear metal, just accomplished the cleaing away of cutting, the circulation cleanliness factor of water tank cutting fluid has been promoted, the circulation characteristic of cutting fluid in whole numerical control system has been improved effectively, the ability of water tank filtration smear metal has been strengthened, the collection bits efficiency of digit control machine tool has been improved.

Claims (13)

1. A collection bin, comprising:
a case (20), wherein the case (20) has an accommodating chamber (200) and an opening portion communicated with the accommodating chamber (200); the box body (20) comprises a bottom plate (21) positioned below the accommodating cavity (200), and a plurality of first filtering holes (210) are formed in the bottom plate (21);
wherein the box body (20) is provided with a rotating part (23) which is rotatably connected with a supporting table top (101) so as to pour the substance in the containing cavity (200) by turning over the box body (20).
2. A collecting box according to claim 1, characterised in that the box (20) has a plurality of side plates (22), a plurality of said side plates (22) being arranged along the circumference of the bottom plate (21) and being connected with the bottom plate (21) so as to enclose the housing chamber (200); wherein, a plurality of curb plates (22) are including empting curb plate (221), empty curb plate (221) with the contained angle between bottom plate (21) is the obtuse angle to when box (20) is in empting the position, make the free end of empting curb plate (221) towards the below slope of support mesa (101).
3. A collecting box according to claim 2, characterised in that the angle between each side plate (22) and the bottom plate (21) is obtuse.

A collection box according to claim 2, characterised in that the angle between each side plate (22) and the bottom plate (21) is the same; or the side plates (22) comprise an operation side plate (222), the operation side plate (222) is arranged opposite to the dumping side plate (221), and an operation handle (2220) is arranged on the operation side plate (222) so that the box body (20) can be pulled to rotate through the operation handle (2220).

A collecting box according to claim 2, characterised in that the rotation part (23) is a rotation hole (230) into which a rotation shaft (12) is inserted, the rotation hole (230) being provided at one end of the box body (20) close to the pouring side plate (221); so that the substance in the containing cavity (200) can be poured out along the pouring side plate (221) by rotating the box body (20) around the rotating shaft (12).
6. A collecting box according to claim 2, characterised in that the pouring side plate (221) is provided with a flow guiding groove extending in a direction away from the bottom plate (21) and to the free end of the pouring side plate (221).
7. A liquid supply apparatus, comprising:
a liquid supply tank (10), said liquid supply tank (10) comprising a support deck (101) and a storage chamber (100);
-a collecting bin (2), the collecting bin (2) being a collecting bin according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the collecting bin (2) being rotatably mounted on the supporting table (101) by means of a rotating portion (23) of the collecting bin (2); the accommodating cavity (200) of the collecting box (2) is communicated with the storage cavity (100) so that liquid in the accommodating cavity (200) enters the storage cavity (100) after being filtered by the first filtering holes (210);
a drive pump (4), the drive pump (4) being in communication with the storage chamber (100) to draw liquid from the storage chamber (100).
8. The liquid supply apparatus as claimed in claim 7, further comprising: the two mounting seats (11) are arranged on the supporting table top (101) at intervals and are positioned at two sides of the collecting box (2);
a rotating shaft (12), wherein the rotating shaft (12) is arranged on a rotating part (23) of the collecting box (2) in a penetrating way;
the supporting bearing (13) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (12) and is positioned between the rotating shaft (12) and the box body (20) of the collecting box (2).
9. The liquid supply apparatus of claim 7, wherein the liquid supply tank further comprises:
the separation box (3) is provided with a plurality of second filtering holes (300), the separation box (3) is detachably mounted in the storage cavity (100) to divide the storage cavity (100) into a first storage section (1001) and a second storage section (1002), so that liquid in the storage cavity (100) is filtered through the separation box (3) when flowing from the first storage section (1001) to the second storage section (1002) under the action of the driving pump (4).
10. The liquid supply device according to claim 9, wherein the separation box (3) comprises:
a filter main plate (31), the filter main plate (31) being perpendicular to a flow direction of the fluid in the storage chamber (100);
a collecting plate (32), a collecting groove (30) is enclosed between the collecting plate (32) and the filtering main plate (31), and the collecting groove (30) is positioned at the bottom of the filtering main plate (31);
wherein the second filtering holes (300) are provided on the filtering main plate (31).

The liquid supply device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the collecting plate (32) is an L-shaped structure formed by a first plate body (321) and a second plate body (322), one side wall of the first plate body (321) is connected with the filter main plate (31), the other side wall of the first plate body (321) is connected with the second plate body (322), and the second plate body (322) is arranged opposite to the filter main plate (31); wherein, a third filtering hole (3220) is arranged on the second plate body (322).
12. The liquid supply device according to claim 10, wherein the separation box (3) further comprises:
two filter curb plate (33), two filter curb plate (33) respectively with filter two relative lateral walls of mainboard (31) and be connected, two filter curb plate (33) with the relative both ends of collecting plate (32) are connected.

The liquid supply apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the separation cartridge (3) further comprises a stopper portion (34) and a pulling portion (35) provided on the stopper portion (34), the stopper portion (34) being connected to the separation cartridge (3) to remove the separation cartridge (3) from the storage chamber (100) by operating the pulling portion (35).
