In actual operation, some of the oxidized powder produced during rolling will fall on the bearing housing surface after being washed by cooling water. The steel billet and the drawn wire formed by the friction of the guide plate fall onto the surface of the bearing box together.

Compared with the conventional sealing structure, the fitting dimension between the roll 300 and the bearing housing 200 is not changed, and the space is more fully utilized.
