技术领域
本发明属于仿电镀喷涂技术领域,具体地,涉及一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺。
背景技术
对金属及非金属表面进行镀膜,既可以起到美化外观的作用,而且还能使金属及非金属具备一定的功能,在诸多行业均有应用。仿电镀工艺可以使产品表面产生的效果与通过电镀产生的效果一致,因其操作方便快捷,而且电镀行业的污染较严重,因此仿电镀喷涂工艺的应用越来越广泛,尤其在汽车内饰件上的应用。
汽车内饰件多为ABS塑胶材料制成,为了与车身外观保持一致,需要在表面进行镀膜,要求其表面具有较好的金属光泽,而且金属膜与底材的结合力要牢固,仿电镀喷涂工艺在汽车内饰件的加工上具有广阔的应用前景。现有技术中对于汽车内饰件的表面进行喷涂时,得到的产品表面的金属光泽度不够高,色彩不够鲜明,在实际使用时,对产品外观影响较大,极大地影响了产品的外观美观。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,该种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺操作简便,对汽车内饰件的表面采用仿电镀喷涂工艺,使得到的产品具有较好的金属光泽,而且色彩鲜明,具有银色系的效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将内饰件表面进行抛光、打磨,使其表面光滑;
(2)将步骤(1)所得内饰件表面进行除油脂操作,并清洗干净;
(3)采用喷火枪对步骤(2)所得产品表面进行活化;
(4)在活化后的内饰件表面喷涂一层黑色底漆,膜厚为3-5μm,于65℃下烘烤10-15min至表面烘干;
(5)在喷有黑色底漆的内饰件表面喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,膜厚为5-10μm,于65℃下烘烤5-7min后,继续喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,膜厚为5-10μm,于65℃下烘烤5-7min至表面半干;
(6)在步骤(5)所得的内饰件表面喷涂一层银粉,所述银粉厚度为1-3μm,于65℃下烘烤10-15min,然后自然干燥12小时;
(7)在步骤(6)所得的内饰件表面喷涂清漆进行保护,膜厚为1-3μm,于60-65℃下烘烤10-15min至表面烘干。喷漆前对底材进行活化,可增强底材与漆膜之间的结合力;黑色底漆可使产品表面具备较好的金属感,增强镜面效果;仿电镀铝银浆可使产品表面具有仿银金属光泽,分两次喷涂,可使漆膜结合力较好,漆膜分布较为均匀;银粉可增强产品表面的电镀效果,增强产品表面的金属银色泽,光亮度高,金属感好;清漆可对喷涂的漆膜起到保护作用,而且还能进一步改善产品的外观。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中的喷火枪所喷射温度为70-80℃,活化时间为6s。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中的黑色底漆为黑色聚氨酯漆,所述黑色聚氨酯漆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂10-20份、聚氨酯树脂10-15份、炭黑3-5份、助剂1-5份及丁酮65-80份。聚氨酯漆漆膜强韧,光泽丰满,附着力强,耐磨损。
进一步地,所述步骤(5)中的仿电镀铝银浆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂10-15份、硅烷偶联剂5-10份、改性环氧树脂5-15份、助剂3-5份、填料1-5份、铝粉1-5份及溶剂60-75份。丙烯酸树脂具有较好的保光保色性,耐水性好,耐磨损,与铝粉一起使用可增强铝粉的白度,硅烷偶联剂可增强与底材的结合力,耐候性好,铝粉具有较好的金属色泽,化学稳定性好。
进一步地,所述助剂包括防腐剂、耐磨助剂、分散剂、消泡剂及增稠剂。

实施例1
一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将汽车内饰件表面进行抛光、打磨,使其表面光滑;
(2)将步骤(1)所得汽车内饰件表面进行除油脂操作,并清洗干净;
(3)采用喷火枪对步骤(2)所得产品表面进行活化,喷射温度为70℃,活化时间为6s;
(4)在活化后的汽车内饰件表面喷涂一层黑色底漆,所述黑色底漆为黑色聚氨酯漆,所述黑色聚氨酯漆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂10份、聚氨酯树脂10份、炭黑3份、助剂1份及丁酮65份,膜厚为3μm,于65℃下烘烤10min至表面烘干;
(5)在喷有黑色底漆的内饰件表面喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,所述仿电镀铝银浆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂10份、硅烷偶联剂5份、改性环氧树脂5份、助剂3份、填料1份、铝粉1份及溶剂60份,所述助剂包括防腐剂、耐磨助剂、分散剂、消泡剂及增稠剂,所述铝粉的直径为15μm,所述溶剂为丙酮,膜厚为5μm,于65℃下烘烤5min后,继续喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,膜厚为5μm,于65℃下烘烤5min至表面半干;
(6)在步骤(5)所得的内饰件表面喷涂一层银粉,所述银粉采用闪银粉,所述闪银粉的直径为25μm,所述银粉厚度为1μm,于65℃下烘烤10min,然后自然干燥12小时;
(7)在步骤(6)所得的内饰件表面喷涂清漆进行保护,所述清漆包括如下重量配比的组分:甲基丙烯酸树脂15份及甲苯75份,膜厚为1μm,于50℃下烘烤10min至表面烘干。
实施例2

(5)在喷有黑色底漆的内饰件表面喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,所述仿电镀铝银浆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂15份、硅烷偶联剂10份、改性环氧树脂15份、助剂5份、填料5份、铝粉5份及溶剂75份,所述助剂包括防腐剂、耐磨助剂、分散剂、消泡剂及增稠剂,所述铝粉的直径为35μm,所述溶剂为甲苯,膜厚为10μm,于65℃下烘烤7min后,继续喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,膜厚为10μm,于65℃下烘烤7min至表面半干;
(6)在步骤(5)所得的内饰件表面喷涂一层银粉,所述银粉采用闪银粉,所述闪银粉的直径为35μm,所述银粉厚度为3μm,于65℃下烘烤15min,然后自然干燥12小时;
(7)在步骤(6)所得的内饰件表面喷涂清漆进行保护,所述清漆包括如下重量配比的组分:甲基丙烯酸树脂25份及甲苯85份,膜厚为3μm,于65℃下烘烤15min至表面烘干。

(3)采用喷火枪对步骤(2)所得产品表面进行活化,喷射温度为75℃,活化时间为6s;
(4)在活化后的汽车内饰件表面喷涂一层黑色底漆,所述黑色底漆为黑色聚氨酯漆,所述黑色聚氨酯漆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂15份、聚氨酯树脂13份、炭黑4份、助剂3份及丁酮72份,膜厚为4μm,于65℃下烘烤12min至表面烘干;
(5)在喷有黑色底漆的内饰件表面喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,所述仿电镀铝银浆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂12份、硅烷偶联剂7份、改性环氧树脂10份、助剂4份、填料3份、铝粉3份及溶剂67份,所述助剂包括防腐剂、耐磨助剂、分散剂、消泡剂及增稠剂,所述铝粉的直径为25μm,所述溶剂为丙酮或甲苯,膜厚为7μm,于65℃下烘烤6min后,继续喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,膜厚为7μm,于65℃下烘烤6min至表面半干;
(6)在步骤(5)所得的内饰件表面喷涂一层银粉,所述银粉采用闪银粉,所述闪银粉的直径为30μm,所述银粉厚度为2μm,于65℃下烘烤13min,然后自然干燥12小时;
(7)在步骤(6)所得的内饰件表面喷涂清漆进行保护,所述清漆包括如下重量配比的组分:甲基丙烯酸树脂20份及甲苯80份,膜厚为2μm,于56℃下烘烤13min至表面烘干。
性能测试
为了验证采用本发明所述的仿电镀喷涂工艺对汽车内饰件的加工效果,对实施例1-3所得产品进行漆膜性能测试,测试结果如下表1所示:

由以上结果可知,采用本发明所述的仿电镀喷涂工艺所加工的汽车内饰件表面具有较好的金属质感,与底材结合牢固,耐腐蚀性好,具有较高的耐磨性和硬度,而且该种喷涂工艺操作简单,适宜于工业大规模推广。
以上所述仅是本发明的几个实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将内饰件表面进行抛光、打磨,使其表面光滑;
(2)将步骤(1)所得内饰件表面进行除油脂操作,并清洗干净;
(3)采用喷火枪对步骤(2)所得产品表面进行活化;
(4)在活化后的内饰件表面喷涂一层黑色底漆,膜厚为3-5μm,于65℃下烘烤10-15 min至表面烘干;
(5)在喷有黑色底漆的内饰件表面喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,膜厚为5-10μm,于65℃下烘烤5-7 min后,继续喷涂一层仿电镀铝银浆,膜厚为5-10μm,于65℃下烘烤5-7 min至表面半干;
(6)在步骤(5)所得的内饰件表面喷涂一层银粉,所述银粉厚度为1-3μm,于65℃下烘烤10-15 min,然后自然干燥12小时;
(7)在步骤(6)所得的内饰件表面喷涂清漆进行保护,膜厚为1-3μm,于50-65 ℃下烘烤10-15 min至表面烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的喷火枪所喷射温度为70-80 ℃,活化时间为6 s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的黑色底漆为黑色聚氨酯漆,所述黑色聚氨酯漆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂10-20份、聚氨酯树脂10-15份、炭黑3-5份、助剂1-5份及丁酮65-80份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中的仿电镀铝银浆包括如下重量配比的组分:丙烯酸树脂10-15份、硅烷偶联剂5-10份、改性环氧树脂5-15份、助剂3-5份、填料1-5份、铝粉1-5份及溶剂60-75份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述助剂包括防腐剂、耐磨助剂、分散剂、消泡剂及增稠剂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述铝粉的直径为15-35 μm。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述溶剂为丙酮或甲苯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中的银粉采用闪银粉,所述闪银粉的直径为25-35μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰件加工用仿电镀喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述清漆包括如下重量配比的组分:甲基丙烯酸树脂15-25份及甲苯75-85份。
