The eccentric shaft 18 includes an eccentric section, a concentric section (cylinder) that is coaxial with the pulley 20.
The eccentric shaft is fixed on the eccentric shaft bracket 19 through a bearing.
The jaw crushing device has the working principle that the lump medicine is sent between the jaw fixing plate and the jaw moving plate from the feeding device, and the jaw moving plate 13 moves left and right rapidly under the drive of the eccentric shaft 18 and the connecting rod 17 to crush the lump medicine into small pieces. The power of the eccentric shaft comes from a motor below the workbench and is transmitted to the belt pulley through a belt to drive the eccentric shaft to rotate.
As shown in fig. 4, the double-roll granulation apparatus of the drug pulverization apparatus, which is simply called a double-roll granulation apparatus (also called a double-roll granulation apparatus), includes a headstock 21, a driven roll 22, an automatic adjustment mechanism 23, a driven shaft 24, a gear transmission mechanism 25, a drug receiving cartridge 26, a driving roll 27, a driving shaft 28, a granulation apparatus pulley 29, and a bearing housing.
The automatic adjusting mechanism 23 includes a sliding slot on the spindle head 21 (both ends), a bearing support at the end of the driven shaft 24, and a spring, the bearing support moves back and forth in the sliding slot, the spring is located at the rear side of the bearing support in the sliding slot, generally, the spring supports the bearing support at the front side of the sliding slot, and the driving roller and the driven roller are in a working distance state (i.e., a short distance) at this time. The spring supports the bearing support, so that the bearing support is positioned on the front side of the sliding groove; the driving roller and the driven roller are adjacent;
The main spindle box 21 is a carrier and a support for other parts, the driving roller 27 and the driven roller 22 are arranged on the driving shaft and the driven shaft, and the two shafts (the driving shaft and the driven shaft) are arranged on the main spindle box through bearings. A certain gap is reserved between the driving roller and the driven roller. The automatic adjusting mechanism 23 is positioned at the outer end of the bearing of the fixed driven shaft 24, is an independent bearing support which can move transversely on the main spindle box 21, is supported by a spring in the transverse moving direction, cannot move in normal work and can move transversely only under the action of large thrust; however, once the pushing force disappears, the spring can restore to the original working state under the action of the spring.
Below the middle of the drive and driven rollers is a receiving cartridge 26 that collects the finished pellets.
The gear transmission mechanism 25 is provided to maintain the transmission of power from the drive shaft to the driven shaft when the driven shaft moves. The gear transmission mechanism 25 is at least two gears meshed with each other; generally, 4 gears which are meshed in sequence are adopted, and a transmission gear at the head end and the tail end respectively rotate coaxially with a driving shaft and a driven shaft.
The working principle is that the small blocks of medicine are extruded into granules basically meeting the requirements between the double rollers after entering the double-roller granulating device from the jaw crushing device. Because the pair of rollers are provided with T-shaped grooves or 1-shaped grooves, and the T-shaped grooves or the 1-shaped (rectangular) grooves of the driving roller and the driven roller are in the vertical direction, when the pair of rollers roll, particles with certain sizes are naturally formed by extrusion of the T-shaped grooves of the two rollers. The automatic adjusting mechanism is positioned on the bearing seats at two ends of the driven roller, and when hard objects appear, the driven roller moves outwards under the driving of the driven bearing seats. After the hard object falls, the automatic adjusting mechanism resets under the action of the internal spring. The axial directions of the 1-shaped (rectangular) grooves of the driving roller and the driven roller are mutually vertical; one parallel to the axial direction and one orthogonal to the axial direction.
As shown in fig. 5, the separating device comprises a seat frame 30, a rocker 31, a sieve 32, a connecting rod 31, a separating device eccentric shaft 34 and a separating device belt wheel 35. The rocker 31 is a support connected to the screen and can swing left and right.
The upper ends of the rocking bars 31 are hinged with the seat frame 30, the rocking bars 31 at the two sides are connected with a sieve 32,
the left end of the connecting rod 31 is hinged with the rocker on the right side, and the other end of the connecting rod 31 is hinged with the eccentric section of the eccentric shaft. The concentric section of the eccentric shaft is concentric with the pulley 35.
The working principle is that the particles made by the roller granulating device fall into a sieve of the separating device through the receiving cylinder. The power of the motor is transmitted to the eccentric shaft 34 through the belt pulley 35, the circular motion is converted into the reciprocating motion of the sieve, and the particles in the sieve are separated under the inertia effect. The granules are the required finished product, the residual large medicine blocks of the sieve can be replaced into the medicine charging device again, and the actions are carried out again to form the finished product.
The equipment realizes automatic crushing processing firstly. Through the feeding device, the continuous quantitative feeding process of feeding is realized, namely, the continuous and stable work of the next program is ensured, and the phenomenon that the material is idled and blocked by excessive materials is avoided. Meanwhile, the medicine hopper and the feeding device are both made of copper materials, so that no spark is generated in contact with the medicine blocks, and accidents are avoided. The power of the device adopts a cylinder, so that the safety of the operation of the device is ensured. The whole equipment adopts electrostatic treatment, so that static electricity is released to the outside, and the overall safety is guaranteed.
In the jaw crusher of the next step, the jaw surfaces of the jaw plate and the jaw plate are made of copper material and fixed on steel material. The sliding table is used for driving the jaw plate to do reciprocating movement, and a cast iron slideway is also adopted. These avoid sparking and create safety issues. The device can generate increased biting force to process large medicinal blocks into small medicinal blocks.
In the double-roller granulating device, the double rollers are made of copper materials, the medicine receiving boxes are made of copper materials, and the spindle box is made of casting materials, which are considered to be safe. Meanwhile, by means of the mode of forming the i-shaped grooves in the roller, particles with fixed sizes can be formed, and medicine particles with uniform sizes can be produced. The automatic adjusting mechanism is arranged on the bearing seats at two ends, and once a large hard object exists, the driven shaft can move to one side. When the hard object falls down, the driven shaft drives the driven roller to restore the original position under the action of the spring in the automatic adjusting mechanism. Thus, the roller pair can be protected from being damaged, and meanwhile, the hard medicine blocks are not in danger under the action of high pressure.
In the separating device, the sieve is made of copper materials, which is also considered for production safety.
The whole work flow of the equipment is as follows: 1. firstly, pouring a prepared medicine block into a medicine hopper; closing a door of the explosion-proof room; a pneumatic control valve is operated outside the explosion-proof chamber to control the cylinder to move, and the material pushing rod reciprocates under the action of the cylinder to complete the pushing action of the medicine blocks; the medicine blocks continuously enter the jaw crusher along the discharge hopper. 2. The block medicine blocks are sent between the jaw plate and the movable jaw plate from the feeding device, and the movable jaw plate moves left and right rapidly under the drive of the eccentric shaft and the connecting rod to crush the medicine blocks into small medicine blocks. 3. The small blocks are extruded into granules basically meeting the requirements between the double rollers after entering the double-roller granulating device from the jaw crushing device. 4. The granules produced by the roll granulation device fall through the receiving cylinder and fall into the sieve of the separation device.
The whole device is powered by a motor, and the jaw crusher, the double-roller granulator and the separator are powered by pulleys.
The whole device is placed in the explosion-proof room and is provided with an electrostatic protection device.

Claims (10)

1. An apparatus for automatically comminuting pharmaceutical dosage comprising four parts: a feeding device (1), a jaw crushing device (2), a pair roller granulating device (3) and a separating device (4);
the feeding device (1) is specifically defined as follows: comprises a medicine hopper (8), a material pushing rod (7), a cylinder (6) and a material discharging hopper (10); the medicine hopper (8) stores and charges medicine; the left end of the material pushing rod (7) is connected with the cylinder (6), and the material pushing rod (7) can reciprocate left and right under the driving of the cylinder; the medicine hopper (8) is integrally hopper-shaped and is arranged on the working platform; the left side of the lower end of the medicine hopper (8) is an inclined plane which gradually inclines to the left side from the bottom end to the top; the guide rail opening is a through gap in the left-right direction in the middle of the lower end of the left inclined plane of the medicine hopper; the guide rail opening is communicated with the medicine storage space of the medicine hopper; the right end of the material pushing rod (7) is aligned with the guide rail opening; the rightward movement direction of the material pushing rod (7) is consistent with the through direction of the guide rail opening of the medicine hopper (8); the device also comprises a regulating cylinder (9) and a discharge hopper (10); the discharge hopper (10) is groove-shaped, the bottom surface is obliquely arranged, and the left end part is connected with a discharge hole of the medicine hopper (8); the lower end of the regulating cylinder (9) is connected with a medicine baffle plate to drive the medicine baffle plate to move up and down; the size of the medicine baffle plate can baffle the discharge hole at the front end of the medicine hopper (8);
The jaw crusher (2) is specifically defined as follows: comprises a workbench (11), a jaw-fixed plate (12), a jaw-moving plate (13), a connecting body (14), a sliding table (15), a fixed body (16), a connecting rod (17) and an eccentric shaft (18); the jaw plate (12) is fixed on the workbench (11), the inner side surface of the jaw plate (12) is provided with an inclined surface, the inner side surface of the jaw plate (13) is an inclined surface, the jaw plate (12) and the jaw plate (13) are adjacent, the inclined surfaces of the two are opposite in inclination direction, and the bottoms of the two are close to each other; the sliding table (15) is positioned on the workbench (11), and the sliding table (15) can slide left and right on a track on the workbench (11); the left end of the sliding table (15) is connected with the movable jaw plate (13) through a connecting body (14), the right end of the sliding table is connected with a connecting rod (17) through a fixing body (16), the left end of the connecting rod (17) is connected with the fixing body (16) through a bearing, the right end of the connecting rod (17) is provided with a round hole which is sleeved on an eccentric section of an eccentric shaft (18), the connecting rod (17) and the eccentric shaft (18) are connected through the bearing, the eccentric shaft (18) comprises an eccentric section and a concentric section, and the concentric section rotates around an axis; the inner side surface of the jaw plate is provided with an inclined surface, the inclined surface of the jaw plate is fully distributed with parallel horizontal teeth, and the cross section of the teeth is triangular. the roll-to-roll granulation apparatus (3) is specifically defined as follows: comprises a main shaft box (21), a driven roller (22), an automatic adjusting mechanism (23), a driven shaft (24), a gear transmission mechanism (25), a driving roller (27) and a driving shaft (28); the automatic adjusting mechanism (23) comprises a bearing support and a spring, wherein the bearing support is positioned at the end part of the driven shaft (24) through a sliding groove on the main shaft box (21), and the spring is positioned at the rear end of the bearing support; the bearing support is arranged in the sliding groove, the front-back width of the sliding groove is larger than that of the bearing support, and the bearing support is positioned on the front side of the sliding groove; the driving roller and the driven roller are adjacent; a certain gap is reserved between the driving roller and the driven roller; the bearing support is arranged in the sliding groove in the horizontal direction; the driving roller (27) and the driven roller (22) are arranged on a driving shaft and a driven shaft, and the driving shaft and the driven shaft are arranged on a main shaft box through bearings; a gear transmission mechanism (25) for transmitting power from the drive shaft to the driven shaft; the gear transmission mechanism (25) is at least two gears which are meshed with each other; the surfaces of the driving roller (27) and the driven roller (22) are provided with grooves, and the axial directions of the grooves of the driving roller (27) and the grooves of the driven roller (22) are orthogonal.
The discharge hopper (10) is aligned between the jaw fixing plate (12) and the jaw moving plate (13), and a gap below the jaw fixing plate (12) and the jaw moving plate (13) is aligned between the driven roller (22) and the driving roller (27);
the driven roller (22) and the driving roller (27) are aligned with a separating device through a medicine receiving box, and the separating device is provided with a sieve for separating the medicines.

3. The automatic medicine crushing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the size of the mouth of the guide rail mouth is larger than or equal to the size of the right end section of the pushing rod (7).
4. The apparatus for automatically crushing a medicine according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the jaw plate has a small vertical surface to form a gap with the bottom of the jaw plate.

8. The apparatus for automatically pulverizing pharmaceutical preparations of claim 1, wherein the driving roll (27) and the driven roll (22) are made of copper, and the jaw surfaces, i.e., the inclined surfaces, of the jaw plate and the jaw plate are made of copper.

An apparatus for automatically pulverizing a pharmaceutical agent according to claim 1, wherein the granules prepared by the roller-granulating apparatus fall through the receiving container into the sieve of the separator, and the power of the motor is transmitted to the eccentric shaft of the separator through the pulley 35 of the separator.
10. An apparatus for automatically comminuting a pharmaceutical dosage form according to claim 1 wherein the power for the apparatus is derived from an electric motor.
