A wheelchair bed 1000 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-9.
A wheelchair bed 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the armrest comprises a main body part 100, an armrest adjusting device 200 and an armrest assembly 300, wherein the armrest adjusting device 200 is arranged on the main body part 100, and the position of the armrest assembly 300 relative to the main body part 100 can be adjusted through the armrest adjusting device 200.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the armrest adjusting device 200 includes: the telescopic arm comprises a sleeve 1, a telescopic arm 2 and a positioning piece 3, wherein the sleeve 1 is arranged on a main body part 100, and a telescopic space 11 is defined inside the sleeve 1. The telescopic arm 2 is telescopically arranged in the telescopic space 11 of the sleeve 1. That is, the casing 1 is a tubular structure, and the inside of the casing 1 is a hollow state, that is, the telescopic space 11, so that one end of the telescopic arm 2 can be inserted into the inside of the casing 1 and move inside the casing 1, and the telescopic arm 2 and the casing 1 are matched to form a telescopic structure.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, a plurality of positioning portions 221 are provided on the circumferential surface of the telescopic arm 2 at intervals, and the positioning member 3 is inserted into the sleeve 1 and engaged with the positioning portions 221.
Specifically, a plurality of positioning portions 221 are provided on the circumferential surface of the telescopic arm 2, and the positioning portions 221 may be grooves having a certain length and are provided at intervals on the circumferential surface of the telescopic arm 2. The positioning members 3 may include a plurality of positioning members 3, the positioning members 3 are disposed on the casing 1 and penetrate through the casing 1, so that the positioning members 3 may penetrate through the wall surface of the casing 1 and extend into the telescopic space 11 inside the casing 1, and the positions of the positioning members 3 penetrating through the casing 1 correspond to the positions of the positioning portions 221 on the telescopic arms 2 inside the casing 1.
In other words, the circumference of the telescopic arm 2 is provided with a plurality of positioning parts 221, the casing 1 is provided with a plurality of positioning parts 3, the positioning parts 3 are matched with the positioning parts 221, and the positioning parts 3 are matched with the long groove type positioning parts 221, so that the telescopic arm 2 can be telescopic in the casing 1 without rotating, and the movement amplitude of the telescopic arm 2 in the casing 1 can be limited. The rotation of the telescopic arm 2 is thereby restricted to a certain extent by the engagement of the retainer 3 and the positioning portion 221.

Further, the armrest assembly 300 connected to the telescopic arm 2 can be accommodated in the rear side of the main body 100 by the contraction of the telescopic arm 2, thereby preventing the armrest assembly 300 from being blocked when the wheelchair bed 1000 is assembled with an external bed.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the telescopic arm 2 is provided with a rotary connector 222 at an end thereof away from the casing 1, and the handle assembly 300 is pivotally connected to the rotary connector 222. The rotating connector 222 can be inserted into the handle assembly 300, so that the handle assembly 300 can rotate around the rotating connector 222, thereby rotating the handle assembly 300.
Further, the handle assembly 300 includes: a housing 7 and an armrest body 8, the interior of the housing 7 defining an installation space, the housing 7 being provided with a through hole 71. The armrest body 8 is disposed in the installation space, the armrest body 8 is pivotally connected to the rotary connector 222, and the rotary connector 222 is connected to the armrest body 8 through the through hole 71.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the housing 7 of the armrest assembly 300 is a rectangular parallelepiped housing, the interior of the housing 7 is hollow, that is, has a certain installation space, and one rectangular side surface of the housing 7 is open, for example, in the vertical direction shown in fig. 6, the lower surface of the housing 7 is open. The armrest body 8 can be fitted into the installation space inside the housing 7, that is, the housing 7 can be covered outside the armrest body 8 through the open opening, so that the armrest body 8 can be protected and the armrest body 8 can be prevented from being exposed to the outside and being worn.
In addition, the housing 7 and the armrest body 8 may be made of different materials to adapt to different use environments, and the armrest body 8 may be made of a material with a certain rigidity to ensure that the armrest assembly 300 has stable support force when in use. The housing 7 may be made of a material having a certain elasticity, so that the housing 7 can provide a more comfortable supporting force for the arm of the user when in use.
Simultaneously, casing 7 chooses different materials with handrail main part 8 for use, promptly through the material of reasonable casing 7 of choosing and handrail main part 8, can also effectual reduction cost of manufacture.
In the wheelchair bed 1000 according to the embodiment of the invention, the two opposite sides of the housing 7 may be opened with the through holes 71, wherein the two sides where the through holes 71 are located may be left and right sides of the housing 7, for example, left and right sides of the housing 7 shown in fig. 6. Furthermore, the through hole 71 may be a circular hole, so that the rotary connector 222 of the telescopic arm 2 can pass through the through hole 71 on the housing 7 to be rotatably connected with the armrest body 8, thereby realizing the rotation of the armrest body 8.
In other words, handrail body 8 rotates with the rotation connecting piece 222 of telescopic boom 2 and is connected the back, can realize handrail body 8's rotation, and handrail body 8's outside cover is equipped with casing 7 to be equipped with on casing 7 and pass hole 71, handrail body 8's rotation connecting piece 222 passes and pass hole 71 after, rotates with handrail body 8 and is connected, and handrail body 8 can drive casing 7 synchronous rotation when rotating from this, thereby has realized handrail assembly 300's whole rotation.
