Description

Absorption core body and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to an absorption core body and application thereof.
Background
The female with fertility has the advantages that the endometrium is automatically thickened once every other month, the blood vessel is proliferated, the gland grows and secretes, the endometrium is collapsed and falls off and is accompanied with bleeding, the period is generally 2-7 days, most of the period is 3-5 days, menstrual blood is discharged out of the body during the menstrual period, and the period needs to use the disposable absorbent product for absorbing the menstrual blood.
At present, disposable sanitary napkins are generally adopted in the market for absorbing menstrual blood, the sanitary napkins are mainly divided into sanitary napkins, menstrual pants, tampons and the like, and the sanitary napkins of various styles have characteristics.
Wherein, sanitary towel and absorption core are planar structure usually, hug closely on pants through the gum during use, because the result of the dress is more close to next to shin, consequently menses often only is pressing close to crotch department and absorbs, although the crotch edge has the separation structure who prevents the edge leakage, nevertheless after the crotch absorption core is saturated, menses still can spill over or flow to the rear along the buttock at the groin portion of both sides, thereby produce the edge leakage and leak and form the wet sensation, pants or outer trousers are not only made dirty to this kind of phenomenon, and also make dirty bed when sleeping and wearing, lead to the fact psychological pressure to women's friend, to the product, it is lower to absorb the core utilization ratio, do not reach best result of use.
As another conventional sanitary napkin, menstrual pants are modified from conventional sanitary napkins in the form of underpants that can be worn directly, and the design of the core, i.e., the absorbent core, is generally the same as that of sanitary napkins.
Finally, the existing tampons need to be placed in the body for use, in order to prevent side leakage and toxic shock syndrome, the tampons can not exceed 8 hours in the vagina, for some young women, the using method of the tampons is more complicated than that of sanitary towels and menstrual pants, and small psychological burden is easily caused, and the factors are also important reasons that the tampons cannot be widely applied all the time.
In view of the above technical deficiencies, there is a need for a novel absorbent core having a higher water absorbency and a higher comfort level in use.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the purposes of the present invention is to provide an absorbent core aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, so as to overcome the problems that the sanitary napkin is easy to leak, the dryness is not enough and even the physiological safety risk exists in the prior art.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide an absorbent sanitary article comprising an absorbent core.
The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an absorbent core comprising a central absorbent region and a peripheral absorbent region, said peripheral absorbent region being disposed around said central absorbent region, said central absorbent region having a vertical height lower than said peripheral absorbent region, and both regions being provided with a plurality of apertures in the height direction.
Specifically, the central absorption region is a rapid infiltration layer, usually made of high-density fiber material, and is mainly located below the vaginal orifice when worn, so that menstrual blood just discharged from the body can be absorbed and settled towards the bottom in the first time to play a main absorption role; the peripheral absorption area is a rapid absorption water locking layer, generally is a high-molecular water absorption polymer SAP and a wood pulp structure, and is tightly attached to two sides of the lowest point of the crotch and the lower side of the buttocks when the peripheral absorption area is worn and used, when the menstrual blood of the central absorption area is nearly saturated, the menstrual blood can be diffused to the peripheral absorption area at the periphery and absorbed and blocked, and the risk of side leakage or back leakage is reduced.
In the invention, the vertical height of the central absorption region is lower than that of the peripheral absorption region, so that the absorbent core of the sanitary napkin forms a concave structure which is flat outside and concave inside on the whole, the structure fully combines the appearance structure and the physiological requirements of female reproductive organs, a menstrual blood storage and absorption space with larger volume is created, and the absorption efficiency is obviously improved.
Furthermore, the two areas are provided with a plurality of holes in the height direction, so that the infiltration of the menstrual blood is promoted, the absorption rate is increased, and the upward reverse infiltration of the menstrual blood can be reduced, thereby effectively reducing the wet feeling and improving the comfort of the user.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, the holes of the central absorption area are arranged in a manner that the holes are wide at the top and narrow at the bottom.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, the holes of the peripheral absorption area are arranged in a manner that the upper part is narrow and the lower part is wide.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, the vertical height of the central absorption area is 10-80% lower than that of the peripheral absorption area, so that the concave design of the absorption core body is prevented from being failed due to expansion after the central absorption area absorbs menstrual blood.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the central absorbent region is 40% to 60% lower in vertical height than the peripheral absorbent region to improve the utility of the absorbent core.
As a further preferred aspect of the invention, the area of the central absorbent region is 20% to 60% of the total area of the absorbent core. The absorption area is determined by the distance between the vaginal opening and the bladder of a female, the flow range of menstrual blood, and other factors.
As a further preferred variant of the invention, the area of the holes present in the surface of the central and peripheral absorbent regions is 5mm2~20mm2
Specifically, the holes are arranged evenly with a minimum width of about 1mm and a maximum width of 4.5 mm. The holes of the central absorption area are of a structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, so that the infiltration of menstrual blood can be promoted, and the upward reverse infiltration of the menstrual blood can be reduced; the peripheral absorption area is used as a part which is tightly contacted with the skin of a user, and the holes of the peripheral absorption area adopt a structure with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, so that firstly, the peripheral absorption area can quickly absorb the downward-permeated menstrual blood and prevent the menstrual blood from reversely permeating back to the surface layer, and the damp feeling is reduced; and secondly, the pore diameter is formed on the surface layer as small as possible, so that the friction with the skin of the crotch of the user is reduced, and the use comfort is improved.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the holes may also be polygonal with a single cross-sectional area, such as cylindrical or prismatic, which also has the basic effect of enhancing the absorption efficiency.
As a further optimization of the present invention, the outer bottom wall of the central absorption region is provided with a diffusion type layer material, and the diffusion type layer material covers the bottom range of the central absorption region and extends to the outer bottom wall of the peripheral absorption region. The invention utilizes the material characteristics of the fiber layer material to play a role in promoting the infiltration of menstrual blood, and the menstrual blood infiltrated into the diffusion type layer material can be diffused outwards to the peripheral absorption area of the periphery by setting the action area of the layer material, thereby integrally improving the utilization rate of the absorption core body. The diffusion-type layer material may be a fiber material or other materials such as polypropylene, and is not limited herein as long as the diffusion-type layer material can guide the fluid.
As a further optimized scheme of the invention, the absorption core further comprises a bottom film, the bottom film is a waterproof film, such as a PE bottom film, and the bonding position between the absorption core and the bottom film is arranged at the peripheral edge of the peripheral absorption area. That is to say, the bonding position of the absorption core body and the bottom film is only at the periphery of the absorption core body, when the absorption core body is adsorbed to saturation, as the absorption core body and the bottom film are only bonded at the periphery and most of the middle range is in a hollow design, under the action of gravity, menstrual blood can be trapped in the hollow area of the bottom film, the utilization rate of the absorption core body is further improved, and the risks of side leakage and back leakage are greatly reduced.
A second object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent sanitary article comprising the above novel absorbent core, said absorbent sanitary article further comprising a facing layer, said facing layer being arranged on the upper side of said absorbent core, helping to ensure user comfort. Specifically, any product that utilizes the novel absorbent core design of the present invention, such as sanitary napkins, panties, and the like, is within the scope of the claimed invention.

In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the embodiment provides a sanitary napkin, a body portion of the sanitary napkin sequentially comprises a surface layer 4 and an absorbent core from top to bottom, and a bottom film 5 is further disposed at the bottom of the absorbent core. Wherein, the surface layer 4 is made of non-woven fabrics and is fixedly connected with the absorption core body through peripheral bonding, and cotton wool with water absorption and buffer functions is filled between the surface layer and the absorption core body; the basement membrane 5 adopts PE film material, with the bottom fixed connection of absorbing the core.
Specifically, the absorbent core comprises a central absorbent region 1 and a peripheral absorbent region 2, wherein the central absorbent region 1 is arranged in a long strip shape from front to back, the length is 100mm, the width is 30mm, and the thickness is 4 mm; the peripheral absorption area 2 is arranged around the central absorption area 1, the appearance size is similar to that of a conventional sanitary towel body, and the thickness is 8 mm; thus, in the present invention, the absorbent core of the sanitary napkin forms a concave structure with flat outer portions and concave inner portions as a whole. When the sanitary towel is worn and used, the female genital organs comprise the vaginal opening facing the central absorption region 1, the two sides of the crotch and the lower sides of the buttocks are tightly attached to the peripheral absorption region 2, and the concave structure of the absorption core can create a menstrual blood storage and absorption space with larger volume on the premise of preventing the side leakage and the back leakage, thereby obviously improving the absorption efficiency of the menstrual blood.
It should be added that the shape of the peripheral absorption region 2 can be a butterfly core surface as shown in fig. 1, an elongated plane as shown in fig. 2, or other figures such as a cartoon plane as shown in fig. 3, which is not limited herein.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the planar shape of the central absorption region 1 may also be designed into different patterns such as a circle, a flower, etc. according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein.
Further, the central absorbent region 1 and the peripheral absorbent region 2 are provided with a plurality of holes in the thickness direction, thereby promoting the infiltration of menstrual blood. Wherein, be equipped with funnel type hole 11 on the central absorption region 1, be equipped with positive tapered hole 21 on the peripheral absorption region 2, these holes evenly distributed and do not run through, its minimum is about 1mm apart from the absorption core diapire, avoids too much menses directly to ooze down. It should be noted that the funnel-shaped holes and the regular cone-shaped holes are only used as a preferred option for enhancing the absorption effect, and in practical applications, the holes of the central absorption region 1 and the peripheral absorption region 2 may also be in other structures such as a pyramid shape, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the minimum aperture of the funnel-shaped hole 11 and the normal cone-shaped hole 21 is 0.4mm, the maximum aperture is 2.5mm, and the diameters of the holes are gradually changed to form an inverted cone shape and a normal cone shape, respectively, and the holes are too large, which easily causes insufficient supporting force and reduced water absorption; too small a hole may cause difficulty in timely infiltration of menstrual blood, resulting in side leakage.
It is supplementary stated that the central absorption region 1 is used as a rapid infiltration layer, and the funnel-shaped hole 11 structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part can accelerate the infiltration of the menstrual blood and reduce the upward reverse infiltration of the menstrual blood; the peripheral absorption area 2 is used as a quick absorption water locking layer, and adopts a forward tapered hole 21 structure with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, so that firstly, the downward-seeping menstrual blood can be quickly absorbed, and the reverse seepage of the menstrual blood back to the surface layer is prevented, and the dryness and the smoothness are improved; and secondly, the pore diameter is formed on the surface layer as small as possible, so that the friction with the skin of the crotch of the user is reduced, and the use comfort is improved.
In this embodiment, the central absorption region 1 is made of a high-density fiber material, such as a composite containing cotton and pulp as main components, and is located below the vaginal opening when worn, and it is necessary to use a material having a high density and a strong water absorption property to absorb menstrual blood just discharged from the body as soon as possible and settle down to the bottom so as to perform a main absorption function; the peripheral absorption region 2 is made of high molecular water-absorbing polymer SAP and wood pulp materials, the peripheral absorption region is tightly attached to two sides of the lowest point of the crotch and the lower side of the hip when the absorbent article is worn for use, certain softness is required, and when the menstrual blood of the central absorption region 1 is nearly saturated and diffuses outwards, the peripheral absorption region 2 also plays a role in supplementing absorption and blocking so as to avoid side leakage or back leakage.
In this embodiment, the outer bottom wall of the central absorption region 1 is provided with a diffusion layer 3, the area of the diffusion layer 3 is 120-150% of the area of the central absorption region 1, which is slightly larger than the area of the central absorption region 1, and the diffusion layer extends to cover 20-50% of the bottom area of the peripheral absorption region 2. The diffusion-type layer material 3 of the embodiment is made of a fiber material, and is arranged in such a way that the water absorption characteristic of the material is utilized to accelerate the infiltration speed of menstrual blood in the central absorption region 1, and the diffusion of the menstrual blood to the peripheral absorption region 2 is facilitated, so that the utilization rate of the absorption core body is improved.
In this embodiment, the bonding position between the absorption core and the bottom film 5 is located at the peripheral edge of the peripheral absorption region 2, the actual bonding area is about 5% -15% of the area of the absorption core, and most of the middle area is hollow, so that excessive menstrual blood leaking downwards can be retained in the hollow area of the bottom film 5 under the action of gravity, the utilization rate of the absorption core is further improved, and the psychological burden of a user is also avoided.
The following working process is briefly described with reference to the structural components of the embodiment:
when a user wears the sanitary towel in a standing or sitting state, the vaginal opening and the lowest point of the crotch have a certain inclination, when the user lies, the vaginal opening and the bed form an oblique angle of about fifteen degrees, and when menstrual blood is discharged out of the body, the menstrual blood firstly contacts the central absorption area 1. When the flow rate is low, the high-density fibers of the central absorption area 1 can quickly permeate menstrual blood downwards, when the flow rate is high, the menstrual blood flows to the lowest part in the central absorption area 1 and spreads to the peripheral absorption area 2 due to the inclination of the central absorption area, and the peripheral absorption area 2 can quickly absorb and lock the menstrual blood. Meanwhile, the peripheral absorption area 2 is provided with the forward conical holes 21, the central absorption area 1 is provided with the funnel-shaped holes 11, and the holes with different shapes are mutually combined to promote the infiltration of menstrual blood, reduce the surplus of the upward reverse infiltration of the menstrual blood, reduce the wet feeling and keep dry and comfortable.
In conclusion, the present embodiment provides a novel absorbent core designed according to the female physiological structure and the special physiological requirements, which has multiple functions of rapid absorption, improved absorbent core utilization, reduced risk of leakage after side leakage, moisture permeability, dryness and the like. The embodiment has the advantages of ingenious design, strong practicability and wide application and popularization values.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example respectively carries out water absorption tests aiming at different hole widths, and specifically comprises the steps of uniformly pouring 200ml of blue clear water into the central absorption area, calculating the water absorption speed of the absorption core body according to the color permeation degree, and observing the reverse permeation amount and the diffusion area of the absorption core body after 1-2 min, wherein the test data are as follows:
sample name Speed of water absorption Reverse osmosis amount Area of diffusion
Sample A (without holes) 100% 100% 100%
Sample B (0.1cm) 130% 105% 108%
Sample C (0.2cm) 141% 123% 109%
Sample D (0.4cm) 160% 132% 112%
From the above, on the basis of ensuring the bearing capacity, the larger the width of the outer surface of the hole of the central absorption area is, the stronger the water absorption performance is.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example was conducted with respect to different heights of the central absorption zone, and the specific procedure was the same as in comparative example 1, with the following test data:
sample name Speed of water absorption Reverse osmosis amount Area of diffusion
Sample A (thickness)Identity) 100% 100% 100%
Sample B (height difference 40%) 121% 116% 104%
Sample C (height difference 50%) 124% 121% 107%
Sample D (height difference 60%) 128% 121% 110%
As described above, the larger the difference in height between the central absorbent region and the peripheral absorbent region is, the stronger the water absorption performance is, while ensuring the comfortable feeling of use.
