When the device is used, the tongue is inserted into the intervertebral space from the lacerated opening of the fibrous ring along the expansion core matched with the tongue, the wider main body part is clamped at the lacerated opening and is left outside the intervertebral space, then the nerve drag hook is rotated to block the nerve passing root or the outlet root, and a channel can be reserved for the placement of the fusion device. Based on above-mentioned structure, because the impetus of nerve drag hook is on the endplate rather than on the nerve root, consequently the position of nerve drag hook can not produce great slip or pine because of the power change of putting into or assistant of fusion ware and take off, and then can protect nerve root safely more high-efficiently, reduce to irritating or the damage of nerve root, still can alleviate assistant's burden simultaneously, make its light more.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a nerve retractor.
Background
The lumbar degenerative disease is a general name of lumbar degenerative disc disease, unstable degeneration, stenosis, spondylolisthesis and lateral curvature, is mainly clinically manifested as lumbocrural pain, and is a common disease and a frequently encountered disease in spinal surgery. For patients with surgical indications, safe and effective reduced pressure fusion is often critical to treatment. Compared with the traditional open type operation, the endoscopic decompression fusion can reduce the operation damage to the minimum and simultaneously achieve the same decompression and fusion effects as the open type operation. However, no matter the open surgery or the endoscopic decompression fusion surgery, complications of nerve injury may occur in the process of implanting the fusion device after lumbar decompression, so how to avoid and protect nerve roots more safely and efficiently is a problem to be considered in the surgery.
The decompression fusion under the existing endoscope generally utilizes a baffle plate to protect the nerve passing root or outlet root so as to facilitate the safe implantation of the fusion device and reduce irritation or damage to the nerve root. During operation, a doctor presses the front end of the baffle plate on the surface of an intervertebral space or a vertebral body, and simultaneously pulls open nerve roots to reserve a channel for the implantation of the fusion cage. The disadvantage of this technique is that the force of the baffle is applied to the nerve root, so during percutaneous implantation of the fusion device, there is a high requirement for the stability of the baffle, and the assistant must have a constant, smooth and balanced force when holding the baffle to avoid the irritation or damage to the nerve root caused by the slippage or loosening of the baffle.
