7. The billing node of claim 6, wherein the first message comprises identification information of a macro base station to which the terminal node corresponds;
the processor is specifically configured to, when comparing the hash value of the terminal device access information recorded by the micro base station with the hash value of the terminal device access information recorded by the macro base station:
and comparing the hash value of the access information of the terminal equipment recorded by the micro base station with the hash value of the access information of the terminal equipment recorded by the macro base station corresponding to the terminal node.
8. The billing node of claim 6 or 7, wherein prior to comparing the hash value of the terminal device access information recorded by the micro base station with the hash value of the terminal device access information recorded by the macro base station, the processor is further configured to:
and receiving the hash value of each piece of terminal equipment access information recorded by the macro base station and transmitted by the macro base station in the blockchain network through a communication interface.
9. The billing node of claim 8, wherein said terminal node is configured to obtain terminal device access information recorded by said micro base station from said micro base station at preset intervals.
10. The billing node of claim 9, wherein the end node and the micro base station establish a binding relationship by bluetooth, wireless fidelity Wi-Fi, or near field communication NFC.
