Description

Multicast service implementation method based on cluster communication and related equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a multicast service implementation method based on trunking communications and a related device.
Background
LTE (Long Term Evolution) is a Long Term Evolution of The UMTS (Universal mobile telecommunications System) technical standard established by The 3GPP (The 3rd generation partnership Project) organization. Currently, the LTE technology has been applied to public mobile communication networks in a large scale, which lays a solid technical and industrial foundation for the development of broadband trunking communication, and therefore, a broadband trunking communication (B-TrunC) system based on the LTE technology is also in operation.
Currently, the implementation of the multicast service of MCPTT (session Critical Push to Talk) in broadband trunking communication mostly adopts the following manner:
when the MCPTT multicast service starts, a multicast channel corresponding to the multicast service is established in real time through an eMBMS technology, before the multicast channel is successfully established, the UE related to the multicast service is accessed into the group calling through unicast, and after the multicast channel is successfully established, the UE related to the multicast service is informed to be transferred to the established multicast channel through unicast. In this way, because the process of establishing the multicast channel through the eMBMS technology is lengthy, unicast is always adopted for a period of time before the multicast channel is successfully established, and the multicast service is realized by adopting unicast, a plurality of unicast channels with the same number as the UEs involved in the multicast service need to be established, which occupies a large amount of air interface resources and causes waste of air interface resources.
Therefore, in the prior art, the multicast service of MCPTT for broadband trunking communication is realized in a manner that all air interface resources are wasted.

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a multicast service implementation method based on trunking communication according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a network side of a trunking communication system, the network side is a generic name of devices in the trunking communication system except for a UE, and the network side has previously established at least one common multicast channel, and after a multicast service starts, the method includes the following steps:
step S100: the multicast data is sent to the UE in the current multicast group through a pre-established public multicast channel, and a special multicast channel is established;
in the starting stage of the multicast service, a network side issues multicast data through a common multicast channel, all UE in the cluster network can listen to the multicast data in the common multicast channel, but only the UE in the current multicast group can receive the multicast data after listening to the multicast data in the common multicast channel, and other UE cannot receive the multicast data.
When the network side issues the multicast data through the common multicast channel, a dedicated multicast channel for realizing the current multicast service is also established.
Step S110: after the dedicated multicast channel is established, the enabling information of the dedicated multicast channel is notified to the UE in the current multicast group, and the multicast data is sent to the UE in the current multicast group through the dedicated multicast channel.
After the network side establishes the dedicated multicast channel, the network side sends the enabling message of the dedicated multicast channel to the UE in the current multicast group and sends the multicast data through the dedicated multicast channel, and after the UE in the current multicast group receives the enabling message of the dedicated multicast channel, the network side switches from receiving the group call data from the common multicast channel to receiving the multicast data from the dedicated multicast channel.
In the method for implementing multicast service based on trunking communication provided in this embodiment, a network side pre-establishes a common multicast channel, and when the multicast service is implemented, first sends multicast data to UEs in a current multicast group through the common multicast channel, and establishes a dedicated multicast channel, and after the dedicated multicast channel is established, notifies enabling information of the dedicated multicast channel to the UEs in the current multicast group, and sends the multicast data to the UEs in the current multicast group through the dedicated multicast channel. Based on the method, a common multicast channel which can be used by various multicast services is pre-established, the common multicast channel is used for transmitting multicast data at the beginning stage of the multicast service, a special multicast channel for the multicast service is established in real time, and after the establishment, the multicast data is transferred to the special multicast channel for transmission, so that excessive air interface resources are not occupied, and the timeliness of the multicast service is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another multicast service implementation method based on trunking communication according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a network side of a trunking communication system, and the method includes:
step S200: and establishing a common multicast channel by adopting an evolved multimedia multicast service (eMBMS) technology.
Step S210: and the air interface of the base station broadcasts the information of the common multicast channel so that the UE residing in the base station can acquire the information of the common multicast channel.
In one possible embodiment, the information of the common multicast channel includes TMGI (Temporary Mobile group identity) and the like.
Step S220: receiving a cluster group call request sent by group call initiator UE; the group call initiator UE is any one UE among the UEs residing in the base station, the cluster group call request comprises a multicast group ID to which the group call initiator UE belongs, and a multicast group corresponding to the multicast group ID is a current multicast group.
In one implementation, the group call request sent by the group call initiator UE includes information such as a multicast group ID to which the group call initiator UE belongs, and a group call type, where the group call type includes a voice type and a video type.
Step S230: and informing the UE in the current multicast group to receive multicast data.
In an implementation manner, the network side may notify the UEs in the current multicast group to receive the multicast data in a paging manner. Specifically, the network side directly issues the UE paging message, and the UE paging message carries the multicast flag, and the IDLE-state UE directly starts to receive the multicast data after receiving the UE paging message.
In another possible implementation manner, the network side may notify the UEs in the current multicast group to receive the multicast data by means of unicast signaling. Specifically, the network side performs unicast paging to the IDLE-state UE in the current multicast group, the IDLE-state UE in the current multicast group enters a connected state after receiving the unicast paging message, and the network side notifies the connected-state UE in the current multicast group to receive multicast data through the unicast NAS signaling. Specific signaling interaction can be seen in fig. 3.
Step S240: and sending the multicast data to the UE in the current multicast group through a pre-established public multicast channel, and establishing a special multicast channel at the same time.
Step S250: after the dedicated multicast channel is established, notifying the UE in the current multicast group of the enabling information of the dedicated multicast channel, and sending the multicast data to the UE in the current multicast group through the dedicated multicast channel.
In an implementation manner, the network side may notify the UE in the current multicast group of the information of the dedicated multicast channel enablement by means of unicast signaling. Specifically, the information of the dedicated multicast channel activation is notified to the UE in the connected state in the current multicast group through unicast signaling. Specific signaling interaction can be seen in fig. 4.
In another possible implementation manner, the network side may send the information of enabling the dedicated multicast channel to the UEs in the current multicast group through the common multicast channel. Specific signaling interaction can be seen in fig. 5.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an example of a multicast service implementation method based on trunking communication, please refer to fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a signaling interaction diagram of an example of a multicast service implementation method based on trunking communication disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention, in this example, an LTE network side adopts eMBMS technology to pre-establish a multicast channel as an air interface common multicast channel at the air interface, and all UEs residing in the eNB can acquire information of the common multicast channel. The UE2 initiates a group call, and the network side notifies the UE as a called group call through paging or in unicast signaling. At the beginning of call establishment, a network side establishes a transmission bearer of a trunking call from an EPC to a base station, a corresponding trunking group call dedicated bearer channel is not established at an air interface of the base station side, and group call data of the network side is transmitted to UE (user equipment) in a group at the air interface through a common multicast channel. And when the group call data is transmitted, the network side completes the group call dedicated eMBMS air interface multicast channel, informs the UE, and transfers the data stream multicast by the network side to the dedicated air interface multicast channel for sending. And stopping sending the group calling data on the common multicast channel.
On the basis of the above embodiments, an example of a multicast service implementation method based on trunking communication is disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, please refer to fig. 7, where fig. 7 is a signaling interaction diagram of an example of a multicast service implementation method based on trunking communication disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, in this example, when a group call uses pre-established eMBMS bearer transport group data, a request is made to establish a dedicated eMBMS bearer to a BM-SC again, after an access network side establishes an eMBMS bearer and completes air interface information update, the BM-SC notifies a GCS AS through an eMBMS bearer state notification message, and the GCS AS notifies a UE to update a multicast channel through a notification flow (24379MBMS bearer association procedure or MAP message). And deactivating the pre-established eMBMS bearer and starting a new eMBMS bearer. The eMBMS bearer information needs to be updated at an air interface for 12-22 seconds (mainly, the MCCH update period protocol specifies two enumeration values of 5 seconds and 10 seconds, and the air interface needs to notify the UE at least one period in advance, which results in a long update time). Various abnormalities may occur during this period, such as call ending, etc., only the normal flow is given here, and the abnormal flow is not described here.
