The PDU socket of the invention is mainly assembled by a shell 1, a bipolar switch component 2, a socket module 3, an iron sealing plate 4, a power line 5, an electric sheet 6, a screw 7, a clapboard 8 and a trademark panel 9, wherein: the bipolar switch component 2, the socket module 3, the partition plate 8 and the trademark panel 9 are all installed in the assembling port 11 of the shell 1 in a press assembling mode through the cooperation of the buckles and the clamping grooves.

Claims (10)

  1. The 1.10A national standard PDU socket comprises a housing (1) in a 'character' structure, a bipolar switch assembly (2) and a plurality of 10A national standard socket modules (3), wherein the bipolar switch assembly and the 10A national standard socket modules are sequentially arranged in a line in the housing (1), iron seal plates (4) are respectively assembled at the front end port and the rear end port of the housing (1), and a power line (5) for connecting with an external power supply is led out from the housing (1) through the iron seal plate (4) at the front end port; the method is characterized in that: socket buckles (3a) are formed at the upper ends of the two side faces of the socket module (3), a socket clamping groove (3b) with a downward opening is formed between the socket buckles (3a) and the side wall of the socket module (1), and two elastic clamping claws (3c) which extend upwards in an inclined mode and can be elastically attached to the side faces of the socket module under pressure are arranged on the two side faces of the socket module (3); two sides of an upper port of the shell (1) are inwards and downwards bent to form an assembly port (11), shell buckles (1a) which are used for being clamped into the socket clamp grooves (3b) of the socket module (3) are formed on two side walls of the assembly port (11), and a shell clamp groove (1b) which is provided with an upward opening and is used for clamping the socket clamp grooves (3a) of the socket module (3) is formed between the shell buckle (1a) and the side walls of the assembly port (11); the socket module (3) is clamped and fixed in an assembly port (11) of the shell (1) in a pressing assembly mode through the mutual matching of the socket buckle (3a) and the shell buckle (1b) and the socket buckle (3b) and the shell buckle (1 a); the clamping head (3d) of the elastic clamping jaw (3c) is matched with the bottom surface of the shell buckle (1a) in an anti-falling positioning way.

The 10A national standard PDU receptacle of claim 1, wherein: the bipolar switch assembly (2) is installed in an assembly opening (11) of the shell (1) in a press assembly mode in a clamping mode, the bipolar switch assembly (2) comprises a switch panel (21) and a bipolar switch (22) installed in the switch panel (21), a panel cover (23) used for conveniently and manually pressing the bipolar switch (22) is arranged on the switch panel (21), panel buckles (2a) used for being clamped in shell clamping grooves (1b) are formed on two side faces of the switch panel (21), and an opening downward used for enabling the shell buckles (1a) to be clamped in the matched panel clamping grooves is formed between the panel buckles (2a) and the side faces of the switch panel (21); the two side surfaces of the switch panel (21) are also formed with anti-falling claws (2c) which can elastically deform under pressure and cling to the side surfaces of the switch panel; the anti-falling claw (2c) is matched with the bottom surface of the shell buckle (1a) in an anti-falling positioning way.

The 10A national standard PDU outlet of claim 2, wherein: the socket module (3) is a 10A national standard two-hole socket module, and the socket modules (3) are positioned and connected into a whole through three electric sheets (6) penetrating through the socket modules (3); the three electric pieces (6) sequentially comprise an N pole conducting piece (61), an L pole conducting piece (62) and an E pole grounding electric piece (63), and each electric piece is correspondingly and electrically connected with a corresponding lead in the power line (5).
