Abstract
The invention relates to a high-tensile-strength power signal combined reconnection cable which comprises an insulating layer, a shielding layer, a power line and a signal line, wherein the insulating layer comprises a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer, the first insulating layer is sleeved on the outer side of the second insulating layer, a gap is reserved between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer, the second insulating layer and the first insulating layer are connected into a whole through a plurality of connecting ribs, a hollow part is formed between every two adjacent connecting ribs, and a filling body is filled in the hollow part; the power line and the signal line are positioned in the second insulating layer to form a conductive assembly, and the shielding layer is arranged between the conductive assembly and the second insulating layer. The thickened part is arranged, so that the integral gravity center of the cable shifts towards the thickened part, when the reconnection cable is directly dragged for use, the thickened part is more easily contacted with the ground downwards, the first insulating layer is less prone to being worn and losing the insulating protection effect, and the service life of the first insulating layer is prolonged; furthermore, the thickened portion can act as a barrier to prevent the cable from slipping when being pulled; the tensile property of the filling body corresponding to the thickening part can be only enhanced when the cable is manufactured, so that the tensile property of the filling body corresponding to the thickening part is greater than that of the filling bodies of other parts, the thickening part can be used as a barrier to prevent the cable from slipping when being dragged, the thickening part is used as a stress point to enable the force to be far greater than that of other parts at the position of the thickening part, and the tensile property of the whole first insulating layer is mainly embodied at the side face of the thickening part. In a specific embodiment, the number of the hollow portions is 3, wherein a signal line is arranged in one hollow portion, and filling bodies are filled in the other two hollow portions. The first and second insulating layers may be generally arranged in a circle and concentrically; referring to fig. 3 and 5, preferably, one side of the first insulating layer is provided with a plurality of thickened portions 1-1 which protrude outwards and are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the first insulating layer; the edge of the thickened portion smoothly transitions with the first insulating layer. The thickened part is arranged, so that the integral gravity center of the cable shifts towards the thickened part, when the reconnection cable is directly dragged for use, the thickened part is more easily contacted with the ground downwards, the first insulating layer is less prone to being worn and losing the insulating protection effect, and the service life of the first insulating layer is prolonged; furthermore, the thickened portion can act as a barrier to prevent the cable from slipping when being pulled; the tensile property of the filling body corresponding to the thickening part can be only enhanced when the cable is manufactured, so that the tensile property of the filling body corresponding to the thickening part is greater than that of the filling bodies of other parts, the thickening part can be used as a barrier to prevent the cable from slipping when being dragged, the thickening part is used as a stress point to enable the force to be far greater than that of other parts at the position of the thickening part, and the tensile property of the whole first insulating layer is mainly embodied at the side face of the thickening part. In order to improve the overall tensile strength of the thickened portion and the second insulating layer, the edge positions of two ends of the thickened portion are opposite to two adjacent connecting ribs.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the thickened portion is disposed opposite to the hollow portion where the signal line is located. The filler is an insulating filler wire core, and the diameter of the insulating filler wire core is larger than that of the signal wire; the signal line is arranged close to the second insulating layer, and a reinforcing strip 9 is filled between the shielding layer and the inner wall of the hollow part. According to the structure, the thickened part is arranged right opposite to the hollow part where the signal wire is located, so that the thickened part forms protection for the signal wire, particularly, the reinforcing strip 9 is filled between the shielding layer and the inner wall of the hollow part, and the thickened part is enabled to increase the tensile capacity of the first insulating layer while preventing the cable from slipping when being dragged. In order to make the thickened portion more easily contact with the ground, referring to fig. 7, both ends of the thickened portion are provided with protrusions 10 protruding outward, so that the thickened portion is blocked by the protrusions when rolling on both sides after the ground contact, thereby preventing the first insulating layer from being worn at a position outside the thickened portion.
