Description

Antibacterial quick-drying water-based wood wax oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to an antibacterial quick-drying water-based wood wax oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The wood wax oil is a common name in China of vegetable oil wax coatings, is a natural wood coating similar to paint and different from the paint, and is prepared by fusing refined linseed oil, palm wax and other natural vegetable oils with vegetable wax and other natural components as raw materials. Therefore, it does not contain toxic components such as triphenyl, formaldehyde, heavy metal and the like, and has no pungent smell. Because the oil in the wood wax oil can permeate into the wood to carry out deep moistening and maintenance on the wood, the wax can be tightly combined with wood fibers to enhance the surface hardness and prevent water and pollution, and the wood wax oil is widely applied to the protection of wooden furniture.
Although wood wax oil has excellent performance and is widely used for protection of wooden furniture, the wood wax oil on the market at present has the following defects which are difficult to avoid:
(1) the wood wax oil is vegetable oil wax, and furniture coated with the wood wax oil sometimes has the phenomena of mildew, white frost and flammability, and can not be used when being frozen in winter.
(2) The main component of the traditional wood wax oil is natural vegetable oil, the unsaturated fatty acid content in the vegetable oil is higher, the saturated fatty acid content is lower, the freezing point is very low, and the wood wax oil is difficult to dry under normal conditions. The drying time is 6-8 hours for almost complete drying, and even the drying can be carried out overnight.
Chinese patent (publication No. CN201810494824.7) relates to an antibacterial wood wax oil for woodware and a preparation method thereof, wherein nano silver ions are used, the nano silver ions are required to be reacted and prepared under the condition of high temperature (70-90 ℃) during preparation, the consumed time is long, the energy utilization consumption is large, the environment is not environment-friendly enough, and the formula and the preparation method of the wood wax oil are greatly different from those of the patent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an antibacterial quick-drying water-based wood wax oil and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems of whitening, mildewing, slow drying and the like of an existing wood wax paint film.
In order to achieve the aim, the antibacterial quick-drying water-based wood wax oil is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass;
vegetable oil modified acrylic resin: 60 to 80 percent of the total weight of the mixture,
wetting and dispersing agent: 0.3 to 1.0 percent of,
defoaming agent: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of,
surface active auxiliary agent: 0.1 to 1.5 percent of,
thickening agent: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of,
anti-scratch wax slurry: 5 to 20 percent of the total weight of the mixture,
wax deposition prevention: 1 to 5 percent of the total weight of the mixture,
ammonia neutralizer: 0.01 to 0.3 percent of,
antibacterial agents: 0.5 to 2.0 percent of the total weight of the mixture,
water: 5% -15%;
the vegetable oil modified acrylic resin is one or more of linseed oil modified acrylic resin, tung oil modified acrylic resin and castor oil modified acrylic resin; preferred are castor oil-modified acrylic resins such as: mowilith LDM 7541 produced by Archroma Ohio Switzerland, Mowilith LDC 871 produced by Archroma Ohio Switzerland have lower film-forming temperature;
the wetting dispersant is one or more of polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane, fluorine modified siloxane and polyether modified siloxane solution; for example: winning and creating a special chemical TEGO4100, a Michigan high and new material Coatosil 1211CH and Dow Corning 501 w;
the defoaming agent is one or more of polysiloxane-polyether copolymer; for example: winning special chemical FOAMEX-810 and Pic chemical BYK-024;
the surface active auxiliary agent is one or more of modified polysiloxane-polyether copolymer, fluorine modified polyacrylate copolymer and acrylate copolymer; for example: winning and creating special chemical TEGO450, TEGO Glide 482, Pico chemical BYK-333 and Dowsil 210 s;
the thickening agent is one or more of associative polyurethane thickening agents; for example: marine specialty chemicals rheloate 212, rheloate HX 6008;
the antibacterial agent is one or more of organic zinc pyrithione ions or silver ions and the like; for example: tianshi blue shield-LDX, Kelaien JMAC LP 10;
the anti-scratching wax slurry is modified polytetrafluoroethylene wax, such as: michem Emulsion36835, Tianshi wax powder PEW-0831, honeywell aculist 3105B; the ammonia neutralizer is N, N-dimethylethanolamine;
the anti-settling wax is polyamide wax and/or polyethylene wax, such as: disbaron AQH-810 polyamide wax, Disparlon 6500 polyamide wax, Nanjing Tianshi pew 0511 polyethylene wax.
Further, the preparation method of the antibacterial quick-drying water-based wood wax oil is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding the vegetable oil modified acrylic resin into a container, stirring at a rotating speed of 400-600 r/min, slowly adding the wetting dispersant, the defoaming agent and the surface active auxiliary agent in sequence while stirring, and then continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(2) dispersing for 10-15 min at the rotating speed of 700-900 r/min, and adding the thickening agent while stirring; then dispersing for 15-30 min at the rotating speed of 1000-1500 r/min;
(3) reducing the dispersion speed to 400-600 r/min, slowly adding the anti-scratching wax slurry, the anti-settling wax, the antibacterial agent, the thickening agent and the water in sequence while stirring, and continuously stirring to fully and uniformly mix;
(4) continuously dispersing for 10-15 min at the rotating speed of 700-900 r/min, and adding the ammonia neutralizer; adjusting the pH value to about 8-9; thus obtaining the antibacterial quick-drying water-based wood wax oil.
All the raw and auxiliary materials are water-soluble materials and do not contain any organic solvent; during construction, water can be directly adopted for dilution if necessary, so that the real zero VOC emission is realized, and the method is safer and more environment-friendly; the construction can be carried out by brushing, spraying or wiping, and if necessary, the wood wax oil can be diluted by clear water, and the wood wax oil is uniformly constructed on the surface and then wiped clean, so that the wood wax oil can fully permeate into the wood surface conduit.
The modified acrylic resin with a low glass transition temperature point (tg) is used as a main film forming substance, so that the drying time of a product during film forming is faster, the surface drying time of a paint film is 20-40 minutes and the actual drying time is 1-2 hours under the environment of temperature of 25 ℃ and humidity of 70%; even in winter and other low-temperature environments, the product can be quickly dried to form a film without the aid of drying equipment by using the scheme of the invention, so that energy efficiency resources are effectively reduced. When the product is used for construction, if recoating is needed, the recoating time is about 1-2 hours, the next coating can be carried out after the 400# or 600# abrasive paper is used for light sand surface, good coating effect can be achieved after 2-3 times of construction, and the product can be packaged after being dried for 24 hours after the last coating is finished; according to the invention, the organic zinc pyrithione ion and the organic silver pyridine ion are used as the antibacterial agent, so that the antibacterial paint film can pass the GB/T21866 and 2008 standard requirements in the aspect of antibacterial effect on the basis of water resistance, heat resistance, yellowing resistance, hardness and gloss stability of common wood wax oil.
The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, and can realize batch production only through a simple production process at normal temperature, so that excessive energy consumption caused by large-scale high-temperature decoction is avoided.
