Description

Acid sewage heavy metal capture agent
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of acidic sewage treatment, in particular to an acidic sewage heavy metal capture agent.
Background
The acidic sewage is a main water pollutant generated in the metal mineral smelting process, and typical acidic sewage is acid and acidic sewage generated in an acid making system, initial rainwater of a sulfuric acid site and initial rainwater of other sites in a production plant, seepage liquid of a hydrometallurgy workshop or a heap leaching site, a solution pool and a tailing pool, or leakage liquid of the sites caused by heavy rainstorm or dam break accidents, and the like. Acidic wastewater typically contains relatively high levels of free acid and has a pH below 5. The acidic sewage also contains Cu2+、Cd2+、Hg2+、Pb2+、Mn2+、Ni2 +、Zn2+、Cr6+、Co2+And the content of heavy metal ions in some sewage solutions can reach 5-10g/L, so that the sewage treatment method has a certain recovery value. In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the wastewater discharge of smelting enterprises, the acidic wastewater must be treated.
The chemical precipitation method is a contaminated acid treatment technology which is widely applied in smelting enterprises at present, and commonly used methods include a sulfuration method, a limestone/lime neutralization method, a lime + iron salt method, a lime neutralization method, a lime-iron salt (aluminum salt) method, a purification + membrane method, a biological agent method and the like, a membrane treatment method, an evaporation concentration reduction method and the like, wherein the sulfuration method and the limestone/lime neutralization method are emphasized because of being beneficial to the recovery of valuable metals. The method is to add a vulcanizing agent into the waste acid to ensure that heavy metal ions in the waste acid react with sulfur to generate insoluble metal sulfide precipitate for removal. The technology mainly removes cadmium, arsenic, antimony, copper, lead, zinc, mercury, nickel and the like, is suitable for waste water containing arsenic, copper, lead, zinc, nickel and the like with higher ion concentration in the non-ferrous metal smelting process, and has the characteristics of less slag amount, easiness in dehydration, high grade of settled slag metal and benefit for recycling valuable metal. However, the physical and chemical properties of the vulcanizing agents such as sodium sulfide and sodium hydrosulfide used in the vulcanization method are unstable, the vulcanizing agents are easy to decompose to generate hydrogen sulfide toxic gas, the solution in the acid solution is easy to decompose, and the defects of high vulcanizing agent consumption, large operation environment pollution, complex treatment accessory facilities and the like are overcome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an acid sewage heavy metal trapping agent capable of strongly chelating heavy metal ions in acid wastewater aiming at the defects of the prior art.

The preparation method comprises mixing the above materials at 15-40 deg.C.
In the technical scheme of the heavy metal catching agent for acidic sewage, the further preferable technical scheme is characterized in that:
1. the feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: sodium dimethyldithiophosphate 12; sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate 6; sodium thiosulfate 3; trisodium phosphate 1; 0.2 of sodium nitrite; 59.5 parts of water;
2. the feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: sodium dimethyldithiophosphate 21; sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate 10; sodium thiosulfate 6; trisodium phosphate 3; 0.5 of sodium nitrite; 77.8 parts of water;
3. the feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: sodium dimethyldithiophosphate 12; sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate 6; sodium thiosulfate 3; trisodium phosphate 1; 0.2 of sodium nitrite; 77.8 parts of water;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the materials can still strongly chelate with heavy metal ions under an acidic condition to carry out chemical reaction, and flocculent precipitates which are insoluble, have low water content and are easy to filter and remove are quickly generated in a short time, so that the heavy metal ions are removed from the sewage. The preparation process of the heavy metal catching agent is simple and easy to operate; meanwhile, the heavy metal trapping agent has low toxicity, good storage stability and operation safety and stable physicochemical property.
The invention can not only react with Cu in the wastewater at normal temperature and in a wide pH value range2+、Cd2+、Hg2+、Pb2 +、Mn2+、Ni2+、Zn2+、Cr3+And various heavy metal ions, especially for the treatment of waste acid with pH value of 0-5 generated from non-ferrous metal smelting process, has good adsorption conversion stability to metal precipitate in the sewage, and is beneficial to the recovery of valuable metals; and is not influenced by the concentration of heavy metal ions. Even if the treated wastewater contains complex components, various heavy metal ions in the wastewater can be precipitated at one time, so that the wastewater reaches the discharge standard.
