The working steps of the pulley device for the building are as follows:
1) taking the handle 31 out of the handle groove 34, then holding the handle 31 by hand, lifting the device and moving;
2) placing the handle 31 into the handle groove 34, then contacting the moving wheel 6 with the ground, then drawing the lifting handle 4, holding the lifting handle 4 by hands, and drawing the equipment to move on the ground;
3) when the protective cover is used, the protective shell 2 is vertically placed, then the upper sealing cover 1 is pulled upwards, the upper sealing cover 1 rotates around the sealing cover rotating shaft 13 until the sealing cover body 12 is turned over to the side wall of the protective shell 2, and the buckle 11 is clamped into the buckle groove 23;
4) downwards pulling the bottom plate through hole 51 to enable the bottom plate through hole 51 to be horizontally placed on the ground, holding the upper end of the supporting folding plate 52, downwards pulling the supporting folding plate 52 to enable the upper end of the supporting folding plate 52 to be in contact with the upper end face of the bottom plate through hole 51, reversely pushing the supporting folding plate 52 to enable the bottom of the supporting folding plate 52 to move upwards along the supporting folding plate installation sliding groove 54 until the top end of the supporting folding plate installation sliding groove 54 is reached, and clamping the upper end of the supporting folding plate 52 onto the upper end face of the bottom plate through hole 51;
5) repeating the step 4, unfolding the supporting folding bottom plates 5 on the outer side of the protective shell 2, penetrating the bottom plate through holes 51 through screws, and fixing the bottom plate through holes 51 on the ground;
6) the pulley support frame 8 is pulled upwards to move the pulley support frame 8 to the highest position for fixing, one side of the protection shell 2 pushes the pulley support frame body 81 to move the pulley support frame body 81 to the other side of the protection shell 2, and the pulley support frame body 81 is fixedly connected through the support arm 86, the second support rocker 85 and the first support rocker 82;

the upper sealing cover (1) comprises a buckle (11), a sealing cover body (12) and a sealing cover rotating shaft (13), the sealing cover body (12) is in an L-shaped plate shape, the sealing cover rotating shaft (13) is fixed at the tail end of the sealing cover body (12), the sealing cover body (12) is rotationally fixed at the upper end of the protective shell (2) through the sealing cover rotating shaft (13), and the buckle (11) is fixed on the upper side face of the head end of the sealing cover body (12); buckle (11) are including extrusion spring (111), buckle body (112) and card ball (113), buckle body (112) are fixed in on the side of closing cap body (12) head upper flank, card ball (113) are equipped with four altogether, four two liang of symmetry of card ball (113) are embedded on buckle body (112) left and right sides lateral wall, and four card balls (113) and buckle body (112) sliding fit, buckle body (112) inboard is located in extrusion spring (111), and extrusion spring (111) both ends respectively with buckle body (112) left and right sides two card balls (113) fixed connection.
