The horizontal transfer module 221 drives the lifting transfer module 222 to perform horizontal positioning, and the lifting transfer module 222 drives the lifting transfer plate 223 to perform lifting movement positioning, so that the transfer plate 224 of the lifting transfer plate 223 transfers the sensor housing 101 on the sensor housing feeding device 1 to the horizontal conveying support frame 21, and performs horizontal movement conveying through the plurality of transfer plates 224.

The shell gluing transfer assembly 31 comprises a shell gluing transfer supporting top plate, a shell gluing transfer rotating cylinder 312, a shell gluing transfer rotating frame 313, a first gluing transfer cylinder 314, a second gluing transfer cylinder 315, a first transfer clamping jaw 316 and a second transfer clamping jaw 317; the shell gluing transfer rotating cylinder 312 is arranged on the lower portion of the shell gluing transfer supporting top plate, the middle of the shell gluing transfer rotating frame 313 is connected with the rotating portion of the shell gluing transfer rotating cylinder 312, the shell gluing transfer rotating cylinder 312 rotates to drive the shell gluing transfer rotating frame 313 to rotate 180 degrees, and the sensor shell 101 on the first horizontal conveying transfer device 2 is conveniently transferred to the shell gluing rotating assembly 32. The first gluing transfer cylinder 314 and the second gluing transfer cylinder 315 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the shell gluing transfer rotating frame 313, the moving parts of the first gluing transfer cylinder 314 and the second gluing transfer cylinder 315 are respectively provided with a gluing transfer lifting plate 3141, and the gluing transfer lifting plate 3141 is sleeved on a guide rod of the shell gluing transfer rotating frame 313; the two gluing transfer lifting plates 3141 are driven to lift and position through the first gluing transfer cylinder 314 and the second gluing transfer cylinder 315, so that the sensor shell 101 is conveniently lifted and positioned. The first transfer clamping jaw 316 and the second transfer clamping jaw 317 are respectively arranged on the two gluing transfer lifting plates 3141, the sensor shell 101 can be conveniently grabbed through the first transfer clamping jaw 316 and the second transfer clamping jaw 317, and stability and firmness in the transfer process are improved.
The shell gluing rotating assembly 32 comprises a shell gluing rotating frame 321, a shell gluing rotating motor 322, a fourth belt gear group 323 and a shell gluing rotating die 324. The shell gluing machine 334 which drives the shell gluing moving frame 333 to move to the designated position through the shell gluing cylinder 332 for gluing is used for gluing, so that glue is uniformly coated on the inner ring of the sensor shell 101, the shell gluing machine 334 is obliquely arranged to facilitate coating the glue on the inner ring of the sensor shell 101, and the uniformity and the gluing quality of the whole gluing are improved.
The problem that the existing gluing mode cannot well locate the sensor shell is solved through the shell gluing device 3, and the sensor shell is easy to move in the gluing process, so that the gluing position is inaccurate is solved. The sensor housing 101 can be conveniently lifted for the lifting and positioning precision by the first gluing transfer cylinder 314 and the second gluing transfer cylinder 315. The sensor housing 101 is convenient to grab through the first transfer clamping jaw 316 and the second transfer clamping jaw 317, and the stability and firmness in the transfer process are improved; the sensor shell 101 is driven to rotate in the gluing process, so that the way of rotary gluing through the gluing device is changed, and the gluing stability and the gluing quality are further improved; the inclined arrangement of the shell glue spreader 334 is convenient for spreading glue to the inner ring of the sensor shell 101, and the uniformity and the gluing quality of the whole gluing are improved.
