Embodiment two of the present invention: referring to fig. 37, 38 and 38, a cleaning room for a trash can is different from the first embodiment in that: a protection mechanism (35) is further installed below an output end gear of the revolution hydraulic motor (31), the protection mechanism (35) comprises a protection turntable (35a) linked with the output end gear of the revolution hydraulic motor (31) and a limit pin seat (35c) fixedly connected with the fixed block B (32), a limit hole (35B) is formed in the protection turntable (35a) and corresponds to the position of the limit pin seat (35c), a spring (35d) and a limit pin (35e) are respectively installed in the limit pin seat (35c), the limit pin (35e) abuts against the protection turntable (35a), the limit pin (35e) is pressed by the protection turntable (35a) and rotates forward and backward along with the revolution hydraulic motor (31), when the revolution hydraulic motor (31) rotates over-large over-position, the limit pin (35e) is ejected to the limit hole (35B) to be clamped, the complete machine of a cleaning room of the garbage can is suddenly stopped, so that hidden dangers such as breaking caused by winding of an oil pipe connected with a revolution hydraulic motor (31) and the like due to failure of the revolution hydraulic motor (31) are prevented; other structures are the same as those of the first embodiment and are not described herein again.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: referring to fig. 1 to 36, preparation is performed in such a manner that a water inlet pipe (7a3) is connected to a water collection tank (7a) and filled with clean water, and a deodorant and a disinfectant are poured into the water collection tank (7 a);
