Description

Living mouse muscle confocal imaging chamber
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of living body imaging devices, and relates to a living body mouse muscle confocal imaging chamber.
Background
In-vivo imaging is the highest requirement of scientific imaging, in-vivo muscle imaging is relatively easiest to implement, and the in-vivo muscle condition can be displayed most directly in real time. When the living body muscle of the mouse is imaged, the mouse needs to lie on the imaging chamber, the existing imaging chamber is mostly in a small round shape, the mouse cannot lie on the imaging chamber completely, and no fixing device is arranged, so that the imaging quality can be influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an integrated living mouse muscle confocal imaging chamber, which is characterized in that a rubber band bypassing a bolt is used to stretch across the body or the rear leg of a mouse to enable the mouse to lie on the side and be fixed, so that the problems of difficult mouse living muscle confocal imaging and poor quality are solved.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a living mouse muscle confocal imaging chamber comprises a bottom plate, an imaging window arranged on the bottom plate, a frame arranged on the periphery of the bottom plate, a plurality of fixing piles oppositely arranged on the frame, and elastic fixing belts arranged between the fixing piles;
the experimental mouse is fixed between the elastic fixing band and the bottom plate.
Further, the bottom plate is a rectangular plate.
Further, the bottom plate is an acrylic plate.
Further, the imaging window includes an imaging aperture, a flange disposed radially inward at a bottom of a sidewall of the imaging aperture, and a cover glass mounted on the flange.
Further, the fixing piles are bolts fixedly arranged on the frame.
Furthermore, a plurality of spud piles are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the frame.
Preferably, the plurality of fixing piles are symmetrically arranged on 2 long sides of the rectangular frame.
Furthermore, 5 fixing piles are arranged on one side of the frame.
Furthermore, the elastic fixing band is a rubber band, two ends of each rubber band are respectively fixed on the fixing piles arranged on the 2 sides, and the experimental mouse is fixed between the rubber band and the bottom plate.
The working principle is as follows: during the experiment, earlier lie on the bottom plate with the mouse side for the experiment to make imaging positions such as mouse truck and shank aim at the formation of image window, later fix the rubber band with the mouse on the spud pile of locating 2 sides through both ends difference, thereby avoid rocking the relatively poor problem of living body muscle confocal imaging quality that leads to because of the mouse.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics:
1) compared with a conventional living cell and tissue imaging device which is matched with a microscope and has a small size, the invention integrally forms an imaging observation structure and a fixing device, can ensure that the head and the tail of a mouse can be laid at any left and right side by side through two imaging windows for placing cover glass, and compresses and fixes the imaging parts of the trunk and the rear legs of the mouse through rubber bands so as to achieve the optimal muscle confocal imaging effect;
2) the invention has simple structure, lower device cost, easy manufacture and wide raw material source, and the acrylic plates, bolts, metal frames and the like are all commercially available and easily purchased products.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a confocal muscle imaging chamber of a living mouse according to the present invention;
the notation in the figure is:
1-frame, 2-bottom plate, 3-imaging window, 4-fixing pile.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments. The present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are given, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
Example (b):
as shown in fig. 1, the living mouse muscle confocal imaging chamber includes a bottom plate 2, an imaging window 3 disposed on the bottom plate 2, a frame 1 disposed around the bottom plate 2, 10 fixing posts 4 symmetrically disposed on the frame 1, and an elastic fixing band disposed between the fixing posts 4.
The bottom plate 2 is a rectangular acrylic plate, the imaging window 3 comprises an imaging hole with the diameter of 26mm, a flange (the width of the flange is 1.75mm, the height of the flange is 1mm) which is arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the imaging hole inwards in the radial direction, and a cover glass with the diameter of 25mm which is erected on the flange; the spud pile 4 is the bolt of fixing on locating frame 1, and elastic fixation area is the rubber band.
The working principle is as follows: during the experiment, earlier lie on placing on bottom plate 2 with the mouse side for the experiment to make imaging positions such as mouse truck and shank aim at imaging window 3, fix the mouse through both ends respectively on fixed pile 4 of locating 2 sides, thereby avoid rocking the relatively poor problem of living body muscle confocal imaging quality that leads to because of the mouse.
The embodiments described above are described to facilitate an understanding and use of the invention by those skilled in the art. It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications to these embodiments may be made, and the generic principles described herein may be applied to other embodiments without the use of the inventive faculty. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art should make improvements and modifications within the scope of the present invention based on the disclosure of the present invention.
